DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I had been lied to, cared for , even verbally threatened with these movers! They whined about shipping dates, held my private belongings in a storage device for days and times before eventually delivering my items, where the majority of the products were either missing or damaged. This business goes by several names! Beware! I contacted a company that went from the title AMERICAN MOVERS INC / / 732-324-2511 (ends up that they go by a number of different names which are equally as poor. Watch below) Friday Oct 24th to program a transfer heading from NJ to FL. I asked the pickup date of Wednesday 10/29 and delivery date of Wednesday November 5th. The two dates were verified by the supervisor (ADAM MOSSLIH) on your Telephone.  

My belonging had been picked up and the driver advised me to phone ADAM by Friday to get an upgrade. Friday the 31st arrived, I called Adam and that he explained by Monday he’d get a clearer idea of the shipping period. Attempt back afterward. Each day Monday my calls weren’t answered. I called the number listed on the website, in addition to the number recorded on the stock pick up slide (HERCULES MOVERS 866 770 1990 US DOT 929343) in addition to Adam’s individual mobile phone that he gave me (3474897225). I opted to use another telephone number, and Adam instantly picked up. He also gave me the shipment supervisor’s telephone and advised me to phone him (RONNIE 732-501-0498). After many efforts, Ronnie eventually picked up and hurried off the phone asserting he’d lousy service and will reunite after he talk to the motorist. Neither ever returned any of my requirements. I predicted , emails, texted, nothing moved replied. Ultimately the dawn of the guaranteed delivery date,” Adam emailed me stating there was no upgrade on the shipping date, and he’d be in touch two days ahead of the shipping date. This turned into days and weeks of no forecasts backs, arbitrary emails stating they never maintained something and now asserting the agreed delivery period was 30 days. Following a great deal of hassle, debate, and also verbal abuse by them, my items were eventually delivered to Tuesday 11/11.

Upon delivery I found a number of my boxes crushed, most things broken and lots of lost. The driver Wasn’t a part of those companies and stated he picked up the things already ruined in this state when he packed them to his own truck.   The movers are all thieves. They broke and required matters that can’t ever be replaced. They understood exactly what they were doing. Please watch out to anybody of those company names! They’re sneaky offenders and will definitely take your items!!

Instead, they’lost’ our box containing alcohol, repackaged a separate box, and stained a couch. After discovering all of the (none of that had been advised to us upfront), we predicted and emailed them several times for 3 weeks to get qualified for a refund, which we eventually did. After phoning, emailing them, and eventually sending them a letter by an attorney during the next 16 weeks, we finally gave up on ever receiving that refund.
