Don’t trust this organization. They’re a third party agent not a different moving company and don’t have any control over the trucks and can’t guarantee any dates and you deposit won’t be refunded. I booked my date 3 weeks ahead of time and gave them a two week window of accessibility for pickup.

Household Logistics subcontracted All American Movers to pick up our furniture on May 10, 2020 out of North Carolina, to be sent by May 15, 2020 into Arkansas. EVERY week All American Movers’d stayed, following lies, after lies, on the reason we hadn’t got our furniture (two MONTHS LATER), or we can NEVER get ahold of anyone to talk with. . .and Household Logistics wouldn’t help AT ALL as Cori Phillips and I attempted to find our furniture. Again. . .Household Logistics are not concerned about you or your furniture as soon as they get your money and pawned off you to a dreadful subcontracted moving business (that has worst testimonials than Household Logistics themselves).

After keeping our furniture for more than a month,” All American Movers (Subcontractors) had the audacity to attempt and convince Cori Phillips to paying them the next $1500 so that we can get our furniture earlier. . .CROOKS! CROOKS! CROOKS! We dared to not ship these crooks another dime!!!!

After our furniture FINALLY came, two MONTHS LATER, it was all broken up!! Large screen television broken, little bedroom television broken, amazing wall images stolen, vases stolen, work desk smashed to bits like a person took a hammer to it, along with a brand-new album player stolen! STILL now Household Logistics hasn’t provided any type of reimbursement for our annoyance or for all of our broken/stolen furniture….they have just offered some reimbursement IF WE TAKE DOWN THESE VERY TRUE 1 celebrity negative reviews! NO INTEGRITY AT ALL!!! This business has to be shut down!

Household Logistics has AWFUL testimonials in the Better Business Bureau (BBB) too, please do your own research! I wish we’d researched that before before utilizing these CROOKS!!! However, I really don’t want anyone else to have to go beyond this nonsense because we did.

And last but not the least. . .when they eventually arrived at my house for delivery (two MONTHS LATER), they wouldn’t open the truck before we paid them the last payment in money. . .not even to examine our furniture to find out if it had been in good shape! We ended up calling the cops. They did not wish to start the truck since they understood my furniture was all broken!!!! STRAIGHT UP CROOKS!!! RUN FAR AWAY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

This was a NIGHTMARE!!!! And trust me HOUSEHOLD LOGISTICS. . .it’s not over yet!!!!

The movers who came were impolite and unprofessional and left me extremely uneasy. Fast forward to THREE WEEKS LATER, we finally received our things now (we had been starting to believe we had been robbed). The sole positive about our experience was that the movers that delivered our possessions were both respectful, courteous and beautiful to use. They and us were mad about how the movers that picked up had carelessly wrapped our furniture items. Our brothers PRICELESS collectors version bedroom collection that’s no more made was completely ruined. We’ll be submitting a claim that I am convinced will be a nuisance, and regardless it can not be substituted… our only hope is that somebody can reestablish it. Things from our load had been missing and nowhere to be located on the vehicle. We had been billed almost 1K added for items that we were informed were contained, like wrap stairs, furniture, etc..
