Michelle is the leading person and manages all questions or complaints. She adheres nicely and is extremely likable! Unsure relations with proprietor but is dedicated to making things look alright, not certain just how much more she takes home with her but it has to be miserable lying to people in their possessions. I really don’t think she really knows and nobody is telling her.
I asked to get a photo of my items with my name onto the crate and she never made it. I am not even sure they’ve my things.
I’ll soon report my possessions as stolen land into the Hawaiian authorities if I really do t hear that it is in a boat coming to me with a report date.
They’ve had my items as January 8, 2019 and like someone else mentioned on here, they request soonest date to be sent, then let you know they have 60 days from this date. Well mine is coming up in ten days and my things isn’t any nearer to mepersonally – |—–|-

Regrettably this was the worse service I have ever experienced with movers. Even though they came on time it took them from 9am to 4pm to maneuver a two bedroom flat. Throughout the move I understood they hadn’t been back up into the flat to complete so we moved downstairs to find them eating and taking a rest. As time goes on I understand they are moving slow and even though the apartment still had thing to be transferred we stopped them and told them how we’d look after the rest. All of us left the flat at 12:30pm to visit the new home which was 38 minutes away in accordance with the GPS. They didn’t arrive till 2:30pm to finish the move. We had been told that the lunch break that they took in between wouldn’t be included within our transfer time. They finished the movement at 4pm. I got a statement to get a 6.5 hour proceed. After speaking to the proprietor he simply decreased the speed by 30 min. I propose lunch breaks are taken in between clients to protect against any extra conflicts on time rather than in the center of a transfer. It is totally unprofessional to scam customers how you all are. Find better quality workers prior to going out of business!
I can not bare to replicate my narrative. Check out Yelp along with the BBB. Things not delivered. Lie after lie after lie about where your items are. The routine of same trouble for this particular company taking holding and items for a few times more than they tell you it’ll take if they take your things and moneyed originally is over 2 decades long! They DONT take care of YOU, YOUR FAMILY OR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS. Medical or private when it comes to delivering on their support commitment.
Never, ever again. Save yourself.
Moved from mainland into the big island in August. 7 weeks later we still do not have our items. They keep telling us two more weeks repeatedly. Another couple we discovered locally is going through precisely the exact same thing. I can not believe these individuals are still in business.
DECEPTIVE ADVICE FROM THEIR OWN REPRESENTATIVES, NOW USING THIS FOR A LOOPHOLE BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT FINANCIALLY PERFORM.
IT’S NOW IT’S BEEN ALMOST BEEN 60 DAYS SINCE HAWAII MOVING HAS HAD OUR LIVES. WE WERE PROMISED 3-4 WEEKS, DELIVERY FROM HAWAII TO IDAHO.
AND NOW They’re SAYING MAYBE END OF AUGUST (90 – DAYS).
ALL THEY CAN SAY IS “YOU SHOULD HAVE READ YOUR CONTRACT.”
THEY HAVE A VERY DECEPTIVE LINE AT THE TOP OF THEIR CONTRACT THEY ASK YOU TO FILL IN .
WHEN THEY PICKED UP OUR GOODS, THEIR REPRESENTATIVE HANDED US A PIECE OF PAPER AND TOLD US TO FILL IN A DATE AT THE TOP. WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM WHAT THAT DATE WAS FOR. HE SAID,” THAT IS THE EARLIEST DATE WE CAN SHOW UP AND DELIVER”. SO, OF COURSE, WE WROTE IN THE DATE I WOULD BE ON THE GROUND IN THAT STATE READY FOR DELIVERY. HERE’ THE CATCH, THEIR CONTRACT SAYS THEY HAVE 60 -90 DAYS TO DELIVER FROM THAT DATE! IN THEIR OWN WORDS “OUR CLOCK DOESNT EVEN START TICKING UNTIL THAT DATE, YOU SHOULD HAVE READ YOUR CONTRACT”
WOW! IS THAT DECEPTIVE!
I HAD TO GET INVOLVED BECAUSE THEY UPSET MY WIFE SO BADLY SHE CAN’T EVEN TALK ABOUT IT WITHOUT CRYING.
NOW THEY ADMITTED THEY DONT HAVE A DRIVER TO DELIVER THE GOODS, SO NOW IT’S GOING TO BE ANOTHER MONTH. THEN IN ANOTHER BREATH SAY ITS OUR FAULT BECAUSE “WE PACKED IT” AND AGRICULTURE HAS TO LOOK AT IT. IT’S ALL LIES.
WE HAVE BEEN LIED TO OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND TREATED WITH DISDAIN AND TOLD TO STOP CALLING THEM BECAUSE “IT WON’T HELP”.
OUR GOODS SAT IN HAWAII FOR THREE WEEKS ALONE! (THEY SAID”CUSTOMS”, RATHER WAITING FOR A Complete CONTAINER).
THEN IT NOW SITS IN LA ANOTHER 4-8 WEEKS IN LA..
THEY DON’T HAVE A DRIVER TO DELIVER IT BY THEIR OWN WORDS.
WE ALSO BELIEVE THEY ARE RETALIATING BECAUSE WE HAVE POSTED COMPLAINTS ONLINE ABOUT THEM. WHEN WE CALL, ALL THEY SAY IS”MAYBE You Ought to HAVE READ YOUR CONTRACT”.
ALL WE WANT IS OUR LIVES BACK.
PS. They’re NOT OUT OF HAWAII THEY USE THESE (HAWAII MOVERS) ADDRESS’S TO DRUM UP BUSINESS IN OTHER STATES EVEN USING LOCAL PHONE NUMBERS. TO US THIS IS DECEPTIVE Also.
Don’t use this business!!!
We transferred from Virginia to Hawaii and obtained a quote on the telephone for about $6000. We ended up paying over $37,000! Yep, and we practically had a heart attack once the team guide gave us exactly the cost. We’re speechless. We ought to have advised them to take it off the truck right then at 9 pm at the next night, however we did not. I had several minutes on the bunch out that I wished to change my thoughts, but I did not hear that still small voice of reason.
Allow Me to provide the pros and cons and you pick:
Experts:
1. Packed well. Andrea and Tracie function the east shore and they know their stuff. They’ve some personal play, but they can pack a truck.
2. All of our things arrived with barely any harm. Just 1 thing missing, a two wheel dolly, however, Kenny gave us his after transferring us in.
3. Kenny from Arizona. Nicest person we dealt with along with a true professional. Loved him.
4. We did receive a reduction from them because they exceeded the contracted 60 afternoon shipping date. It had been 1/10th of 1/6th of our fee, therefore we paid $30,000 at pickup and still owed $7,000 that had to be compensated in money to the shipping inspector. They shot off $700. It’s something.
Disadvantages:
1. We obtained our quote on the telephone from Paula. She simply takes the orders. You won’t ever talk to her again following your items are accepted, so that she doesn’t need to be accountable for whatever that she tells you – be sure that you use a business which sends out someone to look over your stuff and provide you a quote from person!!
2. There’s different pricing on what once you register. They charged us twice for all the additional possessions we had.
3. They will not package your items if you don’t pay exorbitant prices. – This isn’t revealed over the telephone. You’re expected to get everything already packed until they arrive.
4. They do not have their own boxes or trucks. They leased U-hauls and purchased boxes in retail rates. You pay extra for this!
5. They do not deliver when they say. We packed out on Sept 3 and so were supposed to receive our things on October 9. It came March 11.
6. A great deal of disorganization and lack of communication at the workplace. We obtained guarantees for send dates for weeks , We called and called and they kept saying two weeks – two weeks. Not correct.
7. They had been Inflexible on the shipping date. I already had a plane ticket to Australia and they wouldn’t deliver a day early. Thank goodness my husband had been flying two days after. I didn’t dare ask for a later shipping date for fear that we’d never get it.
8. They are situated at California and their workers migrate from California to a place. You pay extra for this.
9. They shot our stuff out of VA into Pittsburgh and hauled it in the truck on the container. Subsequently the container has been delivered to California to be sent to Hawaii. Unsure how long it sat on a dock or why, but we did not see it for seven months. 6 weeks following our contracted delivery date.
It had been this kind of hassle. Locate a respectable firm with 5 stars out of the Better Business Bureau, please. Save yourself the stress and headaches.
I just sent my car in Hawaii into the port at Long Beach.
The Personnel on the two ends were very fine with me useful and honest, I’d some delay and I Can’t bring my car on time and they didn’t charge me extra cash for this,
As soon as I picked up the car in the interface, it had been small dusty
But that I was meet with this delivery company Hawaii storage and moving. Thank you men.
Hawaii storage and moving picked me up in New Mexico in the end of April. They arrived in my home a couple of hours late but had been connected with me the whole time to let me know they struck heavy traffic.
They gave me a quote for $4800.00 but I ended up only paying $4000.00 since they match everything in the vehicle perfectly.
My items arrived in the end of May and that which came in precisely the exact same condition I shipped them away in.
Additionally, I sent my car together and the speed was by far superior than some of those other firms that I was in touch with.
I’d use them again but I do not intend on arriving back to the mainland.
