I hired Handy Dandy movers to transfer part of my home products across city (10 mile excursion ) on April 13th 2012. The workers arrived 30 minutes late and that I needed to walk them through the instructions to the home even though the home is off a significant road in town. They still missed the flip as I needed them on the telephone. They two employees arrived in a leased U-Haul, they were two young men inexperience in transferring, managing furniture, and loading a truck.

The employees complained the entire move about the way they did not enjoy the occupation or the cover. They took 10 hours to perform a 5 hour job and because they didn’t load the truck correctly they didn’t receive all of the furniture that I had been contracted to proceed. I had been compelled to move the furniture which should also have been transferred the following day.

When my furniture arrived in the new home our classic china cabinet was ruined and the glass has been broken. Handy Dandy refused my claim for fixes saying that I improperly protected the cupboard with inadequate bubble wrap even thought that a much bigger cabinet with more glass made it securely. Prior to the transfer, I’d left two old electronic cameras along with a backup hard-drive at a dresser drawer. These products were missing the following morning once I remembered that I had left them there. I contacted Handy Dandy about getting a refund for things which weren’t transferred, but they wouldn’t return my calls. I was just moving about three kilometers per hour It took them more than 4 hours to package the first vehicle load.   I asked the movers when I had to be there while they were packaging and he explained.   I had been moving smaller things in my automobile.   While they had been unpacking the initial truckload I moved back into your first house to catch move things in my automobile.   When I got to the home every door in the house was wide open.   I called the manager to whine and he explained it Isn’t their responsibility to shut doors.   COMMON SENSE is that you walk through a doorway you then shut it.   No one was in the house, so anybody can come in and taken anything.   The next truck load required 4 hours to load.   They got into the new home with the next load in the 8 hour mark.   I got a call from the general manager, who said I had to Purchase move time to get them to unload the vehicle.   COMMON SENSE.   I paid for two more hours.   The first 30 minutes that the movers simply sat in the vehicle and took a rest listening to audio.   Guess what, that 30 minutes was a part of the two hours I compensated for.   The next load had our workout gear and couch.   The movers place both the exercise gear and couch upside down from the garage.   The workout gear in which scraped the LED handles and monitors.   I had been missing a part to my own bed.   I asked the movers to seem within their truck to Find out if it may still be there.   It wasn’t in the home, garage, or front lawn. Handy Dandy transferred me in Ocean Springs Ms. into Jackson Ms. on Jan.28TH 2016,greatest mistake of my life They revealed two hours late with a rental truck that a dolly and a roll of saran wrap and that was it. My furniture was 17 months old and in excellent state my spare bed hadn’t ever ben slept on they ruined every bit of furniture I have except a leather sofa and a power leather seat my mattress are ripped and dirty because they had nothing to place under them except that the filthy bed of this truck. They got me transferred in my new apartment about 8:30 pm it was dark out and we were dead tired that I didn’t even know they’d abandoned until I discovered the truck pull off. We had been likely to cosmetics a bed and go to sleep but we found out there was just 1 bolt on every bedrail and no nuts we slept on the ground the next day I went into the hardware shop and purchased new bolts and nuts. When I registered a claim I hand carried it to the P.O. at Biloxi Ms. However a guy by the name of Danon Smith gave me a speech in liberally.
