Received half of my things. I’ve got the top in my dining room table along with mattresses but no mattress frames. Was guaranteed delivery dates again and again. A week ago I informed me that my delivery will be here that weekend and once they never revealed they haven’t returned any of my email, calls or text. Now I need to track receipts and pictures for police record and insurance. I could never return my things that belonged to my infants or my dad that passed out. I’ve not recieved any replies from somebody higher up than Jason, that informed me at the beginning to not worry that which will be secure and sent. I only need to receive my own possessions returned to me.

I paid a $500 deposit to get movers accept our stuff out of Virginia to Florida. They sounded fine, and great priced. I texted them the day before they were supposed to return and they explained that it would be the following day, so I phoned them that afternoon, they first said it’d be after noon, then later 3 then following 6 afterward they stated your driver is on your city and will be there in the afternoon. I named the driver the following morning and he explained he was still in North Carolina using a flat tire, so that they attempted to re path a truck for me, they stated there could be one from 11 that afternoon…. I phoned at 11:30 and the driver stated that he was still at least two hours out, so I phoned them and informed them I had been led to U-haul to take action myself, they then told me that was nice but they wouldn’t give me my deposit back since I was denying support and it was not 7 days ahead of time. Though they could not get there act together, the entire time coping with this things just kept getting shadier and shadier. Long story short do not utilize them, they’ll steal your money and waste your time

The Agency was a few days late picking up and dropping off. I still had to go and get a truck to get the rest of my items and pretty much unpacked myself except a Few things:

Signed contract n was prepared for movers I believed I was going to have a really poor encounter read a critique n was like damn I am next but did they surprise me. As soon as they got in my house that the were clean and sporting mask they did all the way I inquired and was outside my house in 3 hrs packaging a three bedroom I just got my things an HR past and all I could say is thank you for shifting my family n I never damaging my things. It was certainly a fantastic experience will surely send you recommendations Jason??

It was a fantastic experience was connected with Jason while my great was in their own hands. It took them 5 days to send my goods into Tx. . I got connected with protector thru a man who moved my mother locally she really really trust him. I liked the support I would strongly recommend this firm. Thank you lisa. Typically moving particularly national is obviously a nuisance but Jason and Gabriel conveyed with me the whole way and delivered to my merchandise in a timely thing without hurting anything. Service was outstanding!
