This is actually the worst moving business. They shifted the speed that the day of the movement, but that wasn’t the worst component. They predicted after the vehicle was stuffed and said their charge card business was off line therefore couldn’t accept charge cards. No issue, we’ll write a test. No it should be money. I said certainly not. They then explained well a money purchase. I said no, I’d like a listing and will definitely write a test. No response, so I said I shall write a test. We wrapped up. They then got to the destination at which my 88 year-old mom was waiting to get her items clocked at 9:00pm if they abandoned at 11:30am for at most a 5 hour drive. They refused to unload the vehicle before my sister moved and obtained money or a money purchase. Naturally there’s not any response at the workplace. My mom is awaiting 11:00pm to allow them to eventually unload the vehicle. When I called to complain the following day, the man who responded said that the general director wasn’t there and wouldn’t call me back. I explained how angry I had been with their business and he said”alright whatever we’ve got the cash”. Don’t use this organization!

My transfer had been scheduled for late May 2013. Never got a telephone with projected delivery date, so I needed to telephone them.One of these movers didn’t speak English did not place boxes were I requested him to.Trash was abandoned in my home and out my flat, furniture wasn’t out back together correctly and that I had been overlooking items.I called a lot about that I lost track of the number of days I called.Finally got a phone from manager who was planning to test and call me back.I’m still awaiting this call now.I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone.I was subsequently requested to send an email that I did without a response.I would be calling the BBB to earn an official complaint. I have needed to substitute chargers for my own iPod, gambling systems,etc.and cover a useful man to place my furniture collectively properly.I even left a message to the owner free of response. Horrible company! Do not rely on them!
