**Update**
My items were sent to me out of South Dakota. Whoever signed the contract educated me my things ought to be sent June 2nd. He then explained it had been changed two distinct times. The moving company advised me that they wouldn’t set a particular date but they’d give a time period. My items have been sent June 27 after being picked up on May 23. Following the inspector delivered my items and noticed that my bed frame and rails were lost, he said he phoned and informed his boss and that they will have my things delivered”ASAP”. For a week I attempted to get in contact with the proprietor with no chance. I submitted testimonials on the internet and reported them to the BBB and eventually a couple of days after I had been contacted. Travis, one of the owners, stated he sent my framework via UPS on 7/8. I obtained my bed framework on 7/11, just it wasn’t my bed frame. I opened that package on 8/12 and instantly called Green’s storage and moving the next morning. They had been aware there might have been a issue but were waiting for me to get hold of them. Travis told me he’ll get my headboard to me personally and to go ahead and maintain the one they delivered to me personally and he’ll take care of the repercussions. 8/20 I haven’t obtained my headboard, so I named the corporation. Yet more, Travis isn’t at the workplace. I advised them I’d be heading out of town the next week and was worried about my framework being left out while I was gone. The secretary told me that they had been planning on sending my framework on another truck that’s going to Tennessee in September. I wasn’t okay with this agreement and also let her know I did not wish to wait that long because of this. I didn’t get a returned telephone for more than 2 weeks. 9/5 I called again. This time I talked with Travis, he informed me he didn’t return my telephone since they were under the belief that I would not be in the city. I didn’t know why he did not stay in contact to establish structures to deliver my house. Then he threatened to sue me when I submitted anymore reviews about his firm. I didn’t love being bullied like that. After being exceptionally rude and laughing at me he finally agrees to ship my items via UPS once I repeatedly told him I wouldn’t await a truck to come since these dates are not set in stone. I waited yet another week. 9/13 I called yet again, of course Travis wasn’t in and neither was another owner Brady. The secretary left yet another message to return my calls. During this whole procedure from 5/23-9/16 I’ve just received ONE returned telephone. I’ve been patient long enough and agreed to not post another review if we can manage this circumstance. I’ve been lied to, laughed at, and threatened to be sued for advising customers of the practices of the provider. I just want my property back.

Don’t use this company if you’re moving from state! They changed my date double since a different sequence they’d shifted their customs. My stuff arrived 24 days after than initial shipping date. These individuals don’t place the customer first, they provide how they see fit and just send 1 man on the excursion and he attempts to find a person to assist him if he gets into the shipping website. When my things did arrive they abandon my mattress framework in their warehouse and a week later still will not return my calls.

Green’s Moving & Storage were all fantastic.  They gave useful info on packaging — what things to take together and everything to ship from van, the Way to package images, etc..    The team worked well together and have been good humored, also.   Approximately 30 days in advance of the move that they place a date to load along with a date to send, both of which have been retained.   And they came when they said they’d.     Josh and Don were quite professional and easy to utilize.  Josh ready the bidding and has been helpful with tips about the best way best to pack specific things that we were planning to package.  He was receptive to my inquiries by telephone and by email.   Don was team leader for the unloading and loading.  His team from Rapid City were hard workers and also a joy to use. Would certainly Green’s.

We’ve moved a lot of times through the last few years and have used a plethora of different businesses. The experience given by Green’s Moving & Storage was undoubtedly the best we’ve had.
Josh did an outstanding job of organizing our shifting needs and was flexible to our shifting schedule. The loading date and delivery date were honored, along with the projected time frames for every were accurate, which makes for an extremely smooth transition. Throughout the moving process, Shayne and Chris demonstrated the dedication, hard work and outstanding customer support of authentic professionals; a fantastic mixture of features through a stress filled time. Since we’ve experienced many movers through time, it makes it effortless to say that we wouldn’t suggest any other moving business from the town area.

The team you supplied (Shane, Brandon, Arik, and Ken) were great. They worked quickly and were very knowledgeable about the ideal means to get things loaded and protected. The huge safe was transferred without difficulty. I’d certainly call you again if I ever were to relocate in the long run.

Everyone we worked with at Greens Moving & Storage was quite friendly and professional. Our queries were answered immediately and the movers were on time to get the quote and the two ends of our relocation. They took great care of all of our furniture and possessions on our move into some other nation. Moving across country lines using a 5 month old infant is tough, but they left our move go quite easily. We’re quite impressed with the job they did and particularly their customer support. We’d highly recommend them for any shifting project be it large, little, neighborhood, or across country lines. This was undoubtedly the best experience with movers we’ve ever had and their pricing is extremely aggressive!

I hired Greens Storage and Moving to assist my son and my 7 month pregnant daughter-in-law go from East Rapid City into West Rapid City the very first portion of Sept.. They had been in the home the children were going from right over time and were both quite professional and friendly and went over and beyond to find the truck filled in a timely way. We had an extremely big refrigerator that hardly fit through the doorway and needed to become twisted and flipped around corners which we would not have had an idea how to perform. As soon as they got everything loaded, they nearly beat us into the new home and had everything drifted speedily! There was just 1 door broad enough to attract the huge refrigerator via and they created a means to get it to that doorway which noone else had thought of. There was a railway in the manner in which that needed to be removed and they then used a ramp which has been on the vehicle to, once more, twist and flip it to put it in the new residence. Brandon and Matt did a fantastic job and I’d suggest them to anybody that wants a few difficult running movers to help alleviate the strain of going!
