Long story short, they looked really nice and considerate if they had been packing up my items. But if all of my items came at my new flat, I’d understood everything was nicked, scratched, broken, shattered, etc.. Any phrase you could explain, that occurred.

You can tell that somebody dropped it on the corner and then the glass cracked all of the way throughout the monitor.

The folks unloading said it was not them and they could not be blamed for this, they were simply delivering the material. I contacted the firm, told them my story and filed a claim. My promise was for well over $2K, but in the long run they just credited me back $200. The claim procedure took nearly 4 weeks to have exercised since nobody would call or email me back. It badly was the worse experience in history and I’m afraid to ever utilize a moving business again.

The best service I have ever got. Men were quite friendly, worked extremely hard and were extra cautious with all my stuff.
