Household Hauling is similar to no other moving business! The customer support is top notch- friendly employees which goes beyond and over to meet my requirements. All of my items were treated with such care that I feel as it’s white glove services! I transferred from Miami into Louisiana along with the time period of having my items was excellent. I strongly suggest Household Hauling in your next move regardless of where the street or task takes you. You won’t be let down!
Great JOB! The movers were very courteous managed everything with caution. Took my things directly from Memphis to New York.
Very suited
Household Hauling team were quite helpful with all facets of my movement. There were no hidden fees and that which was done in accordance with my deadline and requirements. Im really grateful to the total Household Hauling staff and would consult with them to all of my associates and friends.
Household Hauling was contracted because of my movement by Trinity Van Lines. Trinity never advised us that they had been subcontracting out. Not only did they upcharge me over 700, they threatened to store my possessions and bill me more if I did not have a Post Office money order. Mind you that I had a bank money order. Ashley is impolite and shouldn’t work with the general public. I feel like I had been scammed by both of these companies. Only an awful encounter.
Sub contracted throughout American Roadways. Promised a”not to exceed” quote that has been exceeded at every turn. Damaged every bit of furniture I have in 1 manner or the other and even entirely destroyed a desk and bookcase. The truck leaked along with the driveway from Michigan to South Carolina was throughout the rain so many of my belongings had water damage. They ruined the walls at the home I was departing, huge gouges. They anticipated over the telephone and although I had been extremely specific in regards to the things and dimensions they nevertheless did not ship a enormous enough truck. Tried to extract another $1500 and another charge for loading. Ended up having to rent a uhaul truck and auto hauler to complete clearing out my property. Everything was”to get a hint” we could proceed this. CROOKS!!!! Insurance is a joke and they make it almost impossible to get anything on your own claim. WORST MOVING COMPANY! I would not let these clowns transfer my garbage to the curb. STAY AWAY.
Alliance Van Lines subcontracted Household Hauling for our relocation. We didn’t understand that Alliance Van Lines was a broker company and because we needed to move from Chicago to New Haven in seven days when Household Hauling showed up we had no option but to let them load our belongings. The quote that we originally agreed on with Alliance Van Lines was 1950, but Household Hauling charged us over $3400 for its transfer. Again, because we had no other option we had to concur with the new contract. The very first shipping date has been agreed as 6/29/2019, and as of now 7/22/2019, we haven’t obtained our stuff. We’ve been living in a vacant flat ever since along with my husband and I will be in immense misery. We’ve contacted Ashley in Household Hauling a number of times. Ashley is quite rude and does not have any sympathy for what we’re going through. My husband pleaded with her to send us all our things and said that”I understand that this may not be in my authority, but I’d greatly appreciate it if you can send us all our things”, to which she answered,”No it’s within my jurisdiction”. I’m 16 weeks pregnant and also the psychological distress is placing me and my unborn child in danger. My husband has said all of this to Ashley and also the last time that he spoke with her she refused everything. I don’t really know what else to do and I’m extremely frustrated and largely concerned about this well-being of my furry child. I attribute Alliance Van Lines and Household Hauling if anything else occurs to us and am all set to take legal action against them.
This provider is untrue!!! I hired them by Alliance Van Lines (who now won’t answer my requirements ) and has been told REPEATEDLY 3-5 times with parties. Richard K in Alliance had me sign a moving contract using the verbal guarantee that it could be 3-5 weeks, at most 10. Well, ten times has some and gone. They contracted out me to Household Hauling, a thing that they didn’t clarify to me about the telephone. Again, by Household Hauling I had been advised 5-7 days, after that if we first called”second week,” that has come and gone. Now we’re being told”a week” once more, if we’re blessed. If we’d understood exactly what a scam this corporation is, we’d have transferred ourselves. I never felt so deceived and cheated by a business in my whole life. The sole saving grace is that the folks who really moved us were really nice and effective – that is not their fault, yet this provider is disgusting. Please I’m begging you, provide our items!!! My fiance is a physician and he wants not to sleep with the air mattress and requires his stuff. I had been told about the telephone actually”this is not death and life,” but really it’s!!! PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU DELIVER OUR THINGS.
We’d are items picked up finish of June. Promised will come on a specific date; still haven’t obtained. If you phone, they assert it’ll come by the following week. It hasn’t. They do not demonstrate any sort of concern nor do they provide some set dates. I’ll be reporting them now. I’ve not got this kind of support and genuinely hope this organization is documented. This isn’t okay. Folks do not have places to sleep, abandoned using their items somewhere else without a established date of shipping. I’ll be reporting them. This Website provides instructions on how to perform this if You’re dealing with the Identical item: https://www.sparefoot.com/self-storage/blog/6139-what-to-do-if-your-mover-holds-your-belongings-hostage/
Alliance Van Lines contracted my transfer into Household Hauling. I noticed that the following red flags and offenses:
– Certainly All those”5 star” reviews on This Website are imitation
– Alliance was clearly created to seem just like Allied Van Lines (a commendable firm )
– They Don’t offer an in home quote, It’s all on the telephone so that they can purposely up charge you when onsite
– failed to clearly disclose the period of time for shipping. Will inform you its 1-10 times, however see the language that is unethical carefully, it states 1-10 times but might only be around 21 BUSINESS days. That is per month.
– Movers didn’t arrive at a fleet truck. They came in a leased Enterprise truck along with”workers” were not in uniform
– Movers hired additional Support and they have been clearly laborers rather than trained movers
– First quote was 4900 but I was billed $6800.
– Just take cash/money order
– Home office”support” folks utilize last name initials rather than a Complete title
– NEVER revealed that household things could be put in storage.
I’ve been awaiting 22 days today because of my delivery having small not to communicating from Alliance or even the brokered moving business. I have been told that I might find a delivery weekly. They’ll be quite helpful up front but then will surely screw you over. The whole adventure has put extreme strain in my loved ones. Please don’t EVER use this provider. I only need my own stuff!
Please do use Household Hauling. They hurt half of my furniture. They shipped me paperwork to document my claim of that everybody has 9 months to file argue following shipping. I registered 4 weeks afterwards. They say that it had been overly long and then changed their head and again maintain I signed off on it. I paid tens of thousands. It is time to attorney up. Do not do it people
After reading the other testimonials I’m horrified. We’re in the specific same place as a lot of their other commenters. We began our contract by Alliance and have been sub-contracted throughout Household Hauling. Something we’re unaware of at the time of contract. We were educated in 10 business days in the very most on the telephone, exactly like the others. This hasn’t been the situation. Whenever we call to get a status update, we’re requested to phone back or advised”we’ll call you 24 hours before delivery.” I’m astonished at this. We have been required to shell out money getting things that we want because my husband and I both started new jobs and also do not have some of our possessions. It was a massive financial burden and frankly quite trying for our loved ones. I won’t ever suggest Alliance Moving Business or Household Hauling and will inspire individuals to transfer themselves whenever they could over employing both of these firms.
Buyer beware!! I had the misfortune of hiring United Moving Pros to help me in my transfer out of Carolina to Florida. Unbeknownst to me this business is a farce. It’s taking up advantage of individuals under the guise of a moving business when they’re actually only a facilitator, middleman that requires your cash and contracts outside your relocation to another business.
Here is the misfortune that I had. After registering the contract with United Moving Pros on the day of my transfer, United Moving Pros didn’t come to my house to receive my possessions as anticipated, a subcontracted firm by the name of Household Hauling arrived to my house with a very simple Business Truck to transfer me. After having to accept that I’d no option but to proceed together, as I needed to move. I dropped to the next period their”30 days free storage for their clients” alternative. I advised Household Hauling of if I’d enjoy my things delivered to Florida. It wasn’t till days later when I contacted Household Hauling they then told me it might take around 21 days for my own possessions to arrive and that my things would, in actuality, be put in storage during the time, which is something which I never consented to. I explicitly asked that my possessions not be put in storage. Regrettably, my things were put in storage from my petition and were sent to me personally 23 days following my requested date, without excuse or compensation for the time that I had been without them. In case a 23 day delivery wasn’t bad enough the state where I found my possessions was. After meticulously packing my possessions to the degree of even buying television box to my flat screen TV, a lot of my belonging had been sent damaged. The most disappointing reduction was my flat screen TV that was broken and no longer functioning and led to me needing to lose it.
This event has brought me a substantial quantity of tension and despair as I stay in a struggle with the two United Moving Pros and Household Hauling to be paid for my losses. To make the situation worse I phoned Household Hauling and talked with Ashley, that had been rude and inconsiderate and stated I don’t have any claim, even left me on hold on goal for more than one hour whatever the images of my damages I’d emailed her per her requested. My communications with Household Hauling was moist with impolite and non-empathetic comments. They’ve been absolutely no help for me personally and haven’t demonstrated that they have any intention of creating the situation right that has compelled me to take lawful actions. I write this to inform anybody who’s contemplating using these firms to get a move to consider my scenario into account and perhaps look elsewhere. Neither, United Moving Pros and Household Hauling are worth to be hired for almost any moving.
I wouldn’t ever recommend this business to anybody, actually have frustrated family and friends never to conduct business with Household Hauling, nor Alliance Van Lines LLC (who we initially contracted our relocation thru, and that then unbeknownst to people, subcontracted our relocation to Household Hauling). Each of the mark to signify a moving firm is scamming you’re present for this business:
* Company Doesn’t answer telephone with their company name;
* Business displays up in non-labeled, or even leasing (Business ) truck;
* Business Is Only Going to accept cash or postal money orders;
* Business upcharges you with either additional charges ($75″Long haul Fee”, $150/per hour wait charge ( etc) or needs extra money beyond the first contract to your transfer;
* Office team hangs upon you, bullies you, also can be normally impolite;
* Business holds your profits in public storage components, without telling you that it will be put in storage.
Our transfer (Illinois into Florida) began as a $2,700 USD contract thru Alliance Van Lines, LLC who subsequently subcontracted it into Household Hauling. Upon launch, their movers stated we’d been”underquoted” and now it would cost $7,000 USD to finish our transfer, requiring $3,000 money upfront before start to load. After giving them the $2,000 cash I had available, they all loaded half of our products (came at 7pm during the night, abandoned at midnight). The following evening has been contacted by Ashleigh in the”home office” demanding an additional $1,500 USD to fill out the move daily. Were informed by movers that our stuff are, according to contract, unloading on the Friday (3 days after ). This is a lie. As soon as I contacted”home office”, Ashleigh rudely told me that they had around 21 business days to transfer our belongings, and now we MIGHT have it that the next weekend, but no guarantees. I needed to speak to the”home office” per week to discover where our household products were, repeatedly being wrapped up on and bullied by”home office”. It was also during that wait period which I found our products have not abandoned Illinois, but were being held at a Public Storage unit. FINALLY following 3 months, our products had been delivered with a sub-contracted motorist (no moving staff, only the driver) who desired an extra $75″long haul fee” (that our drive is 55 ft, approximately, but he included the backtrack dimension from border of garage into our front door), in addition to another $150 per hour charge once I advised I wished to phone my husband. After the driver eventually unloaded our merchandise INTO OUR DRIVEWAY, we discovered all of our furniture needed any sort of scratch, nick, ding or was ruined beyond repair. In addition, a number of our boxes have been flattened, squished or retaped. There’s mouse harm to some furniture and boxes, to add our piano. During unloading, the driver has been frequently found to be standing on our furnishings and boxes.
Never use this business.
My movement has been sub contracted by American Roadways. Shipping was to be within 3 to 21 days. Nicely 28 days after I got my possessions. Each box and Rubbermaid bath was shattered broken and therefore was stuff indoors. Foot around TV broken night rack lost entirely in addition to a box of fresh blankets and presents legs broken on couch table in addition to dresser. Decorative tree too missing. The driver might have cared less. Helper was angry but they needed to have wealthy the smashed items from warehouse or else they did it all themselves. They would not even float my things till I paid off the equilibrium. Never ever trust these folks.
THIS IS A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE! Trinity Van Lines, that I now also think to be a fraudulent business, brokered my movement and hired that this racketeering set of people to really finish the move. I’m missing 30-40percent of my products and this”firm” is asserting all of my products are delivered. I’ve contacted the company basically daily because my date of initial delivery, October 22, 2019, and also have now been given the run around and lied to on innumerable occasions with the firm using excuses like somebody sick for an whole week, the proprietor using a family crisis, just 1 individual having the ability to check into where my things are find, and so on, but I think especially after studying other BBB complaints and mymovingreviews.com testimonials, this really is a criminal enterprise which uses extortion tactics in addition to steals people’s products and then probably resells them while forcing unsuspecting clients to go through the tough process of submitting a claim at the place where they will just receive 60 cents per pound of missing or stolen items. Each one of the red flags, which range from the pickup truck being overlooked and missing half of its roof to that which appears like the”dispatcher” Ashlie using distinct voices to claim she’s unavailable, now make sense that’s mostly a fraudulent firm working in combination with the probable deceptive agent. The kicker is when the 2nd dispatch people showed up to send ~10 percent of my merchandise and signaled they found my TV from the warehouse just for Ashlie to signify all of their paperwork (which they won’t supply to me) that all goods are delivered. I’ve contacted an lawyer to seek compensation and I am exploring the right ability to contact so for both of these businesses to be researched, if they have not already vanished by the time that comes into fruition.
Being a military brat and having had a husband who moved regularly in his livelihood, I’ve moved 34 times. Thus, I have a massive basis of contrast. There’s nothing, I repeat, nothing I can say positive about those folks. It wasn’t just my worst movement, it was likely worse than all 33 prior moves united. They changed the program on me. They showed up with a little truck once I told them that I had a 53 foot truck. My load ended up in just two trucks. Both trucks have been delivered eight months apart! They threw stuff in boxes with no wrap. They packaged glass badly. They utilized wardrobes to package things which made them too thick and causing breakage. The boxes all arrived smashed with delicate boxes upside down and backward. I’ve not ever found anything to compare. It was also twice the most I’d ever paid before and four times their quote. If you adore your possessions, then do not use these folks.
I put a deposit down together with Kimfrom”insync movers” to get a movefrom IL to FL which will occur in June. I was amazed to see”family hauling” in my bank statement as h.h has horrible testimonials and nightmare tales. I instantly called to cancel just two days after reserving. Long story short I had to pretty much fight w Ashley and Kim to affirm a counter and refund, and neither of what they’d perform. Ashley shouted at me,” interrupted me, and kept putting me on hold to this stage which I hung up. Neither of these would affirm that the offset has been processed or have some opportunity to speak to me so I disputed the charge with my bank. Then I obtained a rough email from Kim stating”I want to call them now” and gave me an expansion which resulted in”beautiful Ashley”. Ashley can scarcely produce a coherent sentence before I mention that I contested the charge that led her into crying at me stating she said she was planning to repay yadda yadda(she refused to validate the cancel or send me an documentation saying that she can not email me a counter affirmation ) I informed her she was being very unprofessional which directed her into banging the hold button. I wrapped up. I’m disgusted with the way this firm does business. . All this to offset a deposit to get a transfer in June absolutely reaffirms the fact that working together with insync movers or family hauling are a nightmare. Kim was phoning me every other day for a month to attempt to convince me to put a deposit down along with the moment I request for a counter, she’s nowhere to be discovered. Disgusting girls who have no firm working with the general public. I expect nobody copes with this business they’re a SCAM!
Don’t by any way hire these frauds! I establish a movement using Alliance Van Lines who simply subcontract with a few arbitrary”moving” business. When they came they redid the quote and almost burnt it, and refused to send my things until I could cover the complete amount in cash or money order only. Once you provide a date to send they tell you that they will take around 21 days to send, essentially every time they feel like it. At delivery I discovered a number of my own boxes were CLEARLY opened! With things I especially remember being packaged together being in distinct boxes. They also lost a few of my things and when I called that they promised they couldn’t be discovered and called me to some just a deceptive claims business. They’ll also leave your place entirely trashed with their shifting supplies. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!! If you already need Make Sure to file a complaint at https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-your-move/how-to/moving-fraud
This is the worst going experience of my entire life. They increased my moving quotation from the start quote, despite the fact that my materials matched my first stock. They told me that my things would be sent in 5-10 business days. Well it’s been over 30 days, and that I STILL have not got my things. They showed no urgency or concern for my circumstance. Implementing them was the oddest thing ever!! STAY FAR AWAY!
Household Hauling was subcontracted by Charter Van Lines, that never informed us they had been’t a inspector however a broker. Household Hauling showed up in time at mid-February at Central Illinois, also guaranteed that an earliest delivery date at Blacksburg, VA on March 1st. That afternoon came and went. Then maybe past week. This came and went. Subsequently Thursday, March 14th. But now they called and said possibly this weekend, however, no warranty since they didn’t have a truck moving our way to adapt the little load we proceeded (half of a 26-foot truck). We’ve been living in a vacant flat with no furniture and sleeping on the ground for a couple of weeks today. We’ve got zero assurance that we’ll ever get our household products.
When we phone, the customer support person says we don’t have any choice except to wait till somebody is going our way. I’m in my 60’s and I can’t do so transfer myself. Had I known about the absence of a reasonable distribution date, I’d have never employed either Charter Van Lines, and now cannot suggest Household Haulers of all Hallandale, FL.
