Then he hauled same to his group, had me sign the paperwork and then they proceeded to wrap all of my delicate items and start work on the other things for my transfer (i.e. breaking down things, wrap furniture in blankets, etc.). This group of guys work nicely together. This was evident by the way they coordinated the things, worked together quickly but efficiently to have the heavy things on the dolly and at the vehicle and all of the while owned a professional and friendly demeanor. The apartment complex that I transferred from was not the most efficient in regards to the way to operate and move items in and from the cargo lift, but even in this case, this group of men were individual and didn’t let this slow down the transferring procedure. My movement took on the projected time and after moved into my new place [that was just several miles off ] I felt relieved. Relieved that this group of movers called Houston’s greatest Movers got me transferred out and moved in and that I still had the rest of my day to spare!

I utilized Houstons Best Tools to transfer my home products from Houston to Virginia when I jumped through a military move. When my movement came in Virginia my mind was ruined, a box comprising two power drills were lost along with my floor was ruined during the transfer. I contacted them and was advised that the box has been emptied and will be sent to my home. Three weeks later and not one of the claim things was solved.
Don’t use this organization.

I was guaranteed to find piano coated 3 time. It didn’t happen. Should they supply you boxes, then don’t take that, otherwise you’d need instantly to empty the boxes immediately. Don’t attempt and state any constructive comments, simply say thank and what’s OK, otherwise the supervisor blows off” I don’t wish to do some business with you…”
We also have been guaranteed to receive 3 employees not two and a supervisor.

Houston Best Movers ruined a number of my furniture and won’t take responsibility in any respect! I have been quite patiently waiting for call backs and Tom is completely blowing me after asserting they’d fix my mattress bed. My brand new leather sofa they won’t mend or even attempt to do anything. They dropped my electric cords to both my sofas. I’ve called and left tons of messages and also texted no phone back. DO NOT USE THEM!! My brand new sofas perhaps not even a year old! Extremely frustrated and that I attempted to work out something together and nothing else!!!!

Inferior support. Terrible communication. I’d give 0 stars when there’s an alternative for it.
1) The movers are impolite. The man named JONATHAN is extremely impolite and seriously has some difficulties. Doesn’t enable the client to speak. He shuts down you and he believes he’s a professional. Does not have commonsense.

2) TOM he speak to you well and reacts to you till you signed the contract to get transferring. As soon as you paid the cash he fails to react to your texts or telephone calls. It took them over a month and still did not send my bag.

THESE PEOPLE JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!

Wish that you could give ZERO begins! I needed to get a fast backup service since the primary mover cancelled days prior to his upcoming cross country move. Tom responded quickly with a excellent quote and guaranteed they could perform on program. Being in a rush (two days before initially schedule transfer ), I approved the quote based on our entire stock list we filed and everything looked good. The first issue: movers came for pickup and also I had been told their quote was not right and I would be paying over $500 more! Tried getting Tom on your telephone to see WTH? No response. Took me 4 days of phoning to associate with him. My expertise using moving companies is that they are always super quick to react when they are attempting to receive your company and as soon as they get you, it turns into another story. Therefore Tom’s answer was”that the cubic feet was greater than we anticipated therefore I can talk to the owner to determine whether we could credit you a bit of money but can not promise anything”. I filled out that the stock list right and nothing has been mentioned concerning cubic feet so that isn’t my issue. Naturally, Tom never return to me on his conversation with the proprietor (probably since it never occurred ). And what do you do? Nothing. You’ve got to pay the $500+ additional since they have all of your stuff and you are at a time bind and can not find a different honest inspector at once.

Fast forward into this drop-off. The shipment came onto a semi with a single driver. No moving team, only one driver. I’d 2 deliveries that the week before both on semis and both came up the driveway, and turned out from the area by the home, and left without a issue. This motorist determined that he wasn’t inclined to really go up the drive and then turn around. He said he’d only have the ability to unload our stock at the close of the driveway and it is our obligation to get it in the home! Our driveway is nearly 1/4 mile long! End result: that the 1 driver unload all our things on the street at the close of the drive, we filled it to our SUV, up the drive, I (without any help) hauled it in to my own garage, unwrapped everything myself (since, obviously, they must acquire their blankets backwards ), and replicate at least a dozen excursions back/forth. It was totally absurd. Yet more, NO RESONSE out of Tom, no charge issued, not even an apology telephone. Nothing.
