On September 20th, 2012 that I Got a quotation out of Ronnie Greene (ronnie@ushipguardian.com), of Guardian Moving & Storage.   Also know as Guardian Transferring, Guarding Shipping, & U Ship Guardian. The quotation ($6849.00) was to get transferring 1000 cubic ft of home products from Hawaii into Colorado Springs, Colorado.  I asked Ronnie if that was sufficient room to get a 4 bedroom home.  I advised Ronnie by email on September 27, 2012 which I did not believe this could be sufficient distance. Additionally, I talked with Chris Brown (chris@ushipguardian.com), Ronnie Greene’s supervisor, and that I asked for a quote depending on the things I was planning to send. Chris Brown requested me to send a list of those things I’d be sending. I sent Chris and Ronnie a comprehensive collection of those things to be, transferred. I asked to get a new quote. On September 30, 2012 that I got a brand new quotation for 1500 cubic feet ($10095.00). I asked Chris and Ronnie in case that could be sufficient space for my own home products. Chris assured me that this could be more than enough space. He said that he had been so sure that he would send me a quote for 1350 cubic feet ($8,749.00), since this is exactly what he said I’d likely require.

On October 2, 2012, I advised Ronnie and Chris that I wished to program the pickup on October 16, 2012 using all the 1500 cubic feet quotation ($10095.00). I told Chris that I wished to ensure that they attracted the bigger truck so that I wouldn’t run out of distance on the afternoon of the transfer. Chris explained that they’d be fetch the massive truck and also asked to ensure that my road was big enough to accommodate a tractor trailer. I told Chris that it had been, and he said that they would ship the huge tractor trailer.  I had been called about the 14th of October from the Guarding telling me this the transferring folks are on site between 8-10 am. In 10:30am they still had not shown up and that I called to check if they’d be there. I had been informed by Chris (the mind of their packers) that they had been in their way and are there in thirty minutes. At 11:45am the movers eventually revealed. They came with a little box truck. I asked Chris if the huge truck could be coming and he said that it was inaccessible and that the little one ought to be sufficient. I advised him that I’d 1500 cubic feet of family goods and that the 1 truck wouldn’t be sufficient. Chris stated that he could have yet another little truck to utilize. After talking with Chris Brown he published a fresh quote for about $16,095.00. I advised him that I wouldn’t signal the new quotation. He explained I needed to sign it and that after my loved ones were packaged I might predict Chris Brown and also have the cost adjusted to $12,695.43, that’s the price per 40 foot container. I asked him how I may utilize the container when they did not bring it together. Chris said that they package everything in more compact trucks and then place them in containers in the lawn. I told Chris that I still would not sign the new quotation. Chris said that he and his team were planning to leave and I would need to call and schedule a brand new pickup date. Chris and Guardian understood I was departing Hawaii in 2 days and couldn’t possibly envision a brand new pickup date. Being force to signal up for new quotation I signed the quotation in approximately 12:45pm on October 16th.

The following day I phoned Ronnie Greene and informed him exactly what had occurred. He advised me that he could not do anything I would need to telephone Chris Brown. I phoned Chris and explained exactly what happened. He said that they have to have used the quotation that he sent to the 40 foot container ($12,695.00). He explained that he would need to talk with his manager Mateo McDaniels, mateo@ushipguardian.com, Client support, Guardian Moving and Storage,( 323) 973-2645. But on October 19th Mateo delivered me an email said that he would examine what happened and get back together with me. After not hearing back from Mateo, I phoned him everyday just to be informed that he was inaccessible, I eventually managed to access Mateo on the telephone. Mateo explained that exactly what the movers did was incorrect and that he would offer me a charge of 100. I advised him that that was absurd. He explained too bad that I would need to pay the entire sum and I could file a claim later paying for and getting my home products. I requested Mateo to talk to his manager and he said I couldn’t. Then I phoned Guardian and inquired who the manager had been, and had been advised that it was Lee. I took over a week to Talk with Lee. She explained that I signed up a contract which was it. I requested to talk to her boss and was informed I could not. She said I could only talk with her.

This provider has become the most UNPROFESSIONAL firm I have even handled. As soon as they get your cash you won’t ever hear from the sales rep again (Brett Stone in my situation ). I had been lied to concerning the price and wasn’t informed about all of the undisclosed fees before the movers revealed yo and had been informed it was about to charge me an ADDITIONAL $620 than initially quoted… However now I had been in no place to pay as I needed to be from my condominium THAT DAY and needed a 1 way ticket to Hawaii the following moment. After I had a speech to supply Guardian using… that I was not able to reach ANYONE at the business and left countless voicemails and emails which all went unreturned into the stage I thought they’d gone out of business and that I had been scammed. I talked with Chris brownish when I eventually after two WEEKS got somebody at stake. . (allegedly a supervisor ) and he promised me I’d be refunded at the very least a few hundred to its undisclosed fees (a lie). I then had been given a time period which was altered and pushed three times to BS reasons. When I eventually obtained my things. . An whole box was lost and still is… I also had things missing out of a box which was rummaged through. This firm STOLE from me personally and was nothing but a hassle. Can NOT EVER USE GUARDIAN. They’ll tear you off!!!

This is the worst moving experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You’ll be ripped away in more ways than you!

All businesses listed will be the connected. Actual men loading products were good. Down hill from that point. Outrageous undisclosed storage charges, cannot promise exact shipping date, nickle and dime you with all charges. 1 representative promises something, yet another changes the principles simply to cost more cash. Will be outside atleast $29k from the time that I get my things. They maintain your merchandise hostage on southern USA before paid fees, even though the contract says prices are due before shipping. When you dispute their clinics that the fees keep rising. Run run run off call somebody else!!!

This firm scams their clients. I emphasized that I needed a 20 foot container to send my possessions and also on the day of pickup, the driver and his helper came with a 40 or 45 foot truck to load my own possessions. While they were still loading, driver explained that my freight surpasses the 20 foot capability and that I had to fork out an additional $3500 or so to send all of my possessions. Left without a option, I must concur. At the mean time, all of my calls to the rep, Brett to inquire why I didn’t have the 20 foot container as agreed upon, went undercover. When my possessions came, boxes were lost along with other critical parcels like the mattress slates and furniture shelves were overlooking. Contacted the organization and filled with the forms but they never really bother to return. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU!!!!

Called three Distinct firms and Chris Brown had the wager cost, greatest sales pitch and a very outgoing character but it was all a lie.   He gave me a binding quotation and advised me if I want to include more things only do it with him beforehand so I did not pay the premium  when the movers got to our property. When I had a much better idea of exactly how much material I had I tried for three times days to get a hold of Chris who never returned my calls or email.   Eventually two days before my transfer somebody found him and that I stumbled at my garage and moved over each box, surfboard every thing and he mailed me a brand new binding quotation for about $1875.00. The movers showed up Sat with the old quotation attributing chris for not sending the new one over and once I showed them mine all I got was Chris guessed it incorrect and it awakened in cost and if you do not consent to cover it we depart.   Obviously You Need to pay because we had been getting on a plane the Following Day.   Chris wasn’t any where to be found naturally.   They never called to tell me that my car had came and Matson transport was going to Begin charging storage fees.   If I had not bothered to telephone Matson I might have been screwed.   The delivery has been a nightmare, accessories, furniture broken and items lost.   DON’T USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM AND DON’T TRUST CHRIS BROWN.   IF ITIS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE RUN AWAY!!!!

This business has left a sour taste in my mouth and I won’t refer ANYONE for them which wants a car delivered from Hawaii to the mainland. They’re worse than a secondhand auto salensman. Very unorganized and fast to generate a sale that not one of them understand what goes on along with your accounts as soon as they got their greedy hands on a charge card. Example, not supplying a legitimate Matson verification code that delays your vehicle by becoming processed since today you’ve got to telephone the business and waitpatiently, in the pier! Since all you obtained was a protector confirmation number. They’re so fast to bring a payment that they appear to overlook a significant detail. And worst of them, they employ idiots who lack customer service skills in the settlement section! They employ sales earnings that when a difficulty arises, in their accounts, they’re upward [EDIT] creek with no paddle and the individual named Brett is your one directing them. Times may be changing but I do not recall being verbally abused within the telephone using the F term is okay. YES! Brett did this. Last time I checked, this is a delivery firm, not even a collection agency therefore there wasn’t any requirement to declare and belittle and undermine to withhold private property. Perhaps again, in the event that you hired individuals that has a little experience in client support rather than earnings, all of this could have been averted.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! If you don’t would like the greatest head he you’d and also the maximum anxiety for a lifetime.   More than prepared to speak together and followup UNagree that they have a contract, then finding somebody to speak with you if there’s a dilemma is IMPOSSIBLE.   All I used was that the VM That Is a Overall messaging box and completely Nobody will come back a telephone.   It’s been four months and still trying to get a person to talk with to even find out when my home products are even shipped

I put up my move together with Guardian 3 weeks back and have been connected with them a few times since. They reassured me that all was in order and ready to go. They showed up on the pickup date with no gear they said they would have and were unable to perform the pickup and presently a week before proceeding they cancelled entirely without giving me the time of day. I wouldn’t suggest those movers, so they are really unreliable. USE SOMEONE ELSE!!! However LOW THEIR”BID” IS!!!!

I can’t say just one good thing about the provider. I hired them to perform a straightforward regional move for a client of ours. I had to repeatedly ask Chris Brown for its revised quote. He wouldn’t send me a quotation before I talked with what I presume is his manager. That’s the Beginning of this dreadful ordeal.    So I eventually get my quotation following a week of having to request it. Geesh I almost felt like I needed to frighten them because of it. Then after talking with Chris Brown and listening to his analogy about being unprofessional I get a discerning tone from him. This movement was not $5000 and that’s exactly what he Is Accustomed to working together with and the impression I got from him is that I just was not a priority because of that.    And they’re a moving firm and designed to follow up with me not the other way round. Obviously, my revised quote was incorrect. So I had them fix it and they real resent it. Omgosh! I was shocked that I got it so quickly.   Then we needed to reschedule. This was the 2nd global of bs I needed to go thru for this particular corporation. I emailed Chris inquiring if we could reschedule for Monday instead of Saturday and that he explained the program was complete he’d repay the deposit. So I call the office and talk with brett who advised me that we can not do so on Monday but Wednesday will get the job done. So I rearrange everything like the fall off of the container which the products were coming into, the elevator booking, hotel bookings, etc.. However, Wednesday will operate on our conclusion and also brett said dispatch will phone to confirm.    No telephone!!!!!! So I call on Wednesday the afternoon the movement was scheduled for to talk with brett. He’d only become the workplace so was planning to speak to dispatch and return to me in 5-10 minutes. 1 hour goes by so that I call back and I am told he’s out to lunch for another hour. Who has to have an hour lunch break just 1 hour after arriving on the job? Fishy fishy fishy…   Therefore I get the run around for one hour out of this business simply to be advised to talk with Chris who’s not there or brett who’s out to lunch 1 hour after arriving in the office or the supervisor. Never did get to talk to a supervisor. I just spoke to dispatch that then told me that they canceled the appointment on Monday. They never told us this!!!!!! So I had been left in a panic to discover a new business free of notice. So I phoned johnny the Agency after dispatch referred them to me. After talking with johnny the inspector I had been told that to be able to reserve with them I needed to pay the whole quoted sum prior to the job can be finished because they were burnt by protector way to a Lot of times.    Please please please avoid this organization and the frustrations you may face!!!

From day one I had been assured items that I never obtained. I had been miss quoted since I wasn’t given appropriate stock papers/forms to complete. I needed to pay an additional $700.00 for dispatch that I must not have had due to the neglect of Guardian not performing their job correctly.
I waited and waited to get a ship date after they’d my things. I had been told that my item would depart out of my house 12 12 2012 and also be delivered to the warehouse where they could be crated and containerize. The things sat from the warehouse at Washington State before 01-19-2013 when they had been sent. I got my things in Hawaii on the 28th of January 2013.
When my items got here I found things lost. Not marked boxes, nothing which has been numbered but items I had sent which were not placed into the stock. I had not been given the chance to discuss that stock when they had been labeling about the packaging side and there fore I think that matters were placed onto the truck together with appropriate labels. IE A brand new $200.00 camping tent which I’d just bought. I never did get it here.  Additionally, I noticed things which were boxed in certain containers where not at the very same containers once I got them Such as paperwork that’s missing. My Diploma and College Degree which was in a framework together with a plastic record file that included all my certs and significant info.  I’m also missing other things which were from the heap of items. So I cnt believe just how much of a rush that has gotten and what additional expenses which I will incur must go and recover all that again.

This really was a lousy experience. I trusted these people and despite the many other issues I’d read online about them I believed I was in great hands.
The team for the most part were favorable out of a couple people I needed to cope with along with the movers were fine.  I dont know where my things went and the way misplaced or stole it but somewhere between the to endings.
I hope this will ever be solved nor will I recover my cash for those items which are missing. I’ve got a lot of things to whine about but I’ve made my point. Be careful when sending things…  I cant say that these folks are all bad but somebody has there hands dirty here and I Wish to Be Certain that individuals are given the appropriate focus on this before choosing out any moving CO>

Best Programs Ever! I just finished my next go together with Guardian Moving and they’re a joy to use. Everybody I collaborated with was courteous, efficient and good to use. We countered the quotation, date of movement etc.. . And on the morning of this transfer,  I got a call from them verifying approximate time they’ll arrive. They came about 20 minutes after then chased, which worried us out a bit, but once they got here. The 3 of them were entirely in uniform, clean and very professional appearing, instantly, the man in charge came up to me with a clip board, took control and informed me as to exactly what will take place and the way he was likely to do.WOW we were soo relieved. There is nothing more relaxing then understanding that you have hired the perfect group to work out your stressful move. In a few hours, the had was wrapped, packed nearly completely loaded into the vehicle. They had a meeting line of program, 1 man wrapped, another helped to label and record, while the 3rd person started moving the labeled items. The whole movement from packaging to delivery took approximately 8hours. It was likely more then what they bargained for, as nearing they finish, they seemed liked they worn out. (we’ve got a great deal – plenty of things ) We did the advantage item and obtained them juice, pop and water and purchased them pizza following the transfer was completed. After all said and done, the team thanked us to the pizza and pop and washed up all of the cardboard boxes etc.. Until they left. I’ve utilized Guardian Moving Systems for my transfer out of Maui HI- Surry Hills New South Wales Australia and could not have asked for a much better experience. The salesperson was upfront and answered all of my queries, Holly is a really professional, she had been really patient and always ready to assist, I likely call her at least 20 times hoping to create opportunities to my listing of things or with questions in relation to what documentation would be demanded, however she took care of all of the paperwork so that I was relieved. I was aware that I had been in the appropriate hands when their agent defender said that they could delivered an expert estimator to come back and inspect my things and offer me a Guaranteed Cost. Their agent arrived and did the walk through, he explained me all the procedure and what was I able to anticipate from these as a moving business.
