Both gentlemen were quite beneficial and ideal gentleman wouldn’t allow me pick up a single box. Falsely advertises one cost then gives a different. Quite rude on the telephone!! Don’t use!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very terrible communication. The supervisor mark was quite rude on the phone and hung up in my head. My product was left to the truck and nobody called to tell me. I needed to phone over 10 days to allow them to know. Their reply was” oh yes it’s still about the vehicle”. Couldn’t give me a particular date on redelivering. A number of my furniture has been ruined.

Awful! When I scheduled my appointment for the movers to come out I had been greeted well by Mark Molina that he had been really nice and useful. After the movers arrived the that which was suppose for a smooth transition shifted into a nightmare. Allow me to first state that the movers were eloquent and kind to me.  On the other hand, the 2 guys that moved me ruined 2 items of mine and broke one. They weren’t skillfully ready to take down my washer and drier therefore I needed to leave my house and run to Walmart to buy pliers ($13) which they never paid me for as they said they want and they took with them for their next task. They also took more than any movement I’ve ever had, carrying a total of 5 hours as it generally takes 3. The movers were brand new spouses since they blamed each other for the items that ruined and broke supporting each others backs to me personally; the client. I call their supervisor Mark Molina that the following day just to become rudefully spoken to and disrupted saying”are you done yet. . .are you done yet” and” here’s your asserts email on your damagers; good bye.” It has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company and I won’t ever use them again! I give them $300 for the director of the company to speak from how he did and all the irresponsible service I already received from the Real movers.

The worst moving company I have ever understood. They broke my own furniture I made a promise and they never gave me a response. I phoned them a lot of occasions and they have been so rude,they also requested me not to called them back again. HORRIBLE!!!! The woman who I’ve been speaking to through over 1 year and a half is extremely impolite and also the last time I spoke to her by phone she wrapped up the telephone. I definitively would not suggest that business on account of the absence of professionality.

I called to find pricing and program a transfer. I had been awarded an hourly fee of $65 a hour to go a bed, nightstand, and dresser. Home Movers are thieves along with a lot of crooks! It took them 7 hours to maneuver my 1 bedroom 650 sqft flat from building 3 into construction 5 inside precisely the exact same apartment complex and they did not even get the business finished. Unreliable and great in the office arounds. Left my older parents for 2 weeks with their furniture and they needed to sleep on the ground wrapped in their robes as blankets. Called them several times and their organization line had total voice mails. Gentleman called back and would not provide his name but retained saying they’ll call us backagain. No forecasts and no display. I wouldn’t recommend this business to nobody. I am happy no cash was exchanged but my feelings for my own parents is breaking my heart.

P*** POOR MOVING COMPANY is your very best way to describe this moving business. To start with, the team revealed 8 minutes late (out their 2hr window). I needed to assist MOVE the furniture once I noticed that it took them an whole hour to move 1 L shaped sofa. To top the icing on the cake, the firm doesn’t permit their drivers to choose the fastest path (i.e. toll route), so that the motorists move all of the way around the globe for their destination. A 25 minute drive becomes a HR 20 minute drive. They then try to nickel and dime you over 60 bucks. The MGR is impolite. Does not care about customer support and the men working for him invite you to telephone the BBB since they understand that the provider is a sham. They simply accept CASH payments so im sure they are not paying their fair share to Uncle Sam additionally. I could go on and on but I’d rather make 80 excursions in my hoopty than use those clowns and I would STILL be faster than they had been going me.

Don’t employ Home Movers. I had them booked to function two men for two hours to complete our uhaul truck at Ft worth. Long story short, once I had not heard of them I called to be sure that they were still coming. They said the driver was running late and they’d have to CANCEL my transfer. I’d waited all day for them and had to reunite the moving truck. I guess my little job was not worthwhile to them. I am expecting to receive my $40 deposit back at least. My daughter and I (53 year-old Mother ) needed to unload the entire truck by ourselves. I can not think their lack of thought. I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling. Seems like I am not the only one they have let down.

These would be definitely the absolute most dreadful egregious greedy so movers I’ve ever encountered. There’s so much harm to this has been completed to my own furniture in the control of their movers and covetous practices of the corporation. First off, they’re not equipped for important tasks of moving an whole household. The sole trucks this business owns are 24/26 feet trucks which were bought from the UHaul business. A very clear sign that in case you’ve got a 3-4 bedroom home to maneuver the movers might need to create more than one trip. As time is money then you’ve surpassed the 3hr period speed.
The representative who revived my reservation didn’t inform before hand that their trucks had been just the normal sizes. I’d have chosen not to use their services due to the quantity furniture followed with boxes I’d, I knew for a certainty I’d require genuine moving company trucks using dimensions bigger enough to accommodate my new furniture.
Next among the movers was unprofessional in his speech and another young man was quite inexperienced. I believe they worked hard but they hadn’t any tools thus making them work hard rather than bright.
They started off just like the hare from the tortoise and hare fable. But after two hours that they began making rash conclusions and what started going back.
This transferred lasted 10 hours!!!
They snapped two leather couches, shattered a decorative thing; in my stainless fridge in many areas; tore the cloth of breakfast corner dining seat; took the screws out of fridge door and forgot them in workers pocket; took screws from glass table place, didn’t place back all screws into place; didn’t place support legs straight back on night stand; scarred television console and next bedroom foot board, chest of drawers and nightstand; didn’t place hooks in drum of washer and hooks are currently lost; borrowed pliers and then retained them; left big items at previous home.
These are simply a couple of those damages because of utilizing this obviously poor and money-hungry moving firm.
I needed to phone the authorities since the employee gave me a sum to cover and stated when they moved over the time afterwards, he would not charge anymore. Well at 5:00 pm he ceased and stated the firm explained I would need to pay an additional $89 bucks. I denied, therefore as a directive in the workplace they ceased unloading the truck and moved the truck into a place where I did not understand where they had been.
Finally I’d get my furniture, the organization and I’ve been in continuous heated discussions as a consequence of the dreadful experience I’d had. They’re disinclined to replace resources which were taken throughout the transfer and so is creating excuses by saying everybody makes errors. All these would be the worst movers I’ve ever employed. I used these to maneuver from a apt to the next in November 2015. The movers dropped my own washing machine at the road, broke it, and just sold me $92 in repayment. THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID ME !!!! – it is now more than a year after and I only need to warn anybody that this provider is shady.

My refrigerator has lots of flaws in the doors and that I demonstrated it on the movers and they explained simply file a claim that they would do nothing. I’d send in all of the necessary newspapers and never heard anything back from them.
