PLEASE read all of these reviews before booking. Everything below is accurate and true. It truly was a dreadful experience. I had been nominated at $425 to get a piano transfer. They revealed and left the home in a little while simply to assert they were there for two hours awaiting me. I needed to reschedule due to this. THEN, they revealed, proceeded and dinged up the piano, also wrote me a bill for about $750. I phoned and that they only thing that they had been prepared to do was to apologize to the incorrect quote and then send me a paycheck for about $180. This test hasn’t came. NEVER HIRE.

I wish I’d have assessed reviews of the provider. They’re being sued over and above and don’t have one favorable review. I frankly do not understand how they’re still in business. They showed up with a truck which had 3 additional couches inside (suppose from a former move that the movers desired to maintain ). Because of this they could not fit all of our furniture in it. Did their movers attention? Not whatsoever. Did management maintenance? Not whatsoever. Can we cover a complete empty truck still? Sure did. Subsequently the move – awful. They ruined our master bed, sectional couch, drier, dropped bicycles and were pushing bits of furniture at the truck without any regard to maintenance. They dropped our treadmill cord. We understood all of the harm instantly – they advised us to submit a claim. That we did instantly. We should not have compensated them. They’re unethical, will lie to you, maybe not react rather than pay exactly what their contract says that they will. When you request to consult with the operator or someone apart from JR (John Fries) they state there’s not any one to talk to. JR confessed the harm and told me they’d reimburse me and then it never occurs. For three months I called them and emailed them. JR stated he never got the message since he had been so active. Really? Like he’s the sole that’s occupied – how about the time that I have spent pursuing a corrupt firm that cheats and lies? They’re infuriating. When I eventually talked to JR about the telephone he said”Corporate” would cut a check for the damages. What a joke. Still waiting for that test and that was just two weeks past. I informed Groupon of those sham of a company they are representing. They refunded my groupon once I shared all of the documentation. I invite everyone to contact the Secretary of State, Attorney General and keep to share the complete shame of dealing with this business”Here to There” Movers, John Fries, JR, Jeff at Here to There Movers. RUN RUN RUN away from the sham of a provider.

Never use this company they’re liars,unscrupulous,scammers, and they will gratify you and ruin your premises. They won’t cover you for your damages. I can ensure you’ll be miserable with there support. This firm appear to get broke, they haven’t any cash to cover me to the damages that they caused. The movers shattered and ruined three chambers of the furniture, which can’t be utilized. My dining room table corner is broken totally off with the leg still attached. This firm explained that the movers could choose the legs off the desk and take away the beds, didn’t occur. I’m in Small Claims Court today. Since they wouldn’t cover me because of my harm furniture. They also didn’t finish the movement. They arrived with an extremely compact truck, they had been advised to make two excursions afterwards I needed to telephone the office to the afternoon of the transfer, since everything wouldn’t fit from the exact modest truck. BEWARE! They charge more than they estimate. DO NOT HIRE- worst choice we’ve made was to employ this business to move a spa 10 miles. Free standing spa moved out of a slab into a slab (simple ). Took them less than one hour. HOWEVER, I named the company multiple times to get a quote for transferring the spa 4 times before scheduling. Whenever I got another quotation. Anywhere from $300-$375 every telephone. I made a decision to reserve anyways and presumed at most we’d pay $375. When the lost the spa during its final place the guy advised me that they charge additional on Fridays!!!!! Ended up paying $430.

So for anybody wanting a spa transferred. Though they say the price is anywhere from $300-375 you can expect to pay a great deal more. Particularly if they charge more for particular occasions (which they do not let you know if scheduling). Bonus there’s a $10 booking fee.

My spouse called (he’s much nicer and much more calm when speaking to people) and requested to talk to a supervisor (Mike I think his name is) concerning the bad service and also to allow him now that his team aren’t giving out proper information and that he HUNG UP (HUNG UP?!?!) On my own husband. VERY VERY bad customer support.

Purchased a Groupon to get 94 bucks that needed a 200 dollar worth of moving. Was billed 600 still following the Groupon to get a sofa, a bedroom set, bed, two TVs, arbitrary boxes plus a freezer. This project took 3 men nearly 5 hours… After a year ago with much more substance it took an actual moving business 3 hours. We had been struck with petrol prices for some reason although 40mi is assume to maintain the price. With just one”seasoned” inspector it created it super slow, so we needed to cover new men to be there and harm our belongings. When it came time to cover we didn’t agree, we didn’t signal and yet the card was still charged. We had been swore at on the telephone and threatened. Will be disputing the charges.

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The movers didn’t supply a correct quote without checking to comprehend the reach of the occupation. They showed up within an hour late on the afternoon of the transfer. They piled items which should happen to be piled, like bikes along with living room furniture that caused harm to the furniture. They dashed through the task hoping to get to a different job. The truck seemed like the products were literally thrown to it. They lacked many parts of furniture. We left a promise on a single thing to replace it, and they struggled against us against providing reimbursement, even though they were grossly and willfully negligent in packaging the products. Definitely not professional. I wouldn’t advocate anyone use this corporation.

I do not typically depart reviews but this business is such a joke. Do not anticipate a phone like they state they will do before to get a heads up. Then as soon as they appear and your not prepared they begin clocking you. They had been requested to return because nobody knew they were arriving along with their had been stuff from the drive (that had to be transferred ).

Window has been 12-5 using 30 minute call beforehand. You get informed that you’re the previous stop. Its a two hour window in 12? That is your final stop? Yeah this provider likely wont last another few months. They abandon bc that they”feel” just like your upset/disrespectful. Oh and also your in a company where moving is not stressful and you do not call then begin clocking. Well I”feel” as though you just took my cash.

Do not call customer support to whine bc its own fault and you’ve got the issue. Who’s got the 1.5 stars throughout the web? Asked to acquire corporate variety and they state they will telephone you. Come on do you think I am dumb? Really I’m because I attempted saving cash using a laugh of a business.

Glad they showed there true colours before I left a dedication. I am going back to two guys and a truck. There customer service was wonderful. Plus they stand by what they say.

It’s difficult to imagine a much worse going experience than the one that I had with Here2There movers last summer. Mind you, I haven’t hired a moving company before this one, however, I guess that my expectations for communication, professionalism, and customer support were reasonable. Let me clarify.

Our deal on a home was approved as well as our 4 children in tow, ” I knew we’d need some assistance moving. In my search for a company to help people out, I came across Here2There on Groupon. I bought the groupon, scheduled a vehicle and movers to the Friday day of the final date, and patted myself on the back to be so pro-active. We discovered a babysitter and packed all of our items into boxes before their scheduled arrival. We’re 100% prepared for them.

After the day of the movement arrived, the movers never showed up. We’d scheduled to allow them to arrive at 3pm, which I had been assured by their own office staff wouldn’t be an issue since they had”a simple day” prior to us. At 4pm I phoned to ask about their whereabouts, and has been advised to wait. At 5pm I phoned back to perform the exact same and had been told once more to wait. At 6pm I phoned again and this time has been told that it was not uncommon to get a truck to be overdue and that I should just worry if it struck 7pm. Nevertheless no movers. So 4 hours when they were supposed to have came I call once again and just today did somebody have the courtesy to call the movers and find out something. I got a telephone call back 30 minutes after saying the supervisor would give me a call shortly. It was 8:30pm until I received this telephone and kid you not, he stated”we have been in you flat for one hour, but you weren’t there, so that they left.” I was sitting in my flat because 2pm, so I informed him how wrong he had been. At an instant of pure audacity, the man says”well, it is late and my men are tired. Can it be a lengthy move?” He then said he’d call me back. I’d heard nothing by 10pm so I called the main office and dropped my mind.

The man on duty said that he was sorry for my difficulty, that he would send someone out the following day and he stated he’d”go to bat” for me on a reduction. To make a long and horrible story short, the movers had been an hour and a half late, they showed up with a less man than I purchased, then two hours after 2 more men showed up. They billed me for the man I did not order and the wonderful discount I purchased? 10%. Beyond this, they broke a few of my things and after submitting a claim together I still have not received the compensation for those products.

Save yourself some trouble and find somebody better.

Not only did they return in my creditcard and bill and additional 60 bucks with no permission..movers stole my hands tree!!!

Found an iPad discharged from first moving place.   The Entire situation was manage badly from the firm who afterwards called me a liar, vindictive and proceeded so far as to accuse of putting up the Whole thing Simply to make money from them!   I have never dealt with such bad customer support earlier in my whole 60 years on this world!   I had been told that they’d just pay the business standard of .60 percent…$3.00….which they have never shipped!   They made the offer of $100 in the Start to Cover a secondhand iPad but withdrew the offer once I hurt their feelings by hanging them up.   Don’t use this Business!   They Don’t monitor their workers and place a terribly bogus assignment statement on their website.   These are people with no feeling of honor or responsibility.

List of things divided through moving   ·         Master bedroom lamp. Smashed on the medial side. Both of these lamp shades were bunch in one of my vinyl binds but I suppose that they were a little large and they shut the bind too tight and it even god hurt.   ·         King mattress: this product was wrap just in that transparent wrap vinyl. I advised them that mattress was too large and too thick to be wrapped only with that. The mattress obtained dirty and ripped in 3 corners. ·         King mattress pay : got ripped and filthy in 3 corners. ·         King bed: on various sides of the mattress, the timber obtained harm with quite visible dents. ·         Crib: over various sides of the crib, the darkened wood obtained harm with quite visible dents. ·         Master bedroom layout: because the transfer, it has not been operating properly making a great deal of noise. ·         TV console: several bits to maintain two inside shelves are overlooking. We can not place the selves with each other to hold dvr or blue ray player. ·         4 lamps: All these lamps were packaged but many bits are missing. The colors are reduction and can not be used for security reasons. We discovered a lamp was throw within a bike buggy we’ve got with no wrapping. Totally unsuitable. This lamp shade is white, got filthy and have dents. ·         Kitchen table: One leg has been broken and the other partly broken. ·         paintings and robes: the movers did not bring even 1 box to package appropriately all of our paintings and pictures. They wrapped them in blankets and if they got to North Carolina left all my photos in piles or contrary to the walls all around the house and many got scraped. ·         The kitchen boxes: the men that packaged the kitchen pulls, literally toss all my employees in a massive box piling up important files and items. They need to have packed items in boxes that are smaller and then place that at the huge box for security. In the center, the literally toss all of the condiments bundles which were in 1 draw and kept putting more items on top. These condiments (soy sauce, ketchup) broke and ALL MY IMPORTANT PAPERWORK AND THINGS GOT DIRTY AND STAIN. That is not a fantastic support. ·         One cupboard box I opened I discovered they toss my clothes on the of this box. I suppose they did not have additional boxes. ·         Big glass busted. ·         White Moroccan foundation broken. ·             Very disappointed with the support because:                                                                                     ·         failed to attract enough pads to package our delicate. ·         failed to attract enough boxes. ·          did not bring even 1 picture painting box as promised. ·         At the conclusion of the afternoon, the men run out of space at the next truck and arrived and told me: we can not deliver the rest of your items, select the most import ones since we do not’ get room. What? My pictures/paintings and mirrors were hanging around the walls. I felt that they could care less about my possessions. ·         Since there wasn’t any area in 2nd truck we must telephone and waited for a minimum of three hours before somebody told us exactly what was happening and what the next step was. ·         They attempted to bill us for a 3rd truck to package the rest of our things. Totally unprofessional. ·         About 4 pm I started walking round the home to locate my home totally filled with trash (tape vacant rolls, vinyl wrap rolls among other) all around the area. These men left all of the empty packaging supplies around my home and did not even have the decency of cleaning up. I must wash up all their garbage. ·         Because they did not have sufficient pads (blue blankets) they literally throw a good deal of our employees in boxes with no protection. We hired this business, with a coupon in Amazon Local, to transfer our brothers from an apartment into a condominium within 3 kilometers of eachother.   When our brothers moved back into the flat to bring more things, among them discovered her iPad eliminated from it’s cover along with the vacant cover lying among her things. Long story short, the firm repeatedly advised us it was likely missing, then told me they’d Talk to the team and replace it whenever they could not return back, then provided $100 to replace it, then told me they’d provide us $1.50.   They never did.   I registered a complaint with Amazon Local, that I have used Many times within the past year.   They instantly issued me a refund for its coupon, $170.00….which I didn’t ask and was amazed to get.   The moving business is calling me a liar, essentially saying I put up it to get money from these and demanding that I pay the entire pre-discounted sum of $341.00 within 30 days or else they will take me to court.   I am presuming Amazon contacted them and Won’t pay them.   I am also assuming this is an issue that had nothing to do with me personally.   Couldn’t it be between Amazon and the moving business?   Don’t use this moving business.   They related several Distinct tales to us and delivered rude and nasty mails and voice mails to us.   They also told me that they don’t conduct background checks on the crews. I never would have employed them had I understood this! Our brothers are all moved in their new house but be concerned about the man, by the moving team, coming back to rob them.

My loved ones and I had intended to re-locate into Tampa Bay,Fl. Out of Fishers,IN. For job reasons. My spouse and I made a decision to use an extremely comfortable large moving company we will call XYZ. We reserved this movement WELL beforehand! 6 Months ahead of time, in reality! The day only PRIOR into our MOVE DAY, a rep from XYZ phoned and asked that we alter our relocation to another date. Due to our endeavors, this wasn’t a choice!! Then they told us that they just could not manage our movement Due to a”schedule battle”!         Obviously my husband and I had been outside feverish! We started searching online, telephone books and also friends to track down & contact any and every shifting co. potential! After approx. 11 firms told us they just could NOT perform a move on this short notice, esc, having an outside country! We then discovered a company known as”Here to There Movers”, that frankly, I had never heard of before this. The Client Service Rep. that replied was extremely agreeable and promptly eased our concerns as she said , they would do”ANYTHING” to ensure we had been cared for! Following a few short retains, while she contacted mgrs.etc.,,to affirm that this might be achieved, she returned and notified us that she COULD actually book our movement and arrive in the originally scheduled time. I will confess I was a little reluctant as again, I hadn’t ever heard of the provider! They came promptly at the scheduled time and were exceptionally courteous, professional, and also incredibly friendly. We had been there while our belogings were filled and were very astonished at the ability level of those guys! (Thomas B.&  Rosevelt D) We had a few fairly difficult challenges, like treadmill in the 2nd fl,etc.. . In the long run, our possessions arrived in our new house in Florida with no episode! Not a single broken thing, no problems at all! I’m SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE FOUND AND WISELY CHOOSEN”HERE TO THERE MOVERS”! We truly don’t understand what we’d have achieved had they never come into the rescue! I WOULD RECOMMEND “HERE TO THERE MOVERS” TO ANYONE !!!
