Beware! Missing around $2500 in electronic equipment from my own movement and the business doesn’t have any idea where they’re.
In the obvious lie about the $350.00 additional I paid in insurance, simply to understand they don’t cover but was billed because of the”additional” packaging anyhow – to the absence of communication from your proprietor Mark Trout plus they flippant attitude from the rest of the workers that you will not get passed should you call and would like to speak to Mark – it has turned into a nightmare! Everything they guaranteed it would not be.

The movers hardly speak english and seem just like thugs and its hard to convey.

I questioned if it was the way that they differentiated my possessions from the others and was guaranteed that the system functioned, meanwhile I am pressing on the green decals on the boxes which the decal are falling from. Quite unprofessional and worst solutions ever!!
Lot of hidden fees and dont rely upon their own CSR they demonstrating the false quote.

I reserved my transfer 6 weeks beforehand and Green going held me hostage after coming to transfer me and additional $360 value of further fees after I had been specifically told in the quotation I wouldn’t need to pay them. I was told when I did not pay they would depart and as I had to be transferred out I had no option. I was outright lied to and held hostage and that I would advise with any additional more honest firm.

After picking up our possessions, business is now refusing to discharge our things completely despite paying the excess THOUSAND they added article transfer since they’don’t send to a destination’. We’ve got multiple mails and recorded telephone conversations with Lindsay on document saying they’ll send to us. Our property was stolen. At our wit’s end. I really don’t understand who’s more bothersome to deal with, Lindsay or her boss that simply speaks in yells and curses.

These men are a lot of crooks. My regional transfer cost 4 X that which I had been quoted. The local supervisor is a con man/ liar and the 3 movers that he delivered were complete armatures. Do not have some business abilities rather than an idea how to package a truck. Had several broken big wall art bits, 1/2 dozen table high fittings, a lot of parts of glasses and china. None of the furniture was covered with blankets leading in dents, scratches & scrapes to almost every bit of furniture. Truck was poorly packed adding to time necessary to unload. Dumped everything from the family room/ dining area with boxes piled to the ceiling with regards to the contents that are marked and space location.all the furniture has been closely packed before the boxes. We hardly had access to the kitchen. It took us two weeks to straighten out their mess and get things arranged. Scary thing is that this was a referral from Angie’s List. DO NOT HIRE THIS BUNCH!!!

Initial quote was $2900.00, delays in providing, delivering to the incorrect day, damages on furniture, overlooking boxes.

Their claim dept. doesn’t exist.
They are really unprofessional and outright lie that they delivered on none of the promises and dropped and ruined several things within our boxes.

That provider is presently under investigation by the RCMP for fraud, extortion and stealing.

Stay away from these.

He explained that the reason for the absurd price was since apparently we’d 100 boxes, which wasn’t correct. He told us out the day things were delivered that he would give us a list checklist (our items were delivered two weeks past, I’ve called 5 times and still no listing ) When our items had been delivered, we whined about 75 boxes, and of course our beds seemed like they just came back from war and we’d boxes overlooking. When I called the owner to inform him about my lost and damaged things, he proceeded to shout in my curse stating”Get the f**k from here with this”bulls**t” and hung me up. I haven’t dealt with this kind of unprofessional and shameless individuals in my personal life. Save yourself the trouble and wind up a legitimate moving company.

This are the worst experience I have had with any business up to now. Abismal customer services! I hired the firm to get an out of state move. The movers showed up really late, there wasn’t any effort to get me to tell me they’re coming. I tried to get them with no chance. After the bill came there charges on it which were divulged when I left the agreements with the provider. As soon as I contacted them about it they would not hear, were really rude and began crying. The problem went unresolved. In addition, I think they overcharge in the weights since I believed my items ahead and the burden was double that at the bill.

I want I never booked for this business. I asked and got a confirmation email in the reservation agent from the name Maria for a single pickup date, that they showed up a day before. My stuff was likely to depart for Halifax on August 10, once I phoned today I was advised that I didn’t fill out credit card authorization paperwork (that wasn’t delivered to me personally ) and that my stuff is going to be on the Aug 25 truck rather than They billed my credit card before me giving them permission to do so, that is absolute fraud. The explanation I was given for why my stuff isn’t about the Aug 10 truck was that”other individuals were waiting more”. What type of support is that? Despite my repeated requests I still do not own a copy of my contract saying when my stuff is going to be delivered. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, RUN !!! THEY DO NOT HONOR ANY PROMISES OR SHOW ANY ACCOUNTABILITY!

Should not be any stars.The worst going along with the ruddest movers living. The Total nightmare, possessions came 7 days late, significantly damaged with a few boxes overlooking, after paying them $480 within our quote, after a circumstance where they held that our possessions hostage demanding more cash upon delivery. Movers were rude and did harm to the contents and boxes on the transfer, .Operates from each state and the workplace I have been coping is based in Florida. They are really unprofessional and out right lie that they delivered on none of the promises and damaged and lost several things from the side our boxes. Now I am attempting to solve this using their insurance provider and its getting a lousy experience too. Don’t under any conditions use this organization and they have been contracted out of AAA moving from New York. Time to seek out support from Better Business bureau!!

Please don’t use this business. They charged me double my quotation, without charge card approval and without evidence of the burden of my possessions. The only reason that they had my credit card number has been since they billed a100.00 charge to ensure the transfer. They billed me 10 cents a pound for FREE Storage, afterward attempted to send to me less than a week once I placed my belongings in storage for five months! And now they have held all of my possessions hostage and refuse to talk to me or react to my own attorneys letters of need to come back my possessions to me. They’re deceitful and close and they refuse to offer you their enterprise license number, their speech, and what is extremely suspect particularly when they refuse to guide one to a supervisor or someone who will solve problems. If you’re moving constantly check the BBB, Consumer advocacy and CAM (Canadian institution of movers, and also read reviews on this maybe not on the businesses own site. Be certain they have an actual address in addition to a supervisor to talk to. Do your due diligence so that you aren’t left with no possessions. Courteous, educated and with a sense of humor. They talked to me nearly daily and I would like to know precisely in which the moving van has been along with the eta to Los Angeles. These are the type of people which you wish to port with the general public. Their integrity and very clear awareness of being accountable for their customer is the very best you can hope to get.
