    Long-distance move from Texas
    Horrible Experience DO NOT HIRE

THis company began offering the skies to receive our enterprise however after a late entrance and also a lease truck, I understood but never anticipated each of the issues we’d find.   The pickup though overdue it was fine on the very first afternoon, they left a few things and they arrived a day after to pick up them, little that I understood that those things would not attain Denver.   After the truck came (on dads day)they showed up with just two persons, among these with back issues, I needed to perform a part of their unloading, and compensated for this.   The compelled me to cover upfront with money around $2000. .  Like everybody has that sort of money about,  this was not discussed during the discussions.   Many boxes were lost, itimes were broken, and our couch and sofa were a wreck (dirt stains).   After calling them they shipped me to CSI another deceptive company that’s suppose to allow them to know just how much to pay for the client, it’s been more than 3 weeks of their claim and there’s not any one to respond to a telephone or to respond an email.  In addition to the business really charged me to get 1950 cubic feet of distance in their own truck but just employed 1720 cubic feet, too awaiting nothing.  I’ve attempted to contact Greenway however great luck with a person really answering the telephone or phoning you back. .  I went through BBB and their response was supposed to head to court to find out if I could triumph.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY REASONS…  do your homework and pay a small bit extra,  ensure that the organization that you employ at least is a part of BBB.    Im convinced I repent hiring Greenway Express. . Incorrect option.

    Do not use

Horrible encounter took advantage of this fact I was a young girl going by myself. Tv was stolen along with the company attempted to conceal that reality by squeezing the empty box using a few of the moving pads. Arrived within a month ago program. I filed a claim and had adequate proof. They asked me to sign a release stating they would pay me $100 for my +$400 smart television, but I could not place my negative review on the internet. I advised them to maintain the 100, I will inform everyone how their company is to rescue an innocent out of their unethical enterprise.

    Poor customer service and reliablity

I had been advised by thier representative who shipping could be produced 2-3 days later pickup on Thursday 5/23 or premature on 5/24. I predicted on Sunday 5/26 to observe where the products were. I had been told that they left on 5/24. On Weds of all 5/29. The things still weren’t here in Ohio. I predicted spoke with Rob among those folks in the pickup.  He refused speaking to me on Sunday. Then said I’d speak to him since he’s the only man in about Sunday.  Eventually he consented to receive my moms things here straight from Texas from Saturday 6/1.   I had been given the amount of this truck driver so that I could check in together. They explained that they were at Louisville, KY.. Then why I still didn’t hear from them on Sunday. They inform me they’re in Nashville. That’s but a little sample of what took place.  Due to all this my mum in 85 yrs has needed to sleep in my sofa, having two people help her escape from the sofa. She hasn’t managed to shower since she cannot get in my bathtub and we don’t own a shower. She’s been in the very same clothing for 6 days now because she just packed a couple of things for the excursion by automobile to Ohio.  I’ve texting and emails I will provide if necessary. We’ve had an extremely negative experiance to say the very least. If I ever have to go long distance again I’ll proceed to a famous business like Mayflower   Sincerely Suzanne Battaglia

    Horrible service

I was trying to find a review on the net imputed my advice. Few minuets later I received a call from Greenway, (Tonny) who had been quite professional. They guarantee me all sorts of discounts plus a set cost for my transfer. They also stressed the fact that they didn’t outsource their job to associate companies which was enormous lie. They not only came late to perform the pickup however they literally gave my things to a independent provider who stuffed all my products in a massive truck, breaking a number of my things rather than taking responsibility for this. They also increased the cost drastically and upon delivery that the individual carrier requested me to cover at front before unloading my things. I won’t ever use this business. They totally lie and their agents didn’t help me find out any information regarding my things once they were sent.

    Worst Experience EVER

I wish I could donate NEGATIVE STARS for this business!!! I am one of the poor saps who did not read the reviews before I dove in for my final minute go:(I am now still awaiting my items to arrive following a 7-10 day quote… it is now day 32. USA Transferring Group has really only been a part of the issue, compounded by the HORRIBLE movers that they contracted out to carry out the actual transfer, GreenWay Express Texas. The pick-up period changed 4 times & was 15 hours late, arriving @ midnight, 4 hours ahead of my flight left. I fulfilled this with patience and understanding… A suggestion for your hard labour by the team.My matters were stored for 30 days in storage wrongly, which I was also patient and understanding about.I never got any updates in the dispatcher or possibly a verification on the true delivery ETA… Again, I had been individual & understanding. Most every attempt by calling the workplace had been met with a complete voicemail and I was not able to leave an opinion. Patience, understanding… But today amassing doubt. The initial quote was 10-15 days.   It’s now 30 days and today They’re now saying that since I’m Unable to agree to some last minute change in termsof asking that I wire them half of the remaining balance to some’corporate charge card’… which They’ll now take another 10-15 times… Frustration has now taken hold.I’m now still waiting for my items… I will update this as soon as I hear something fresh and also with almost any suggestions/hints that I discover as I stumble through this painful journey of regretful hindsight…

    Very Poor customer service

The most miserable experience ever. For starters, this co workers was contracted from the broker firm American Moving Group. This began with lies and quotes just to draw me in and allow me to believe I would spend less. Not correct. Never use a broker, they do not understand what the organization that you wind up using will do. They obtain their fee and after that they do not care anymore.
So Greenway Express revealed up to my home fourteen days. On the afternoon of birth has been likely to be at 9am, revealed at 2pm. Do not load something on the truck until well after 10pm. I needed to phone the boss to let them understand that the motorists had been napping in the vehicle. They had not functioned ALL DAY! Stopped at 4:30 am, occupation not done. Promised to return next day to have the remaining stuff-tables, sofa, etc.. . I needed to leave for to destination for occupation. They showed up two weeks later to pick up the remainder of my belongings, this after several telephone calls and nagging to receive my home emptied.  It, did not wrap anything longer in blankets! Since I was not there to oversee! Place all from the truck unprotected!! Then! Loaded on a different truck. Furniture was managed many times during all of this. So anticipate broken damaged delivery!!
All family moved to STORAGE! I had been told possessions will be sent 4-5 days, then 7-9 times, on and off. It had been 24 times!! Drivers showed up after, 2 weeks later pickup, to pick up my belongings, did not find any paperwork and could not get to the provider. They waited for seven hours and then left for a different city. I could not get to the business either.
The couple times that the firm would answer the telephone, it was all lies that came from the mouth. Lies and explanations and promises. . .that wouldn’t happen.
When delivery was created, 25 days after,  the men were very friendly and careful with my belongings. Few items were lost, many things were broken or scuffed or marred. I discovered at the close of the delivery which it had been finished with no original paperwork in any way. No stock, no more anything. Guess I am blessed more things wasnt missing!
FEES WERE RAISED OUT OF THE BLUE!! When they had been 1 hour out of my home they allow me to know that I would need to pay $2500 (anticipated 1200) until they’d send!! Holy CRAP! So fees were included for gasoline surcharge, packing charges and several other fees. None of that was mentioned previously. Shouldn’t that be contained within the rest of the thousands of dollars billed? For starters, they did not utilize any packaging supplies aside from tape…I did not purchase the blankets for $700 and did not use THAT much tape. They did not use any equipment, I packed everything until they got there. $600 fuel surcharge? Exactly what IS contained at the ititial thousands of $$?? I am sure these drivers do not make all that far.
Only the lack of communication, lack of note on fees, lack of maintenance with my loved ones, and 24 times to delivery. . .BAD BAD BAD customer support. And I am convinced that this is all just to draw folks into using this business. EITHER firm, the agent or the moving business. Very dishonest and inadequate support all around!!

    Criminally Bad

I did not pick these offenders, they had been subcontracted by Apollo Relocation Services, a New York-based agent.   On May 19th of the year (2015), the Greenway individuals arrived 12 hours late, tried to upsell me to get a second $750.00 in insurance by checking bunkbeds, a dining table, six chairs, a classic sectional couch ans a bedroom place at greater than $17,000.00 when the real value was $7500.00.   I had been expressly told it’d be three times to send the things to Durango, Colorado.   The Following Day, the narrative changeD.   Moreover, I had been advised that my possessions wer taken to Houston, some 250 miles farther in their planned destination.   Even Apollo Relocation Services was amazed that the things were shot 250 miles south.    It’s currently June 8th.   I have been awarded several brand new deadlines along with a Great variety of explanations.   Currently, Greenway is not able to answer my calls and averting Apollo Relocation Services agents I’ve concluded that my possessions have been lost, destroyed or stolen in the recent flood.   I’ve reason to believe and do believe They Are preventing me until such time as the claim to their insurance company clears so They Can turn about, pay me pennies on the dollar for my things and also create a nice little gain.    Regrettably for Greenway Express Texas, I’m a civil litigator with my own law firm.     They’ll wish they had never heard of me.
