    Bad news

This firm that a fictitious business and this is not their actual name quantity one. Number two they found out of NY. Plus they also go by the title Dads movers or some thing like this. They showed up hours late and wanted money in money or they wouldn’t fill our things. It took them within a month to send our belongings and it arrived ruined in the”so called” fire. Demanded more after it got into us and we never informed there was a passion. We finally don’t have any furniture, TVs, beds, however many all our possessions.

If I could speed as no I will surely do this. This company brought me on the summer instead of just lost a few of my products, there was a few flaws in their own delivery. Their customer support is non existent and dreadful. They’re extremely unprofessional. I had been told if I sign up that everything was paid in total just for the delivery men to arrive and inform me that they needed to bill long haul and assorted hidden charges that was not discussed. Please get yourself a favor and dont even consider hiring this organization. They’re fraud, really decietful and unprofessional. Look else. Up until now I haven’t got a refund for your missing goods that was worth more than 750 bucks. Avoid GREENMOVERS OF AMERICA AND ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATE COMPANYS

This company is a rip off. I had been told you amount over the telephone and then on the day of the transfer, the cost jumped by nearly $4,000, the movers were very demanding with my furniture and when it was delivered, my items were scraped, broken and lot of items were lost as if somebody went thru all and took everything they needed. Tried to get them and they never answered the telephone for 10 weeks. They have to be closed down as they’re thieves and lier’s. Keep your cash, go to anyone aside from that lying, unorganized, business filled with theives. You’ll be sorry. In addition, I have pictures of all before they shot it and after they sent it. Please do not use this organization.

Much like Mr. James, I’d speed zero when I could. One of the issues: Promise that when I compensated for shuttle support, I’d prevent long-carry charge. Finally made to cover both (or else they would not send products ). Last bill was roughly twice the quoted cost. Most annoyingly, they given the wrong mattress into your own property. They never delivered the ideal mattress (a far superior mattress) and refused to pick up the erroneously delivered you (so I must pay to eliminate it). They’ve gone completely quiet on me personally and also have failed to reply at all for their neighborhood better business agency which followed up on my complaints. Overall, an extremely poor experience.

GREEN MOVERS OF AMERICA IS A SCAMMER

Green Movers of America is a bogus and deceptive group famous for extorting money from folks in the U.S. Run away from any part of the firm like Illinois Movers. They aren’t legit businesses. Don’t permit your loved ones members and friends to fall prey to their own extortion tricks. Please share this information with friends and family in the U.S and Canada.

On the day of pickup and onsite that is 7.26.2019 at Smyrna Delaware, Green movers of America altered the contract out of $2800 to get a 700 cubics to $6800 to get a 1000 cubic. They also altered the payment choice from half of balance to 75 percent although I didn’t include any additional boxes. I manage exactly the very same things in the initial contract of $2800. Additionally, I noticed that a total amount of 1500 was included as a member of this $6800 to get a shuttle maybe not in the initial contract. I recall asking them why adding $1500 to your shuttle and also why the cubic unexpectedly shifted from 700 to 1000 with no raising the boxes? A man named David was that the agent of the Green movers around the website and couldn’t explain exactly. I managed to find someone to clarify this to me afterwards. The explanation they gave wasn’t right for incorporating $1500 from the new quote.

As it’s important I return into the office on Monday and time wasn’t on my side, I had to concur with $6800 asked but with the state that the things should be sent into Tallahassee on Monday. They asked I cover them through test and agree to send the things on Monday (7.29.2019). This was recorded. Afterward , I gave a test of $4200.
Unexpectedly, on Sunday night when driving from Delaware into Tallahassee I found an email in the Green Movers of America that since it will 3 times to clear the test, I need to move by cable $4200 for their accounts and my things will be kept inside their own warehouse. I called the office on Monday that we agree that the items will be sent on Monday although they know it’ll take three days to clear the test. Additionally, I told them that I can’t send the money via wire transfer and in exactly the identical time maintain my test. I phoned my lender instantly to pinpointed the test that I afterwards known as the Green movers of America to advised them of the development. I later discovered from my lender which, although they had been asking a wire transfer out of mepersonally, ” the Green movers of America was also making attempt to draw the amount on the exact same Monday out of account.
The issue which comes to my head was that in the event the test will still be tender for my lender on Monday, why requesting me to cable the identical amount for their accounts? This implies that they needed me to wire the cash and the identical time withdrawal exactly the exact same sum in the account utilizing the test they promised it’ll take 3 days to clean. As a result of this, I didn’t have confidence in this mover, since I have a strong feeling that all they care about is your money and the way extort me.

Since I’ve canceled the test and I didn’t wire the cash, they shipped me the following email which I need to pick my things in New Jersey around 8.2.2019. I named the Agency office to notify them that all my item ought to be returned to Delaware because they aren’t being honest and straight ahead. They desired to swindle me. Additionally, I told them that I’m not accountable for the price of carrying the things in almost any warehouse. Additionally, I gave them a choice of bringing my thing to Tallahassee and cover them directly in money, since I am not prepared to wire some money and just to be requested for extra money afterwards. That’s likely to be more extortion.
Lately, now (8.7.2019), I got yet another email message in the inspector that I’m owing the business around $6000 for hauling my things within their warehouse and because of this, they’ll be selling my product very soon.

    Avoid at all cost!

Crooks – Avoid at all costs! I won’t ever deal with them again. I needed to move one Grandfather clock. Spent twenty minutes on the telephone describing precisely what I wanted…a professional moving company with expertise packing and transferring a Grandfather clock, etc.. I had been confident they were specialist, seasoned, etc.. They appear a day early and five hours when they said they’d be at my residence. They appear at a Hertz truck, and not one speak English. They charged me an extra $200 to package my clock. . .the very reason why I hired them and exactly what they said they’d do. They are”$200 packing project” involved them putting bubble wrap and a blanket round the clock. Oh, and that I needed to transfer the hardware so that they”did not lose it.” Last, I am billed another $600 for shuttle services. . .also not yet quoted. So I paid $800 (roughly 80 percent } more than originally quoted. They’ll provide you the cheapest estimate, assure you the world throughout the sales process, and fully jam you. In addition they only take money (RED FLAG), and that I needed to cover 90 percent of the invoice before my products were delivered. Overall scam. Save your time, money, and aggravation. Avoid them at all costs. Buyer beware.

    Scam mover company

By the time they provide you with a Quotation and also the time send the furniture, the broker, customer support representative and especially the inspector team lie to you and steal from you, and looking how to rip off you. The initial total price from $900 reaches to $2100 for a single bed room collection. They bill for each measures they taking and maintain your furniture hostage for 2 weeks, and movers are unloading anything unless you’re made to cover what they are requiring. In the conclusion, they’ve ruined my mattress frame, shattered my dresser’s mirror, and also some thing are missing because of carrying to storage for 2 days asserting they had no accessible truck. If you’re searching for nightmare, make you ruined things after days, and cover 3 times that which the quote is, that the company that you utilize.

Green Movers of America - SCAM !!!

This company is a GIANT SCAM made to target the proprietor in their stage of vulnerability; – if all their possessions are packaged up, on the vehicle, along with the inflated closing pricing is totaled and introduced.
After providing a list of my whole house of furniture such as patio, living area, kitchen, dining area and 2 bedrooms, and 35 boxes, I obtained a quotation of $2700 for a 775 mile transfer. A fantastic thing! My home was sold and final the day following the transfer. I packed all things into boxes, and the movers came and loaded the boxes and furniture on the truck. In my absolute shock, I had been introduced in the point using a charge of OVER $8,200!!! 300% greater than my initial quotation. I had been over the initial quote by 30 boxes, 4 yard tools, and two ladders. How can that triple the invoice???
The team is totally rude, abrasive and exposed to a criticism. A written criticism got me a 1 word reply… DENIED. When I pressed for a written answer, I had been advised that the initial quote was only an estimate. They are presently holding my possessions hostage until I cover the complete grossly inflated fees.
This provider perpetuates a FRAUD on the user. They deserves zero stars and I intend to submit a complaint with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration; the Better Business Bureau; the Federal Department of Transportation, along with any other thing which might be interested in this issue. If nothing is done, I’ll file a tiny claims court lawsuit.
Run, run far away from the mover!!!

    Beware! Do not use.

Was quoted $2900 for a 700 mile movement. Movers showed up in a rented truck without the pajamas. Once they wrapped the furniture, then we had been provided a quote ranging from $7-8,000. Hmmmm. After telling the men to depart, they offered it at $3,200. But, there was likewise be an extra $1,500-2000 shuttle charge once came.
They’re snakes, and also extremely impolite. Don’t use them. After what I experienced, the inspection under gave me the mindset to counter the movement and reduce my loss. The worst people to address and worst business!

Extreme Over charges and bad customer service

I received a quote of $1500 to get a 500 cubic feet go in New Jersey to Ohio. On the other hand, the business began shooting charges up straight from the time that they came.

They began with a cost of $1000 stating that the pickup place is too little for your pickup truck. I asked to cancel the occupation and repay the money, however they consented to waive off the fee and move with the occupation.

Then after loading material to the pickup truck, they stated that the cubic feet will be 600 (100 greater than anticipated ) while I contended that I gave them less material than at the quotation (by way of instance, the quotation has 34 boxes while I gave them just 15 boxes). They billed $727 longer for the extra 100 cubic feet.

The initial quote was granted based on the premise that they’d pack everything in the home, but myself and my spouse packed everything and informed them that we don’t require this support. On the other hand, the fees showed up at the bill and when I contested, they eliminated the $500 but additional $371 as labour fees for packaging. They all used was only one little empty box (likely a dollar and fifty cents) but billed me 371.

They also billed $227 for fuel surcharge, which they never divulged.

I especially asked the customer service representative when there’s any extra fee as my drop off location is next stair, but the agent told zero cost. How ever, once the driver arrived, he explained just 7 steps is totally free but would charge additional for every 7 steps.

They are charging a second $1196 for falling off the merchandise, for extra shuttle support.

They did a very lousy job in loading my things to your truck. I’m afraid what all furniture is broken as it arrives.

Worst Company to chose for mover

    Hi,
This is actually the worst inspector that I’VE ever encounter. They’ll choose the benefit of your position and will request the price and also you will not have any other option except to offer them.
They offered 2200USD for the home grip movement from Devon, PA into Carmel, IN. I wound up paying 4438 USD. I gave the comprehensive collection of all my house hold posts and each of the requirements (that want door to door service, 3rd floor to 2nd floor, Shuttle demanded both side-by-side ) upfront and people that were included in original contract. I paid 20 percent as progress. Nevertheless, they develop different quotation on pickup and entirely various quotation whilst shipping. As I had all packed stuff and that I needed to vacate the home, I needed to provide additional cash to them.
Pls DO NOT GO FOR SPONSORED REVIEW, BEWARE OF GREEN MOVERS OF AMERICA.

    Thieves, Liars and Extortionists!!!

This is among the most disreputable businesses I have ever worked with. They gave me a price of $1400 to transfer two pieces of furniture and lots of boxes from Maryland to Colorado in a time period which appeared sensible. On the other hand, the truck did not appear at the appointed moment since it had broken down on the street several hours off and it never happened to them to call and inform me that they had been overdue. They FINALLY showed up at 9:45pm and as they had been loading the bits on the vehicle, jumped to hand me a bill for an extra $600 for”shuttle services” incurred because of not having the ability to acquire a full sized truck down my driveway (a entire lie)! When I talked with the supervisor the next day and wanted to know the reason they weren’t more upfront about this fee (which they billed to each client from whom they picked up that afternoon ) in the time of their reservation, her answer was that not everybody must cover this fee. So I asked why they do not simply add it on in the start and then eliminate it if it is not needed. Her answer to me was”How likely is it I’d have used their firm had I understood there could be an additional surcharge for the shuttle services?” I advised her that this clinic is deception by omission and totally unethical.
The shipment didn’t go out on both of the times that they told me what was being loaded, and then rather than calling our child the afternoon prior to delivery so he would make arrangements to quit job, they phoned him 30 minutes out to state that they were in their way.
In the shipping in Colorado, they again charged us the shuttle charge and an additional charge for the 15 measures they needed to walk up together with the products. The main point is that our 1400 move ended up costing us over $2500!!!
They do not answer the telephone if you call and they do not return telephone calls. Once they have the merchandise they will hold them hostage until you cover all of the fees that they claim are expected.
This provider fully misrepresented themselves and has the worst customer support I have ever seen. They completely lack ethics and honesty in the event you’re trying to find a business for your interstate movement, I recommend you to cross this one off your list.

    DO NOT USE!

Don’t Use GREEN MOVERS! I am able to go on and on about all of the ways that this firm did me wrong however I’ll make this short. They showed up late (to get a transfer that took a two hour traveling for my new destination), explained that I needed to pay an additional $4,000 along with my $3,000 quote, required a while to load a two bedroom townhome (contents already packed), explained he worked out a deal so that I just needed to pay $2,000 of that a percentage that he had been keeping as a hint. Arrived at destination at 9:30 pm along with my loved ones and I needed to HELP UNLOAD the truck while the foreman sat at the vehicle. They didn’t complete until 1:30am and didn’t unwrap anything or attempt to gather basic things like my mattress frame or dining table. We still had to return the following day, lease a U-Haul and package up what they left behind. They waited till they’d enough of my possessions on the vehicle to strike me with this absurd overcharge, once I was totally exposed and took good advantage. This business recalls NEGATIVE STARS and also to stand out of business. Do your self a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will tear you off and take whole advantage of your circumstance.

    Long-distance move from Delaware
Move from New Jersey to Delaware

Green Movers of America is a scam performance on older citizens as well as others and shouldn’t be used for almost any moving solutions. I’ve worked with many moving companies within the last year with great expertise. But this firm was the oddest and most populous I ever worked with, really unethical, rude and horrible customer support. My spouse and I are both over 70 yrs. Older and believed that this was pre-planned scam performance on older citizens. I had a rather few of things to be transferred form Bayonne NJ into Delaware. As soon as I discussed the transfer with the Revenue rep, I was quite clear on the amount of things to be transferred and that there have been just three flights of stairs in the pickup location and a single flight down stairs in the shipping location. I had been given a cost of $850.00 for the transfer and has been promised our things could be picked up and sent to precisely the exact same day for this cost. If the movers showed up in the Pick-up place and entered to the flat, they began identifying a few items that could get the cost to grow – obviously that was a portion of their business model, lowball cost upfront and then when onsite style for justification for cost rises. Originally , they needed to boost the complete cost by $1600. They promised there was 600 in additional fees because of the 3 flights of stairs along with $1000 additional”shuttle” cost because they were not able to utilize an 18-wheeler truck in the place. This”shuttle” service cost is a major scam and was not explained to me once discussing the transfer with the Revenue rep. After a few heated conversations when they had been not able to load their truck, I consented, under duress, to cover an additional $300. But I needed to take the vast majority of my things down the staircase for their truck — they refused to do this because I would not pay more. After the products were packed in their truck and that I gave them”Cahiers Assess” to get 20 percent, and we had been advised from the truck driver they’d be sent later the identical moment. Then after waiting a few hours for shipping in Delaware and a few calls back into the house office, we had been told our things wouldn’t be delivered the exact same day and could be delivered within the upcoming few days. Their explanation was that they had to await the”Cahiers Verify’ to clean that makes no sense as a Cashier’s Check is just like money. After several heated conversations with the business reps accountable for shipping, our items had been eventually delivered 29 days following the pickup. Throughout this time the moving firm attempted to bill me for storage charges and also added $600″shuttle”fee that I refused to cover. There was surely no demand for its so called”shuttle service” using a more compact truck. Our delivery speech had an extremely broad street with easy accessibility to get an 18-wheeler moving truck — merely another effort to secure more cash. Ultimately, I needed to lease my own truck and fulfill the moving truck at Walmart parking lot for transport of our things since they refused to send to my house as initially maintained unless I paid an additional $600. I had been told from the home office which the movers could transfer our belongings out of their truck into our moving truck at the Walmart parking lot, however they refused to do this. My spouse and I (possibly over 70 yrs. Old) needed to transfer the things onto our leased truck. Each time that I talked to the house office to try to solve the problems, they really disrespectable and typically, rude. They do not appear to comprehend what great customer support is. It has been the worst experience ever with any builder. As soon as I attempted to get in touch with the first Revenue rep. to go over the price postings, he never responded to me. I wouldn’t ever utilize Green Movers of America back again. They’re more enthusiastic about tricking customers than providing great customer support customer service and fair pricing.

    Buyer beware!!!
Carefully examine your contract regarding Shuttle service. I always read that but understood a truck could have readily come to my speech. The company decided, without previous touch to me, utilized a shuttle out of Boston to NH. Showed up in my door asking an alternate 650.00 for the ceremony. Cash payment prior to loading the vehicle. I really don’t know about you but that I did not have that sort of money laying around. Customer support down it to 450$. But still what an unpleasant surprise. Shop elsewhere!
