I had an Exceptional experience Utilizing Hawaiian Transport to transfer my car in Long Beach, CA to Honolulu, HI.   It was always easy to get a hold of an agent on your telephone (no wait period, automatic messages( etc).   Everytime I called an actual man picked up the telephone and managed to answer my questions truthfully and properly without any rush around.    I originally was intending to send furniture and house hold products, however, my plans changed in the last moment.   The company didn’t give me some hassle for altering my plans and managed to provide me a booking amount for my auto the Identical DAY I had been intending to drop it off in the interface.   It had been a last mintue choice and that I called/emailed Kim very first thing in the afternoon and that I managed to assist me out instantly.   The situation might have gotten awful for mepersonally, but mercifully Hawaiian Shippers can outstanding customer support and my automobile came in Hawaii just as promised (through a Matson transport container ). I contacted this firm since they had great reviews. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! This company establish a transfer date and never came through. They never communicated or upgraded me in my move so that I had to keep calling them to find out what was occurring with my transfer date, just to learn that no one was forthcoming. They whined about the vehicle transport confirming they had been coming and that I just found out my car was not scheduled for pickup since I got tired of getting the runaround therefore moved behind them and phoned myself. Pay the extra money and go with a trusted business. I won’t quit till I get answers and my possessions!

Don’t use this organization. The movers estimated my first movement at 2000 cubic feet. After loading they stated it had been 2,235 cu.ft. . The price was $7/cu. Ft. for initial 2,000 cu.ft. and $10/cu. Feet for whatever over 2,000 cu.ft.

I am not holding my breath that my possessions are even in the container secured in the vent…I believe they have been stolen or lost and that I will likely never find these again, the majority of those family heirlooms who had endured two World Wars…I have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau along with my charge card, and are in touch with an attorney next week to cover the procedure for submitting a claim possibly 1 day my possessions will miraculously appear.
