We phoned the company that contracted them, and the woman we talked with stated (after she talked with him) she wished to strangle our motorist. We ought to have demanded he unload our possessions and called the authorities.

It needs to be here in 3-4 days when I received the drivers title & named him. After 4 times I texted him & he said he’d be there the following day involving 11-2. This was over 24 hours notice. Guess they’re only going to appear & expect I’d be there. They did phone me but weren’t able to locate the specific place so that I needed to go meet with them. Afterward…. The truck was too large to visit the home so I needed to find trucks to unload my belongings on & visit the home. Happily it was just 8 classic pieces so that was not bad. The products were packaged very nicely. The guys were sorta fine & did at least help unload a few of the thicker pieces from the home. It had been quite an adventure I hope I don’t encounter again but could not use them or recommend them. It had been well within the 21 working days that it took to receive my items. Very best cost isn’t necessarily best support. Live & understand!!!

This business hires undocumented workers that are attempting to earn a living here and they’re taking advantage of these and unfortunately we are people who pay the purchase price. Below are a few of the things we didn’t get: two book cases, wagon wheels, out side-by-side computer desk, white with walnut top night stand a garbage can with ribbons and doorway partner within it. HQ Movers has been hired to”shuttle” my possessions out of a place outside Kalispell Montana to my house that’s up the mountain just a little far from town. There are a few switchbacks that a 53′ van can’t negotiate for up the mountain (true I clarified three days to the first touch (Trans United Transferring ) and has been completely disregarded. So, to get an extra $7000, HQ”shuttled” my possessions out of the 53′ van parked in Kalispell to my house up the mountain. Several of my things were destroyed, ruined, or did not appear in any way. Please be aware I can’t mistake HQ for this, since they didn’t load my things at Colorado, they were only hired to unload them at Montana. Regrettably, HQ came here in order to unload the very first shuttle quite late in the day, and since they had been moving the van around, they backed over and ruined my electric meter which provides power to the home.
