True professionals !! In the dispatcher into the motions! Transferring is a stressfull occasion but from the minute I got off the phone with the dispatcher I knew I was in great hands. Arrived in time in reality they had been 45min before this ETA I had been quoted. The movers showed up and was prepared to look after business!! So impressed withe the business as a complete!! True professionals!!! Thank for assistance in a time of need.

This is our first ever move and Helix was contracted from the first movers I’d hired. I actually did not understand exactly what to expect, but I did not this amount of unprofessionalism. We had been advised that there are a driver and he’d employ a local team of 2-3 individuals to find out our 3 bedroom home. They called to tell us they’d be late. Rather than 8-noon it turned into 2-4. That turned to 4:30-6:30 having the advent of 5pm. There were only two of these. They ended another day after arriving punctually. They forgot to pack 1 cabinet of pans and pots. Other things which were tagged”PACK” also weren’t packed and left to us to move ahead. It had been raining both days plus they just had cardboard boxes to put within my own entry. They walked all over the unprotected rugs monitoring in dirt and water. The water simply hurried down the slide and to the home. We asked us for towels or rugs to utilize to sop up water. In the very end, they attracted our gas grill out of our deck THROUGH THE HOUSE (still raining mind you) into the door using the ramp in order that they would not need to go the ramp to fill it.

I was frustrated in their cleaning of their merchandise. Paid manner more than just quote. Were told that there could be two packers along with a motorist and I ended up with two people complete which led to cluttered packaging, taking more time to package, rather than following basic processes. They were very late and ended up working late, for example 10pm
Though they had been working difficult it all would have been a much different experience with this other individual they ought to had
It is all about the money rather than the gratification as it pertains of any sort to the individual spending a great deal of cash for their solutions. Total what was already stressful became much more so in several ways
