    Long-distance move from California
    Thank you to Hercules

Thanks to Hercules!   I thought they were unbelievable.   Going from Los Angeles into Agoura Hills using a total of 4 ceases, my really ambitious boyfriend believed him and his friend could manage All our things.   7 hours later, we are tired, his friend must leave, we’ve got a sofa trapped in our hall plus a 26 ft UHAUL filled with all of our possessions with barely anything transferred. . .and that the UHAUL Has to Be returned with midnight.   Out and out of choices I desperately named Hercules.   Inside one hour and a half, they had a 3 person crew out in our location dividing butt for another 2.5 hours.   Just 2.5 hours to proceed to our four narrative walk-up, mind you this truck took us 8 hours to package ourselves up.   They salvaged our movement and so were there at a pinch.   The movers were very delicate with All our furniture, walls, halls, etc..   Incredibly professional and nearly running up the 4 flights of stairs that the Whole time.   The only time that they ceased was once I had been forcing them to consume more water (obviously it was 95 degrees and humid outside ).     THANK YOU!

I will be more than happy to use them again

This business has good movers and this firm couldn’t have granted me a much better support from start till end. I Am Quite Happy that I Decided to MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY!
They took good care of their stuff as though it had been their own. Incredibly professional, considerate, and helpful. Among the movers worked with me until I was totally happy. They finished the movement in a timely way. I’m more than happy to work with them again later on.

I highly recommend having professional movers

Moving stinks – packaging, packaging, the entire bit. Hercules Moving Systems created the experience a lot simpler – they’re worth every penny and then some. Yuval came at my door and that he was exceptionally polite and educated. He gave me hints on what ought to be in boxes and also what to package to conserve time for those movers = meaning that he was saving me money. He was so informative and helpful (even telling me about the yelp bargain ) that I was immediately dismissed by his own professionalism and also this provider. I called my husband and told me my expertise and we instantly decided that this was the firm for us. My second call was on another two moving businesses we had coming to get a quote to cancel, then I phoned Yuval to say we’d really like to work with him. The movers didn’t fail – they arrived, packaged, and moved using an efficiency and rate which makes me wonder why they do not have capes? They have been respectful and considerate, social, and gracious to the protein bars and cold water bottles. (Just how are people so rude not to provide these items to individuals LITERALLY doing the heavy lifting to your relocation?) They met us in our new location another day with the exact same efficiency and rate at UNPACKING and had us prepared to settle at our new area in a matter of hours. It had been such a treat for me, since I am someone who generally gathers family and friends to get a move and using it take an whole weekend simply to receive our things to some other location. Not even mentioning that the unpacking and the remainder of it. I strongly recommend having specialist movers everytime you proceed, b/c that they understand how to package and how to transfer it fast – the time that you save on this alone is well worth the money spent. And If You Would like GOOD Men and Women that know what they’re performing for a reasonable price, then Hercules Moving Systems is that you want.

    Long-distance move from California
I had a very good experience

I have done a whole lot of research prior to making my move from San Francisco to Florida and now I’m quite satisfied with the support Hercules Moving Systems provided.I was only moving about 1 bedroom worth of things and did not wish to break the bank with this movement. The”large” firms gave me quotes about $3600, which was more than my stuff had been worth! The sketchy businesses which provide you quotes in the net (DON’T USE THEM) gave me estimates under $1000. Hercules Moving Systems lent me about 2,500 along with the provided me a flat-rate quote (I might have completed you based off of weight when I desired ).My estimator, AVI, was friendly but quite frank. Case in point — At one stage, he explained that one thing I wished to move wasn’t worthwhile — he clarified that it could cost a whole lot, since it had been heavy AND it had been the sort of thing which breaks into cross-country moves. He did not need to mention this, along with his firm would have made additional cash if we had attempted to maneuver the item.AVI stuck with me to the whole pre-moving procedure. He asked him about a thousand bothersome questions and pestered him endlessly. I even changed my stock multiple occasions in the last moment. Actually, I was probably a pain in the [EDIT] to take care of. However, every request was responded to immediately and correctly. On move-out afternoon, the team of men arrived (Augustine along with both Joses) and got right to work. My apartment had a CRAZY stairwell, and also the men were able to receive my big and awkward furniture outside without messing up the building’s paint project. They packaged and wrapped all of my furniture very well and we really professional and courteous. I’d asked the men at Hercules Moving Systems to maintain my possessions in storage for approximately 20 days prior to sending them out so that I’d have the time to locate an apartment. They consented and gave me a 10 day shipping window (how these men move your things cheaply would be to package it into a massive 18-wheeler along with other people’s motions — so the truck does not leave until it is full. . .hence the window). The only bump in the procedure came with the shipping of these products. I had been under the belief that I would find a call a week before delivery. When the center of the window wrapped around, I phoned into the organization and discovered that I’d really only get a 1 DAY warning prior to my stuff came. This was less than ideal. The following day, prior to my brand new flat was prepared, I got a call in the truck driver stating that he was prepared to send THAT EVENING. Fortunately, he was really nice and managed to hold off for 2 days and that I had enough time to get everything ready. The truck which came was out of a moving firm that Hercules Moving Systems had contracted with to finish the transport of my belongings. I’ve discovered that occasionally this is where issues pop up, but I had no such issues. The men could back the massive truck to some very tight place and then very quickly and closely redeemed everything.Overall, I had an excellent experience and wouldn’t hesitate to utilize Hercules Moving Systems if I am ever moving inside Northern California back again.

I would definitely use them again.

I had been known by a co-worker into Hercules Transferring that’s used him previously.  The customer support was fantastic. Very easy to speak to and they explain all of my issues.  The movers affirmed why Hercules was the perfect option.  Adolfo and his team were fantastic.  Very polite, eager and quick to assist.  I’d certainly use them again.

I have ever had. From one happy customer. ThX HERCULES !!!

Lucky me. I had to proceed again. So I predicted several companiesThen I recalled I used Hercules Transferring some years ago. I didn’t know whether they’re still in business. I discovered them on YELP.  I discovered couple of harsh reviews, but it didn’t stop me. I had a fantastic experience before. MIKE replied and was really nice on the telephone. So I figured, why not try them yet once again.
They didn’t disappoint me. This time I had 3 men, just a lot of stuff. Cost was at quite reasonlble degree @79/hour – that is still the cheapest rate we can find anyway. Notably at the end of the month. I hear some businesses raise it a long time. But because I already used them, I thought that I won’t risk and find a different inspector. Last time was excellent. I called and has been quoted up to $1000 for 3 by other moving co’s.
We utilized Hercules to move all of my big stuff and also to package the kitchen: glass, food, dishes,& materials. They charge me  just $290 for fuel that was honest, visiting SIMI VALLEY, which was a large 26 footer. They wrapped all of my things: dressers, mattresses, sofas, seats, so that they don’t get scratched or damaged.  Yuval and the men took extra good care of our stuff rather than one single thing was ruined.  We had many nice pieces of furniture and delicate items also, because we had lots of unopened wedding presents and such. They took additional attention. I also had amps, guitar, along with an upright. This was hands down the very best moving experience I’ve ever had. From one happy client. ThX HERCULES !!!

    I recommend them

    1.      I was actually fighting to pick a business to assist us move and that I eventually determined on Hercules. My spouse and I’m really pleased with our choice. I called them up on a month or so earlier we had to proceed. They quoted us round exactly like the other firms but their support was fantastic. There was a tiny time blend and that they showed up somewhat late but all was well after they loaded up everything. Our stuff revealed around our new home in time, nothing has been broken but a couple of boxes in which smooched. If we ever have to move again we’ll utilize Hercules again. I urge them.

The team showed up right on schedule

Reservations: somewhat odd. It was more difficult to make the booking over the phone talking with someone than reserving it online would happen to be. I inquired for a 10am slot plus I received a call back hoping to push our movement to the late afternoon. We finally settled on a time that worked for both of us so no harm no foul.Punctuality: No issues at all. The group showed up right on schedule.Professionalism: These guys do not mess around. The moment they enter your assumptions they begin breaking down, wrap, lifting, loading and getting business done. Take your time isn’t in such men’s vocabulary. You will spend days, weeks and even months packing up everything and they’ll make you seem like a complete amateur with how fast they get everything from the old location and to the new.Attitude: Really hard working with an occasional dash of dry witty humor.Price: ” I did not do a lot of comparison shopping, but this firm was on the top end. On the reverse side they’re so efficient and powerful that it balances it all out. You won’t feel as if you’re milked for each additional billable hour. I was pleased to cover the rate and a large hint at the end of the experience. Conclusion: Worth every cent. They broke a job which could have taken me buddies family from dawn to dusk down to a couple hours. This was a massive weight from my shoulders and allow me to concentrate on everything else I needed to prepare and take good care of. I would recommend this service to anybody moving in the long run: find a way to work it in your transfer budget!

Hercules moving, they are the right choice

My loved ones and I proceeded with Hercules Moving and we had a fairly good experience together.  Hercules Transferring the sales rep has been quite upfront in relation to the pricing. On the moving date, they shipped me a really professional team to pick up my things, and as promised, there were no gains on the costs and no hidden charges. Now, I obtained delivery, and also my possessions came in rather great shape. I suggest Hercules moving, they’re the best selection for excellent service at a excellent cost.

    Highly recommended by a friend

An unbelievable job!! They came highly suggested by a friend who’d employed them before and that I wasn’t disappointed in any way. I’d called around for quotations and Hercules Movers were quite reasonably priced. The movers were really early and have been amazingly efficient. Everything has been wrapped and proceeded into the truck inside 20 minutes. I’d propose Hercules Movers to anybody who’s moving.

Hard working, super efficient. Suprisingly professional movers.

I encounter these men through hunting online. I live in a 2 bedroom flat in la on the next floor and has been moving into a two level townhouse in san jose. The guys came a couple of minutes early compared to the scheduled period and got to work straight away. I showed them all of the boxes and furniture that I had moved and what things to be abandoned for me to take in my vehicle. All three were quite considerate and kind. They had been working really hard and so early in the morning that I gave to visit the regional Starbucks for them what they needed that they tpolitely ook my supply on. In the couple of minutes I was gone they’d already cleared out my living space and many of a few of my bedrooms. In total it took them four hours to load and unload everything. I was impressed even with driving traffic and time combined 405 on the way to my new place. The very best part was opening all of my kitchen boxes I’d marked brittle rather than finding one broken glass or plate. I’ll be advocating Hercules moving systems to every one of my friends and loved ones.

I wanted to recommend Hercules Moving

Wonderful Service! I wished to urge Hercules Moving to the exceptional job they did together with my relocation.  I’ve made many home moves before, not necessarily with great outcomes but Hercules surpassed my expectations. The favorable experience began with the return phone by their accounts rep, Mike, that had been quite proficient and asked all of the correct questions. The added price was quite fair and also, as it was, an amazing thing. The moving crew has been very professional and concentrated on making certain that my possessions and land were well shielded. They even had to take appliances and furniture up a dual flight of stairs rather than hit on the walls or banisters. When they ended, there wasn’t any harm in any respect. I would strongly suggest them for any movement considered and can use them again later on.

I had another fantastic and inexpensive move thanks to Hercules

My boyfriend and I employed Adept to our big move and we’re totally satisfied and pleased together. Raul, their supervisor was convinced to let me know we’d be glad, and really I was. There were not any hidden charges, no hiccups in our movement in any way. The men were super effective and got everything done without denting or harmful anything such as some movers. It was cheap, particularly with the yelp deal. I have moved many times, and last move with Hercules has unquestionably been the best by far. Ensure that you book beforehand, as they become really busy fast!!!

Gustavo and joe staff were amazing!! Weused Hercules in December, and they did so good we used them again when we needed to proceed last minute due to a job move. They could drain our flat, a storage device, and a garage all from the Valley into Huntington Beach. They were quick and cautious with all our boxes. We happy with everything

We utilized Hercules Moving to get a very long distance movement and had an excellent experience together. Dana consistently contacted me if I phoned or email. The movers were very professional. They wrap all of our products (particularly our white couch, mattress and 65″ Plasma) and above all this business made us quite satisfied with everything. We’ll go back in Washington to Oregon a year ago, and certainly we’ll use them again.

    Moving from Hawaii

Overall support wasn’t bad. Staff were very helpful in becoming stuffs wrapped and boxed. Shipping was easy.

    Thumb up:
The procedures of pickup and drop-off moved easily. No broken objects; electronic equipment were undamaged despite not having bubble packs or Styrofoams. I am not certain how you did it but items were kept nicely although a few cardboard boxes were severed when delivered.

    Communication–
The Client Support will react to my queries and also gave upgrades whenever possible.

    Slimming down:
    Administration.
Before pickup (first call): no in house review was completed so the true price went MORE than quote.

About the pickup day: somehow they tasked the identical group of movers above few homes consecutively, i.e., delegating the identical group (three movers) for 2 hours at the same home, the exact men move to next to 2 hours. They ended up not able to complete it on time, thereby delaying those later this home. I had been scheduled between 1300-1500 time slot; then they did not arrive before 1748 and then more movers showed up, end up with NINE movers showing up in my home, finishing fees and packaging from 2000.

Scheduling delivery: The workplace NEVER contacted me personally to program delivery day. They did all of scheduling without speaking to me. The first time, only the deliveryman phoning me telling me when he’d be arriving (the afternoon right after he phoned me). I needed to call the office back to rescheduling and ended up costing me extra for local storage. Second time, I was just asked if I would be accessible between dates 13th to 23rd; they did exactly the exact same again, just difference this time, that the workplace could phone (but in the final hour of the work week) to inform me exactly the date/time of shipping. On the other hand, the period was transferred on the previous minute (in the morning to day, informed about the day BEFORE delivery).
Feedback: you do not understand what sort of job that I do, I might not have the ability to obtain that afternoon off work!! I really don’t understand why you’d do anything. Always coordinate with customer. Last minute changes may be prevented if you created plans beforehand.

Moving from West coast to East coast

I had the very traumatic encounter for this business. The individual who deliever my furniture and etc was quite impolite and disrespectful to me personally. He deny to come in my apartment complex to send my items because he didn’t wish to destroy his truck. He chased me out and refuse to produce the delivery I had to pay extra money and lease a Penske truck in order that he can put my stuff inside that truck to generate the deliever. Even the drivet refused to throw my things his supervisor needed to beg him and promise to cover to unload my items. I had been in tears that this man had no regard for me whatsoever. I phoned in tears to the revenue supervisor mike leaving voice mails saying what wad happening and the way vam they have somebody like that representing his business and I asked mike to phone me back. Never revieved a phone from mike. I needed to telephone mike. Mike pretended to hear like he actually was worried and assured that he will escalate my event and reimbursement. . .this episode happened January 26th have yet to hear in mike or anybody from this business have left many voicemails to get Mike without return calls or any other thing. .

    Late and no communication

The beginning procedure and pick up of things went well.  Once they picked up they saved the things for 3 months prior to even getting them onto a truck.  When I called to find out delivery time/day that I would need to call 3 times until getting return calls.  On account of the shipping being late I had been given a charge that wasn’t passed on to the motorist and as soon as the shipping was created in Tenn. the workplace was not open so he desired full payment.  Driver was rude & disrespectful.  Many calls went back and forth to have the appropriate amount and he wished to bill for having to waitfor. This business should work on client services.  Fantastic news was everything was delivered.

    Worst Ever

I’ve transferred a few occasions in my lifetime, and that is actually the most peculiar and most traumatic of those adventures.   Honestly, I Believe the positive reviews posted here will be from shills.   I had them shop a few if things for 4 Decades.   Their business practices are somewhat exceptional at best.   When I chose to transfer my things from storage, then they picked up”prep” charges because I (clearly ) had not picked them to the transfer.   Their customer support is abysmal. They reunite neither calls nor emails.   After the movers that I picked showed up, they’d been given the Incorrect address.   When the new movers found the ideal speech, Hercules staff whined and mistreated them. The foreman explained afterwards that he had been amazed at the misuse and lack of professionalism.   Subsequently, the crowner, a Number of my most precious antiques were ruined during memory, and many never showed up upon offload.   Horrible experience.   And they do not appear to care somewhat about their poor reputation.

    Long-distance move from California
One of worst experiences in my life...

I hired Hercules Moving Systems to maneuver my two bedroom flat out of CA to CO.. I browse through the advice and spoke with the agent several occasions and made an extremely thorough collection of all of the things in my home and gave comprehensive measurements of things because they had to be aware of the cubic feet because that is exactly what they bill by, actually doing calculations of cubic feet of boxes. I just had 4 moderate boxes which were added last minute which were not among the. But when they arrived and loaded they said that I had been over their estimated cubit footage by about 150 ft3 after my things were on the vehicle. They wanted to charge me over $600 over my official quotation. I said that all but 4 boxes were on the listing, and they consented to come back on cost somewhat, but would not give me exactly what I had been quoted or merely let me only to cover the added boxes that I had been upfront about until they began loading. But it says from the first paperwork/contract that you will be billed’just for things not on the listing.’ There was not much I could do with my things loaded today. I’d even talked with the Hercules’s representative before loading, and he promised me that because I was so thorough with my listing that I should not this issue. I did wind up calling the organization or whoever manages disagreements for Hercules, for Hercules simply picks up your belongings then other businesses take over (that I was also told did not occur ). I told them the problem after obtaining the run-around from many men and women. They did examine my situation, and that I chose to find the response of’I will contact you tomorrow’ for many days in a row. Then I got a call saying that I would not get a new sum, but about 10min after another representative called and said they’d give me roughly $140 away and gave me a fresh sum to cover pickup that I confirmed over the telephone three days. So I bought my money purchase. Afterward the paperwork they delivered to alter the amount stated another quantity. The first amount that has been estimated was 2183 and they ended up making me cover a total of 2675. By my estimates the four boxes must have just costs me $50.  From the conclusion of the I was so disappointed I was simply tired of fighting with the business and its agents.  I believe that others must know that this provider isn’t honest even if they guarantee you it’s, and you need to only plan on additional cost even when you’re detailed on your list of things. I had been contacted with the moving firm and was advised that they had been to send my things between Thursday and Monday. I was also told that they would contact me the day before but could not allow me to know a more exact time and this was after approximately 1 week of getting my things and I was just waiting for them. It kind of destroyed my weekend because we believed they could come daily. But they never called during this time period. I phoned them to inquire and a few times and they stated it had been on its way and could not offer any more info then afterward I called again they stated it had not left the warehouse. Then they predicted on Monday, and delivered to Tuesday one afternoon late.   The following dilemma was that Hercules said that they needed their own trucks and didn’t contract out, but that was precisely what they did. For a different firm dealt with dispatching the trucks along with the other firm delivered my things late. Additionally several things were ruined with broken or dents without a apology.   I want to get an apology because they had been dishonest and gave false information that made my weekend dreadful and they delivered late.

    Long-distance move from California
    False bid

I Great day I am submitting a complaint against Hercules shifting systems. I’ll be submitting about 12 emails involving my spouse and I and Hercules representative Alex her email address is alex@herculesmovingsystem.com. I consented to utilize Hercules after several telephone calls and numerous emails to which the topic was a binding bid for my own move. I contacted several firms who responded to my email request for quotations. Each one of the firms priced their movements by overall weight, they provided binding bids and that I can be present for the weighing of my merchandise and in the event the weight surpassed the bidding done with a in home estimate done by their own worker my cost wouldn’t go up. Hercules Moving additionally reacted to my email. Alex the representative advised my wife that her firm did not have to send somebody to do a house quote if we’d send her our quote. My wife emailed one quote that revealed roughly 1900 cubic ft I emailed the next quote that revealed roughly 1650 cubic feet. Based on these quotes and a listing of things we’d boxed up, I quantified the boxes H x W x L then employed the formula to compute the cubic foot complete of my boxes that were less boxes compared to quote and we removed several items in the listing. This listing was emailed to Alex. Alex supplied us with several quotes that read binding bidding or quote as well as the bids said I could be billed 4.25 percent foot for items NOT listed on the bidding. I contacted Alex only before our pickup date to notify her that we had been twelve extra boxes over rely about 15 cubic feet. About the 28thof July the movers came and began wrap and disassembling our furniture. They came in a 26 foot truck, that I investigated the cu ft. of a truck that size per Penski leases there 26 ft sockets are 1600 cu ft. of storage, funding that has 24 foot trucks 1300 cu ft. About have means throughout the procedure the foreman of the team contacted my spouse and presented her with a fresh quote that increased the cost of our transfer by 1500 bucks. Per the foreman he visually looked at exactly what we had been going and to estimate him based on my understanding of the project that he decided we had three hundred cu Ft. more and increased the cost from the 1500 bucks. He’d show me that he wasn’t planning to charge me 150 for my fridge and the exact same sum for my washer and drier each the fine print of this contract. It is really a take it or leave it offer. My scenario was its Sunday an expert cleaning business was scheduled for Monday, the carpeting cleaners were Tuesday, keys returned into Management Company Wednesday household on flight that day to Florida. I had no way to employ another firm and this particular bid the first bid wasn’t that much greater than just renting two trucks out of Penski a single 26 footer and a single 16 footer if hiring and necessary transferring friends I think there referred to as an affiliate of Penski who will supply drivers and other help 888-522-6710. In all due respect when a business is charging by cubic foot when the truck is loaded it would be simple to find an extremely accurate price by quantifying the truck and performing the formulation. Hercules bid the task low to guarantee the bid providing deceptive emails, is determined to accomplish this, then just increase the price significantly but over the other bids totals. Recall I have a rest on the fine printing expenses. Please look to this as I have started looking into moving calls I am reading a great deal of horror tales, also my spouse asked Alex about the negative reviews we found on Hercules Moving Systems, she personally contacted both of us by telephone to guarantee us that the information was wrong and she could offer a binding bidding. The last email I received from Alex once I complained about this behaviour was that I might find a call from a supervisor, didn’t occur.

    Long-distance move from California
    Poor service. Lost furniture part.

I just moved from San Francisco downtown to Pasadena, CA at December throughout the Hercules Moving Systems.   I picked that company because it was cheap and they Could move my possessions at the final time of my hunt.   The business functions as teams of venture of dispatchers, shippers, movers, allocators and etc, divide its gains one of those groups and cost extras for additional services like wrap TV, lift fees along with 18 wheeler truck loading arrangement fee (will discuss this below). I gave one star to the firm though it began just fine, but it immediately became the worst encounter.   They were two hours late once they showed up (approximately 6PM! ) ) , however I was fine to the movers, and also gave $60 suggestion to three men who were fine and detail. However, Once I came at Pasadena, CA, I needed to wait for two weeks for my furniture and items.   It arrived two days after from this two weeks interval, along with the dispatching group’s supervisor and that I had an intense talk about this since he needs me to wait much more, and this may of been the after Christmas or through my vacation vacation period.   The guy wanted me to cover $300 additional to make their 18 wheeler truck, that is absurd for just over 325 sq ft quantity of furniture that I have.   The purpose is obviously to postpone my items for the following couple of days until they are done along with other jobs, so that I knew my listing was least important for them.   Like I threaten to sue them (once I read a review here, I found another reviewer really uttered them), they had been little more elastic, but I needed to wait for two additional days.  The afternoon of birth, they arrived on time, but you know what?   They had been delaying my items because there was still another brand new tenants at our apartment complex that had been going in during their support in the Identical time and the Identical day!   They need to tell me this & I’d of undermine them Rather than arguing them.OK, that is alright.   Whatever. . right?   When they finally earned all, it wasn’t over.   They had been missing a leg of the night stand, and also a single man smirked at me and told me three legs can encourage the dining table!   [EDIT]?   Is that a joke?

    Do Not Use!

    Don’t USE!
This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in more than 20 moves across the world with army and because retiring! In the initial quote, through”you’ve got different size things than what we anticipated,” into”here is your new price and have to be paid upfront because it is loaded”, to”we’ve got a twelve day window and will contact you the night prior to storage or delivery fees will be additional and must be paid BEFORE delivery”, to here is the top one from the operations supervisor Dan Dabrowski”my men on-site created a math mistake and it’s currently $406 more which should be paid prior to off-loading and if you do not agree, I’ll cancel the delivery, and also much more storage charges will be additional and you want to get hold of somebody else to get a new shipping date!” And”who’s the boss, I do not have one!” When actually the 406 was a cost matching reduction John Garcia the sales rep gave”in writing” which clearly does not matter! And try to speak to somebody during the procedure and after isn’t happening! Totally Unethical, Rude, and Dishonest!

    Nightmare

The whole service was quite poor in the start until we obtained our things.1) We obtained overcharged the quotation was distinct, the movers quantify the entire move and based with Gustavo (Agency ) calculation I must cover 350 much more of my quote or contribute to them 200 suggestion. I had been thinking about saving money, therefore I trick them in check I can show evidence of that.Pick up-to-date Saturday June 28.2) I didn’t listen to form the business for around fourteen days. I had been calling into the business nearly every evening and no response zero client services. Individuals very mad. An email was delivered on July 11 suggesting the sending date from  07/20/14 into 07/25/143) Friday july 18 I obtained I phone from IONI he informed me about bringing date. I advised me that the maximum afternoon for delv will be 24 because nobody will probably be in the home, or I can wait for second shipping period within 1 month.  4) Ioni known as tuesday 22 asserting that the men will at our flat early in the morning following day. Movers showed up at noon, My husband who’s a Dr couldn’t wait so he travelled to work and return to open up the doorway (noon) he advised them he’ll return by 5pm to inspect everything. These folks chose to ditch our belongs rather than build the furniture such as the vanity, mattress, tread miller, even a few product were left with pad, garbage everywhere, mattress still in containers. And I am not counting that I’ve not open all of the boxes.   Our mattress unworthy, dining table futile missing components, overlooking boxes, thing left by pads. This company is a scam and it ought to be penalize for its inferior Excellent support

STOLE EVERYTHING I OWNED! THEN THREATENED ME AND DOUBLE CHARGED ME!!!

HERCULES MOVING SYSTEMS STOLE EVERYTHING that I OWNED AND THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO DOUBLE CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD.

There’s a reason their Rates are so much more affordable than every other moving business – they Aren’t a real business, they’re crooks and thugs who steal their own items!
I had everything that I possessed picked up around the 11th (I really don’t need to state the month since I am afraid They’ll come after me again) to get a cross country move from LA to Chicago.   It had been picked up together with the state that it could be sent to me about the 4th of another month.   I must have understood instantly that they had been unethical and offenders Once I got a telephone hours following my items have been picked up.   I was advised of an extra fee for those movers moving up the staircase (although my apt. Construction needed a cargo lift ).   I didn’t need to argue at the time since they had all I’ve owned and I expected to return.

Then, near the shipping date, then I called to validate the time/date since I had to inform my brand new apt. Construction.   I began receiving calls from telling me that they did not have my items and did not know where they’re.   Finally they found them and said they hadn’t abandoned the Caribbean warehouse and have been still in Los Angeles! They were removed from my own apt. In LA and put in storage with those”movers”! I inquired where my items really were because I’d go get them out of the”storage facility” and had been advised that they were subsequently to a truck.   Right.
When hours of calls together with Various individuals and most of them refusing to provide their titles, I got a call out of the guy who stated He needed my items.   But he wanted $1,000 CASH IF I WANTED MY THINGS, OTHERWISE HE WOULD DUMP THEM SOMEWHERE OUTSIDE THE CITY.   I said I would cover the extra $1,000 and 3 Mexicans showed up at a Small U-Haul with possibly 5 boxes of moist, opened, re-taped crap.

The motorist, Sami Sume -LRB-323-RRB- 973-2653, stated the boxes (ALL OF MY CLOTHING, MY BED, MY DESK, EVERYTHING that I OWNED!!)   Was lost and that he did not understand where it had been.

After reporting what of importance was stolen along with reporting Hercules into Visa,  I Started to receive threatening telephone calls from anonymous amounts.   I filed a police report, but since it had been an inter-state move along with the true location of this theft wasn’t unknown (I still didn’t have any clue where my material was stolen from as just like a moron, I trusted that the firm ) there was not anything which could be carried out.

4 weeks after, I talked to Rose Bautista and also she stated that they’re still searching for the lost things which she now concedes were sent to a client in Missouri.

ENDED UP PAYING THEM OVER $3,000 FOR THEM TO STEAL EVERYTHING I OWNED.

    As bad as it gets

I’m still awaiting my own stuff. I’m a University Professor, going to NY to begin a new occupation. I advised my sales man my situation: I can not be there for your transfer once I teach courses since students pay a great deal of cash to attend my courses. I also said that I do not have anybody to oversee the transfer with me, so I wanted a firm with some versatility. I had been advised that this Wasn’t a Issue, and given cases of much more complex scenarios This business has managed.   I had been told” we’ll work together with you”, and so that I hired them.   Well, since that time, nothing has ever occurred as intended.   Pickup was overdue and there wasn’t any communication in their ending to let me know- that I found out since I had been consistent in my calling and eventually somebody told me.Prior to this, I had been informed that everything was all set, the motorists had been in their way, and also so to be individual. As soon as I received my teaching program , I emailed it to folks at this business over three times, left messages over three occasions, and spoke to a person right about it two. I did so since I had a really bad feeling about that.   I had been told Many times that”we shall put a notice in your document”.   Though, Once I asked about the notes were in my document from following calls, they might provide me no advice.   At present, I’m still awaiting my own stuff. I had been advised that they will”attempt” to suit me, but”nothing is ensured”.   This is quite different than that which the plaintiff told mepersonally. They’re Also booking the right to re-start the Shipping window since I answered rather than responding around an email I sent.   Despite the fact that the advice they had been requesting I had formerly supplied through email, direct communicating through the telephone, and voice mails delivered in the salesperson’s expansion along with the dispatcher’s voicemail. I have all the recorded through 1) a communication connection I Was advised to do with my attorney, two ) my mobile phone documents ( and 3) email contact from the Business.   Next time that something which somebody with that firm mentioned would happen does occur, is going to be the very first moment. You’d think they’d forward my email when it was that important, or Maybe tell me a thing like”we shall email you personally and if you do not answer what changes, even when We’re emialing your for advice you’ve already supplied us several occasions”   Jack, my own salesperson, hasn’t responded to one of my mails. Last I spoke to him, which was three months ago, he said hold on and that I had been on hold for over Half an Hour.   No response to my mails, no response to emails that are subsequent.

Hercules Long distance Move - AWFUL!

Worst moving experience ever.  Mover didn’t clarify period for delivery; just upon pickup was that it obviously clarified that transfer could take around 3 months for shipping, at that time it had been too late to generate a shift.  Nevertheless, the true delivery occurred 6 months after pickup.  Shipping was faulty as a big furniture item was lost.  It was shortly found at the source, however this merchandise took an extra 8 weeks for shipping.  While the inspector failed to admit, I think the delay was because they had been awaiting a complementary load to Supply the lost thing (instead of expediting delivery Because of Their error ).   Along with this unacceptable delays, during the procedure I called often to get status updates.  At least half of the time I couldn’t get through.  When somebody replied I got the normal”shipment is working on it” which appeared to be code for”we’re waiting for another load and don’t have any respect for shipping at the dedicated timeframe”.  Other situations the client support staff was rude and unprofessional. If a client has a complete truckload, then I am certain that Hercules will send in a reasonable period.  If not, then you better hope another load which just fills up a truck with your load will the identical location.  Otherwise you may wait, maybe a very long moment.

    Very bad service

We transferred entire 2BHK flat from CA to WA with decent fixed cost.
    Frick me outside most:
500$ – 700$ redelivery prices because they delivered early and we were not prepared with our new flat yet. We cleared this on telephone before going ahead together and they assured us that they’ll store our things free for 1 month prior to making delivery or if it reaches ancient. But absence of honesty.
Rude – Extremely considerate until you finalize your movement together. As soon as they load your belongings in their moving truck, they’ll no longer be considerate to you.
Deficiency of responsiblity without a follow up process on missing items after shipping, so consider urself lucky when you’ve got all of your boxes. We dropped dining table value $600 and they requested us to fulfill some kind. No followup, it’s been 6 weeks and today I’m fedup of phoning them again and again requesting same claim procedure upgrade.
PLEASE learn to appreciate your clients.

    Bunch of thieves!!!

Don’t conduct business! I had my items in storage and while I got behind, after I paid off everything and had it delivered we found items were lost. Our TV has been replaced with big image frames, one such as a drawing with names on it. The bathtub labeled electronics has been lacking an Xbox and controls. However because we checked off things as they were removed from the vehicle, (we had been advised to check off which the boxes were there rather than ruined, not given the opportunity to experience anything whereas the truck driver was still there) this business won’t compensate for things their workers stole from us. Worst experience

Hercules moving system includes a Fantastic client service that can call you and follow up with you nearly every day to make your business, however their customer support throughout the transfer and then is dreadful.   The driver claimed He needed to perform a long distance transport to haul my furniture into my flat and billed me $500 on the place or else he would not take my furniture.   He maintained that the space was 200 feet initially, then 250 feet, then 350 feet, afterward 425 ft.  I google mapped and also used a space program on my telephone and the space is just 150 feet of that 75 feet was assumed to be liberated.   I felt ripped off with this business and getting my cash back Isn’t easy at all and client support Isn’t great in Any Way, they maintained the shipping portion of the reception and maintained that the motorist is en-route.   All lame explanations.   My furniture also came with a Great Deal of scratches, dents, and fries.   Not a very delighted customer.

    Stolen skateboard decks.

I received an 5’x10’x 10’h. To be certain everything will fit in the distance The moving business place if everything at the truck at Oside. I’d paid 60 percent down.   $1610.00. I just had them pack three boxes  The remainder was already boxed. My fiancé and I along with my neighbor were really there. They boxed My SONY TV into 1 box, my own green elephant table in a different box and a large basket at in a different tall box so that we can wrap the stair decks and set them in the tall box. I’d saved out blank carpets to wrap my skate board Decks.   We wrapped the planks and place them and we place them into the basket at the box. Among those packers commented about the decks. I didn’t believe for a moment They’d steal things.   It had been box variety 47. Misc apparel box in my reception. I guess that I must have had them label every one.

Lied to, cheated, and taken advantage of

    1. Driver was from Brazil and talked in broken English, he just knew us if he obtained his manner two. He showed up six months late and subsequently charged us more because it required him to the night to load up on the truck. He must have been around time at the first location. 3. He resisted the cost in my wife three days, yanking her a negative with no about to possess her first the gains. At ten at night she’d have signed something 4. He put in $4,000 to get a bigger truck to split the bigger one to, but did not incorporate it as a line item, so when he determined he had been late for his second shipping , he still charged us to get the $4,000 and finished up unloading us at a local storage thus we needed to employ a few natives ourselves to move out of storage into the home. 5. They scraped my speakers, shattered tables, photographs, and they did not place one bed, or furniture back together just like was guaranteed.  We could have really used that aid because both my spouse and I or over sixty years of age. 6. We’ve purchased and bought twelve home before and that has been the worst move we’ve ever gone through.  Due to our home’s fast closing they had been the sole firm that revealed to command, and that’s because that the BBB provides them a BIG FAT’F’ score.
They are situated in 2345 S. Santa Fe Ave at Los Angeles, so please don’t utilize them.  We complained to the workplace them selves and obtained NO WHERE, even though directly about the contract that the motorist wrote negotiate with office concerning shuttle.  Jasmine in the workplace gave us our initial estimate of $5,000.00, using a shuttle and we all finished up at $15,000 with no shuttle, and Extra fees for your storage device, along with the seconded group of movers.   Among those regional movers felt so terrible for us that he came back with 2 buddies on his own time and ended the movement at a discount.

    Long-distance move from Hawaii
    World's worst company

This firm’s support in my recent transfer from Hawaii to Florida has been, to say the very least, dreadful. To start with, the estimated cost they gave me by email was $5,200. My spouse and I did all of the packaging ourselves. Their servants blanketed the furniture plus boxed a couple of large items like our mattress and box spring. The true price that has been introduced following the truck has been loaded was $9,975. We had no option except to take it because our escrow was final in two days and we’re departing. Obviously, I must have completed my homework ahead because I’ve subsequently found out that this kind of disturbance is a frequent practice for the business.
Be that as it might, I’d have chosen to simply forgo the awful judgment on my role and also their questionable business practices when they hadn’t lost any of those items during the transfer. One of those lost were ALL of the priceless family photographs and mementos out of 46 decades of marriage. Included in these were a few files like my school diploma and master’s degree certification and images in my spouse and my youth. Additionally unacceptable was that the 47 times it took to get our dispatch here in Florida (July 18 to September 3). It was 6 times on the most time that they said it’d take and more when they advertise on their site. Our possessions went from Hawaii to California by boat and clearly sat in Los Angeles for a few weeks until they chose to truck them into Florida. We contacted them a few times throughout this period of time, and they stated they didn’t understand when they’d be sent and loaded. They had been waiting for different shipments moving like that.
The day following we eventually did get our shipping, I contacted our customer support division (the first of many times) about the lost boxes. I received the normal”brush-off” guarantees to search for these, but after nearly two weeks, nobody had gotten me back. They did inform me that if they couldn’t be discovered, I might file a promise and I’d be reimbursed. I asked them how I can set a cost on a life of family photographs and postcards. The only response I got was that the clause from the contract which relegates them to paying 60 cents a pound for missing or damaged items. Swell! When I have 20 lbs of photographs I receive a grand total of 12. I registered a formal complaint using the U.S. Dept of Transportation. In their answer letter they said that they want my complaint to Hercules and encourage them to get mepersonally. Obviously, that never occurred.
I composed a letter to business officials, which wasn’t reacted. Additionally, I contacted two lawyers, and neither one has been optimistic about ever collecting anything out of Hercules.
1 facet which is employed against ever finding my possessions is that for this particular company, the cargo is loaded, unloaded, and reloaded many times within this period of transfer. It’s clear to me that, being confronted with lost or unknown things, in all likelihood they ditch them or steal them. This business’s lack of concern about our household paintings is deplorable andwe, fully unforgiveable. I ardently advise you to NOT use Hercules Moving Systems to your relocation.

    Horrible Company

This firm was dishonest with me in the start. The quote I had been given was nearly $400 less than what I had been billed at pickup. At pickup I had been billed ridiculous charges like additional stair charges (I had been told that the very first flight of stairs was complimentary by the individual performing the quote, but at pickup was advised that a flight of stairs would be just 7 steps. Since my stairs was a regular size in 14 measures, I had been billed 2 flights of stairs). I was also told this to receive my things on the afternoon I desired it, they needed to pick up two weeks beforehand. Then on my asked delivery date I named the company wondering where my stuff was. I had been told that my 2 weeks delivery period began out of THAT day, not the day that they picked up (therefore why would I eliminate my stuff fourteen days ahead )?! On the day I believed my stuff could be sent it was still in a warehouse and had not actually left. Every time after that I called to see where my stuff had been not any one could inform me, and I had been advised to phone back the following day. They ended up with my substance for 3.5 weeks. Every time that I called and talked to a person I felt lied to and not one of the”promises” to receive my stuff into me personally came true. Avoid using this business – it created the whole moving process exceptionally stressful.

    Hercules movers stole my goods

I contracted with Hercules Moving methods to move my possessions from Seattle to Florida. I anticipated (and it’d occur ) that they will attempt to extract more cash then the first (Binding (HA) ) contract also that there’ll be undue hassle on the shipping side (they needed money or cashier’s check in the shipping, they had been overdue by a two days ahead ) but what really bothered me was that a very pleasant and fresh new Armani winter coat worth around $1000 in retail was stolen out of my cupboard box.

It’ll be almost impossible for everyone to account for each and every thing from the boxes that are packed. I discovered some breakage and also re-tapping of the boxes in delivery and believed it regular from poor managing, but upon opening the boxes discovered things lost.

I caution anyone doing business with those people that they aren’t trustworthy and actually not merely demage (they dropped the toes in my couches ) however actully WILL slip your belogings.

    Totally dishonest company

I had been emailed an estimate of cost for transfer by Andrey to get a transfer from Arlington, VA to DC from Hercules Movers(which also goes under other titles ), 18343 Lost Knife Circle, Montgomery Village, MD.. It was one area of furniture. Estimate according to email should have been around $675.00. Movers Estimated quantity of time on contract and provides used. Don’t take off furniture the truck unless I signed contract before filling out.I was advised direction demanded me signing contract or they’d take back furniture to their own warehouse. Furniture has been hostage. I had been made to sign but’d transferring guy write on another sheet of newspaper accurate time delivery took that was 90 minutes and an hour traveling time (maybe not the 5 hours that they billed me for a way,and of course that the inflated time they billed for first pick-up) and signal sheet that he did. On email,pick-up date, shipping date, reduction of 10 percent, estimated quantity of time expected were recorded. Driver called office in flat and talked to office for 60 minutes and extra time to charge. I called Andrey later this happened and he explained that he had been just dispatcher, however he had been the individual who delivered me quote. Spoke to bookkeeper(supervisor ) who advised me they’d review and return to me next day. Never got back to me and had been informed when I phoned back there was no one there by his own title.

    Worst Company Ever!

It started off poor, we had been made to sign stock log BEFORE they’d begin to fill truck. We’d everything packaged and ready to go, plane tickets for the morning after. We couldn’t manage to allow the truck depart without taking our items, so we signed the record before hand. I had been told our move wouldn’t be subcontracted, so imagine my shock when A-Z movers appear at our door two weeks afterwards. 95 percent of those boxes were ruined: ripped, punctured, smashed. We had multiple broken products. AGAIN, we needed to signal inventory sheet BEFORE they’d unload truck. It wasn’t an alternative. Signal, or we push away and charge you for storage. The guy who had been in charged of indicating off inventory sheet wasn’t a worker of A-Z and did not understand what he was doing. We needed to prevent them from departing 3 occasions, telling them, this isn’t all of our things!!! Both things we’d Hercules dismantle(bed frame and workplace desk) for its transfer, they dropped the hardware. We were left with bits and an empty guarantee that Hercules would ship out a useful man to fix. I understood that was a lie the moment the driver explained that. As soon as I pushed to get a name or number to get in touch with the motorist became irritated. The”team” that unloaded the truck, two young guys, I found were hired by a regional prepared to operate business and had NO MOVING experience what so ever. In reality, they were advised by their firm to not build anything since they weren’t trained. (We did not have the hardware anyhow!) The guide, motorist, got so angry when we asked him on what his title was, so he left without leaving any records with us. Nothing. As soon as I called Jerry, who offered us the movement, he wouldn’t comment. When I requested to talk with his supervisor, he explained that wasn’t possible. He explained that it was against company policy to give out Supervisors titles or telephone numbers….What? Totally unprofessional, untrue and BULLIES! Don’t USE! Our first claim was DENIED, since we signed up the Inventory log. Onward into the appeal procedure.

As opposed to ship the container we consented, the delivered a moving van, so we couldn’t monitor how much distance we employed. Lo and behold, they maintained we used over contracted and billed us the first sum, that was clearly the strategy all along. They don’t return telephone calls or emails as soon as they have your small business. They didn’t speak when our furniture will arrive and delivered it the very last day permissible by law. Loaders on the two ends were fantastic, but after Hercules makes the purchase, this firm could care less about you. We’re disputing a charge produced and they won’t respond. I must also notice that they didn’t pick up our furniture to the dates agreed upon, resulting in a lot of stress because we’d sold our home and needed to vacate. If I knew then what I know today, I wouldn’t consider using this organization.

    Stay away.

Not only are they really unprofessional and rude, they lie around quotations and they returned my own boxed things with roaches inside them. I’ve got a new born, and I was appalled. After contacting them regarding the roaches, they stated there was nothing that they can do, and also to leave a message within their criticism section. Oh incidentally , they never showed up about the afternoon of my delivery, so I drove all the way from LA into Sacamento at the center of the night so that I could produce the date that they gave me, but they never showed up and could not even offer a courtesy call to tell me they were not coming. Additionally, Lydia, the shipment woman – quite impolite. Don’t cope with her if you are able to stay away from it. I am in the middle of a suit together. STAY AWAY

    RUN WHILE YOU CAN

Before you telephone Hercules READ these testimonials. When there was a method to speed them zero stars, I would. They are liars, thieves and scam artists.   DO YOURSELF A FAVOR… as Barney Fife used to say”Use your mind person it is common understanding”My spouse and I used them to move to Hawaii out of Ohio, and we used them since they were cheaper than most of the rest.  RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN ITS NOT WORTH IT!  They lied to us about if they were going to pick up our items at Ohio and told us a few times”we will be there in a few times” that turned into a Couple of Weeks.   Then if our things came on Oahu they predicted our disconnected telephone number a few times and never known as our new amount in Hawaii. A 3 days ago and told me that we owed an extra $570 (a months storage) since we did not call them.   They advised us that we had an hour to assert our household products, if we didn’t it went to storage for a minimum 1 month fee. They additionally treated us like crap!   They’ve no customer support in any way, why? Since they do not serve the consumers. If you get tricked by these dreadful people it is your own fault.   We did not search for inspection either so don’t feel overly badTake them to court, and place your testimonials everywhere possible. Facebook,http://www.ripoffreport.…  and anyplace else you can… please!
