    Very poor

We have used Holleman Hauling many occasions – that the very first few were exceptional: cheap, cheerful and prompt. We called them to friends generously. However, this past time was quite different. Originally assumed to come at noon, calls or texts came every couple of hours to say they would be there,”within 20 minutes” oreven,”there has been a delay, so we will be about an hour late.” They eventually came to 6:00 and once I asked a cost break there was crying and swearing (that I was not speaking to him, the Agency was, however I could listen to it loud and clear) until he’d take 5 percent off the invoice. I Won’t Be using him again and certainly will not be advocating them again, either.

    STOP! DON'T USE THIS GUY

Watch him up by telephone number, and you will see he also dabbles in bartending, private coaching, and anything else he could do in order to earn a buck.  Came late, does not have any insurance, resulting damage to land, and HORRIBLE communicating.  I tried phoning him, and emailing regarding our harm, and that I never heard backagain. Go with a name you can expect….NOT this man.  He knows NOTHING about pianos (the best way to lift them, how to protect their audio boards, or shield them correctly during a movement ), and understands less about how to conduct a business correctly.   BEWARE!!!

    Non deliverd & stolen items

Upon delivery of my furniture, many items were lost. Though my realtor saw among those lost things (a wood stove) loaded on the toilet, and I saw his team bunch additional things, Mr. Holleman denied that the wood stove has been ever picked up.   The other things were left behind, taken or lost.     After several emails and phone calls asking that the items be sent or paid for, I Can’t get him to solve the problem.

    Warning

Owner is incompetent and rude. Movers come totally oblivious due to his lack of organizational skills. They really do a fantastic job and attribute you if anything else goes wrong. Do your self a favor and steer clear of this dreadful firm.

Completely broke our antique player piano-DO NOT USE HOLLEMAN HAULING!

Absolute garbage! These men rescheduled twice, and if they eventually did appear they were hours late. They had been so late that my program did not let me be home at the conclusion of the move. I needed to pick my son up from a purpose, so I abandoned my other kid (14 yrs old) house while they finished moving the piano to the home. There were just two men (just not a genuine mover) and a rental truck with no lift. I feel it tipped over from the truck and I am imagining it was also dropped. The hinged top was completely broken off (which he refused that they did), the entire arrangement was twisted so poor the majority of the keys couldn’t be transferred in any way, there were bits broken off at at least two areas along with a number of scratches/gouges on the end. In addition, the participant mechanism no longer functions. My sweet boy paid them AND really tipped these men before they left because he believed that was the ideal thing to do, and such jerks took the money! We left us a totally broken piano and scrapes up our sidewalk at which they clearly tried to simply shove it to the home. This piano was in no manner within this state before they got their hands on it. When I’d Carlo come around to examine the harm that he had been loudly and defensive, and he informed me that they really haul these kinds of pianos into the ditch all the time–like that had anything to do with our piano!!! I cancelled the test for the transfer (cost me $31 to do this ), but even so I’ve more cash into it for more repairs than it might have cost to get them or COMPETENT MOVERS to proceed. I’ve a text out of Carlo list everything they’d mend, then crickets. I have contacted them several times without a response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS MAY BE TRUE, BUT I GUARANTEE THE NEGATIVE ONES ARE. DO YOU WANT TO TAKE THE Opportunity?

    Truck too small for piano

Carlo only wanted money.   He delivered three children and a van to move an upright piano. They came an hour late.   I got a call 15 minutes following their said arrival time which They’d arrive in 20 minutes.   Carlo didn’t come.   As soon as I explained the van was too little the children said they’d put down the piano. The children did not understand how to correctly assess the piano. I needed to do it correctly.   I am imagining that three children would have had rather a problem directing an 800 pound piano on its back and then to the van.   There would’ve been just about a inch of clearance when they might have raised the piano high enough.   They just had straps and, I would guess, insufficient padding.   Anyhow, they had been intending on balancing the piano on its back to the wheel wells of this van.   I said no way.   They said They’d Return with a larger truck.   They never returned.   I drove two hours one way to be current when they showed up.   I waited two hours to get their recurrence.   It would seem that Carlo has somewhat modified the name of their firm…  to Prevent old poor reviews?   I emailed him to Request an explanation before I submitted this review.   It’s been two full days.   He has not answered.   I’d just use this moving business if I had a totally written contract and complete face to face signs of insurance and bonding.   I’d guess if he hurts your possessions you’ll never hear from him again.

    Late, later, no-show; then harassed

It is a shame I can not leave zero celebrities. We approached Holleman to move an upright piano – that the speed seemed very fair, and that is where anything positive about the adventure endings They had been scheduled to pick up the piano in 1:00de – if 1:30de rolled about and there wasn’t any indication of these, I phoned in and asked for a status update. The individual who answered the telephone did not appear to understand I was seeking an upgrade rather than to schedule a brand new move until I clarified it several times. He explained he was planning to phone his team and then call me backagain. He called back about 15m afterwards, saying his team was on a different job. Then he wrapped up with me to test GPS for how much time it would be till they’d arrive, and then called back to inform me it’d be 3:00p at the oldest. As I’d taken time off work to be accessible, this was clearly agitating. I begrudgingly agreed to this updated time period. Nearly an hour after, I get a text message which they will not have the ability to perform the task on the scheduled day whatsoever anymore. I tried calling, the call was picked up and then wrapped up three occasions; therefore I sent a text reply back informing them that I was cancelling the project. I missed three hours of effort, just to have them tell me that they could not do anything. Communication is dreadful. Service has been non-existent. Customer support is non-existent. I STRONGLY advise against EVER utilizing this business.

I am like a PDF displaying my review in their FB page, a text in the company telling me to”F*** away”; also as a screen shot of this company falsely accusing me of being a sex offender (that can be”why they decided to not perform the task”)

    0 stars would be appropriate

After we pulled up to meet them in our new flat they’d our beds on the yard. Stole items out of our storage containers. Went via our dresser drawers and then proceeded things to other areas which didn’t have to get moved. Should not need to be concerned about movers moving through your own personal belongings, hiding items such as jewelry, perfumes, etc., there was a moth in one of those bins because we needed to allow them shop our bins and furniture because of a delay in our semi time/day. My leather coat was ruined on account of this moth we discovered at the exact identical bin. Among our carpets had this white material on it, and if we pointed out it whenever they were there that they simply poured water on it and cut off it by using his or her own shoe. Very disrespectful the way they handled our possessions, went through possessions, and stole things. Would not suggest them! I’m surprised Carlo remains in business.

    Damaged door, nearly destroyed piano

These unprofessional movers showed up 3 hours late, even though telling me that they were 20 minutes off. They very nearly destroyed the paino that I had been paying them to go whether it tipped off the truck. They rammed their hands using the piano onto it in my front door, ripping off the steel skin of the doorway. No answer to calls or mails hoping to solve the matter. NEVER use these folks

    Great Service!

We used Holleman Hauling and movers to move a piano we’d bought. We bought it for our brothers birthday and wanted it delivered to her birthday at a specific moment. I called around to several distinct movers however Holleman was the only person who’d accessibility on the day we had and was quite reasonably priced. But, I had been anxious about using these after reading a few negative reviews I found online. I should not have been stressed. I called the owner a few times to verify everything and he had been really patient and helpful. They came right on time and had wrapped the piano carefully to make sure it was not damaged in the transfer. The movers were courteous and fast. I’d definitely hire them again as the cost and service could not be overcome. They helped create my brothers birthday extra special!

    Piano Moved

My spouse and I were more than pleased to have experienced Holleman Hauling go a piano into our house on this short notice and with this excellent care. Carlo Holleman, the proprietor, had been respectful of all our requests and constantly contacted us whether there were any queries.

Our piano came in superb condition and only a day later we contacted Holleman Hauling. Their bid to get the project was well beneath other requirements and no grade has been forfeited.

I would recommend this firm for all of the proper reasons.

    Help with packing

We used Holleman Hauling to assist us pack things to a U-Haul truck. We had been going our daughter from a studio flat. Holleman workers who packaged our things were Tony and Nick. They did a excellent job, worked steadily, and came in time. We contracted for 2 hours and they have the job completed at the allotted time.   I’d certainly suggest them.
