The men who fulfilled the truck were great. They were careful and easy to use. We had a bunch of quite thick furniture pieces and that I was quite happy with the care that they took together with the furniture. I highly urge High End Tools.

They always responded to my queries professionally and with good patience. Due to this, I took a leap of faith and gave them my company. The pick up team in Dallas was on time, professional and considerate. The shipment came a week later in California, a week earlier than their oldest quote. The team was both nice and individual as we relied on our things. Yes, a number of those cardboard boxes had dropped marginally from being piled but that’s to be anticipated. I utilized High End movers to get a transfer from Dallas to New York. My construction New York needs a certification of insurance. I passed this along to Top End’s dispatch staff 3 months beforehand and followed up every day by telephone and email to when that was in route for my construction. Each day that they either said they’d phone me back or react days afterwards or after several telephone calls to pester them. The afternoon of my movement I understood the COI that they supplied was that the case template my construction supplied with their title only scraped on. I needed to miss many days of job sorting out this and finally had them drop off my stuff on the face of the building and then moved it in myself. I recommend anyone going to rethink this business since they were unbelievably unprofessional and forced this movement harder than desired.
