Happy Moving LLC

We utilized Happy Moving past year to move from a city home to a storage device. The team was really unprofessional and did harm to the furniture and wall. They sent one man to perform repairs to the walls and then he was able to make it worst. We needed to hired another business to fix their error. After 3 weeks of trying to get reimbursed for our expenses that they eventually sent us a test. Little did we all know that there was far more ruined to our appliances and furniture. My items have been in storage for a year and now we discovered that they’d nearly managed to scratch and break even more. We’re extremely upset.

I hired them to load a Uhaul truck. DO NOT USE THEM. I needed to phone them and then they still were a hour and a half late. I had been guaranteed plastic wrap and a dolly. They arrived with nothing. They carried a box at one time. In regards to big furniture that they refused to utilize my dolly and stated that they could moved it. They picked up my TV console from both cosmetic side bits and ripped the timber directly off the top. I took photos and called straight away. They agree that it is their fault. Each piece of furniture has some harm in the inadequate packaging and moving. They place me wood furniture beside lawn equipment along with my washer and drier. Though they ruined all of my wood furniture along with my frig I’m only asking for cash for your TV console. It had the worst harm and occurred since they had been picking this up without having a dolly. Four month after, I’ve a whole lot of text messages and emails back and forth. Every time that they simply put me off and still no cash for the harm they caused. I contacted the BBB. They’ve an”F” rating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!

Ramon and Juan were so good.  I’m a picky and tough customer to please since I’ve had lousy moving encounters.  They were early, professional, packed my Uhaul good and that I had a wonderful experience.  I’d use them again, if I needed to.  They also failed over the initially agreed to scope of effort, I can not say enough about the business.  Oh, I seldom provide reviews like this.

4 Guys showed up to unload out 26′ Uhaul along with also the 12′ Uhaul trailer – they had been performed and unloaded and put the furniture and boxes in only the areas we requested them – they even had to take off the legs our large desks to receive them in to our workplace area door and then place them straight back on and place them precisely how we wanted and needed them.  Allow me to say this, as a handicapped individual and a spouse with a terrible neck and back surgery and back operation the four gentlemen who came here were prepared to operate and they worked quickly efficient and without creating any walls. They were really amazing – we’ll hire them again if we must proceed.  Most certainly.  Thank you!

I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experince working with Happy Moving! They were totally EXCELLENT whatsoever. Incredibly professional, quick, effective, organized, they managed everything so well and closely – as if it was their own! And of course that they were so pleasant, considerate, and considerate! They left communication together so simple – telephone , text, email – anything was most convenient for you they’d react to immediately and were always very nice and helpful! We even had to reschedule the transferring time (delay with U-Haul picking up the boxes – we’d sent down U-Boxes from MN to FL, afterward Joyful Moving picked up the Pods from U-Haul’s location in Orlando and delivered and unloaded all for all of us in our apartment building) and they left it all so simple.  They were useful every step along the way. I can not thank them enough for doing such a wonderful job! And removing so much strain that could include moving – particularly across nation. I will without question be utilizing them the next time we move and have already recommended to everybody I know. Frankly, I would not even consider using anybody else. I can not recommend them highly enough.  Very VERY satisfied customer! Thank you!

These people are FANTASTIC!!  We used them last year and again this season and will surely use them again & recommend them.  It is quite suprising to me that they are a reasonably new & growing business due to how professional & professional service oriented they’re!  Fantastic prices and even better people!  I was very impressed with all the care they gave into my own possessions and how effectively they transferred my stuff.  We not only hired a moving company. . .we created new friends!  Amazing Job, Guys!!

Couldn’t have been happier. Fantastic staff. No hurts and even helped locate the keys into the moving trailer once we lost them in all of the craziness proceed moving. We pick this business based on others reviews and believe that they certainly were the Ideal Option.   The following movement if any….they is going to be predicted. We were delighted with all the care and concern for our things and it was significant to them that we’re happy as it was all said and done!
