STAY AWAY. I have moved a few times and this is actually the worst going experience I have ever had and now I want to submit a claim for damages. The folks at their workplace don’t speak with all the truck drivers and will say anything they believe will get you off the phone. Their cost estimates will also be far off. If you believe you are getting a fantastic bargain, add around 70% for your quotation; their applications grossly underestimates the quantity of particular things and if you don’t understand the cubic footage of your belongings ahead, you will not catch it till they bill you for this. For reference, I had been quoted $2800 and got billed $4200. My quote was just off by 170 cubic feet.
These men showed up for my home 4 hours late, tired as hell since they drove from Baltimore to Boston for your occupation. They have been scheduled to send my stuff involving 5-8pm on a Friday; I receive a telephone at 829pm stating they have 6 hours left to the street so that they’re likely to come the following day. Why could not they tell me that 3 hours earlier, when I could still change my plans?
Afterward, when they appear, half of my furniture is brokenup. I am not kidding: a dresser is missing a leg, 3 wheels out of a serving cart have been gone, among my unwanted tables is ruined. Oh, and you better watch them place your mattress collectively if they took it apart, because they place my headboard on backward and stripped EVERY SINGLE BOLT from the procedure, so that I can not actually fix itself!
I will update this review based on my experience with their claims (for my own damages) and refunds (I’ve got another job reserved with them that I’m canceling asap).
Don’t USE I&A is my guidance. They rewrote the contract, additional $500 bucks without telling me about the rise. They took my house and refused to float with no extra $500. I refused to pay and the driver drove off along with my merchandise. What I could see of the boxes that they were fairly well smashed too. The office individual, Dave, kept interrupting me when I was attempting to describe the circumstance. He really said”I really don’t care about the contract.” (Yes this is a quotation .)
