Hawaii Piano and Household Moving

I was quoted a price to get a yearlong shipping, and following the delivery granted a charge for a much higher cost. After I reluctantly agreed to the high cost, I had been handed a SECOND invoice for its return trip! I refused to cover, and the business went ahead and billed my card. I was not able to get the charges reversed since I did not have a written quotation.

John and his group were utterly inexperienced at transferring a piano. They damaged both the piano and the land, and did not even know how to place the audio rack back onto a Steinway. It was evident that his aid had no expertise going, and it seems like he simply picked up some folks off the road searching for work.

Avoid this company in any way costs!!!

I am surprised to find the inspection that had contributed this provider just 1 star! I Hired these men to move me out of Punulu into Waikiki and I was dismissed with their efficacy and fantastic attitudes. I was anxious on who to employ to load and move what I have believing I had a nightmare experience previously. But after asking around to my colleagues and friends in the region I had 3 or 4 folks telling me to proceed with these men. I am quite happy I did! No harm at all and the place blankets on what to safeguard it. In general, I am super satisfied and I would recommend this business to everybody! Additionally, I understand that they don’t accept charge card, therefore I presume the 1 star review is false.
