After just a day or two of the sudden passing of my mom, I needed to organize the movement of her classic bedroom place and other miscellaneous things from San Diego CA to Northern VA.. Being former military, I never had to pick movers and that I actually did not have the time to experience a lengthy interview procedure. We were just charged additional for space to maneuver from truck to lift but in the contract provisions that was reasonable. From now our things came we were overlooking several things (1 box, shelf inserts into our television rack, and a laundry basket using our mattress comforter inside ). 3. The day of shipping. Just one guy came to move my possessions to my property. He then had the audacity to state”you will help me out”. I addressed this scenario into the Dispatch Manager and he cried at the guy in my speakerphone and WELL DESERVED!

4. My sofa and dining collection were ruined. The leg in my sofa was broken. My sofa now sinks on the left because of the broken leg. My dining place was shielded with NOTHING! There were scuff marks everywhere and cracked wood on all of the 5 piece dining set.

I shall do everything in my ability to burst this business on social networking, file a claim for those damages, and that I shall report this company to the Better Business Bureau and make sure that they get removed the BBB Accredited Business. PERIOD!!!

WARNING! STAY AWAY!!! . . So once you read testimonials you get this feeling as can this be true? We had it occurred to us! This business is unprofessional and they’ll benefit from your circumstance. Just so that you guys know it’s said on your contract that it may TAKE upto 21 times examine it until you commit anything since our delivery required that long! They ship this truck driver which can push your arms and leaves uneasy remarks and you need to keep the cool and he had been very stubborn and rude he even hung up the telephone on us. In addition to destroying everything they awakened the shipping period not once, not twice but 3 times, maybe not that’s mattered, when we FINALLY got our belongings out of a STORAGE device (not even our property, in which it was suppose to move ) every product was damaged. We then had to employ ANOTHER firm to eliminate our things from storage into our new residence. When we finally talked to somebody they gave us a beautiful charge of $300. lol! $300!! Allow me to remind you, they destroyed priceless furniture, pricey TVS, household heirlooms. Its a miserable firm, run by piss-pore men and women. For the security of your loved ones and your own items, I highly encourage you to use an alternate corporation. One with empathy and morals. It’ll save you months of yelling on your hard earned things. Shame shame shame with this organization & Tammy (Pssst) Terrible lady.

PS –The driver of the truck that missed the delivery a few times (since he said he went outside and drank) subsequently inserted us on facebook and plagued us since we reported him into the provider. We had been in fear for our own life, since he knew where we lived

The professionalism of a few of the packers has been in question also.  The Agency contracted by the LA region brought his family to pack.  It was evident that his wife and sons weren’t professional movers and shouldn’t have been allowed to be operating the occupation.  Not only did that variable into an disappointing packing occupation, but it also slowed down the whole procedure.  To need to hear him shout his sons during the afternoon chose to allow us feel uneasy and didn’t allow us feel as sure in the expert business that we hired. 

The movers who delivered our things here on the Georgia finish were amazing; they had been re about the broken things and did their very best to put containers in the right rooms and place that was hard as about 75 percent of those boxes weren’t itemized or tagged out of which area they had been packaged.  That made us to move through each single box after the movers left and move them again to the appropriate space to be unpacked.

Last, scheduling a shipping date for our things to be removed from storage and then delivered to us here in Georgia has been a Small hassle.   It required a couple of times of phoning to get a coming date.  We consider that to be not one of the standard and beneficial to our situation. Being a small family owned company, we know that Monica was at the workplace by himself and she definitely looked apologetic if we did talk for her.

Generally, the sense that we’ve about GPS is that MUCH more attention can and should have already been taken.  Irrespective of our choice to buy extra insurance we didn’t expect GPS to deal with this work so badly.  We’ve been informed by GPS they’ve made adjustments to their moving team and neighborhood contractors following the issue with our relocation.  Even though we wanted greater, GPS has worked together with us and we’ve negotiated a settlement.

We used GPS to move out of San Diego to Virginia and it was the worse experience we’ve ever had using a moving company, they broken a few furniture and dropped a couple of boxes. Avoid this business, they need just your money, if you’re fortune and nothing else happen, great for you otherwise you’ll be dealing with rats, even since they don’t care for you whatsoever. Their score in BBB signifies nothing and BBB won’t help you whatsoever. You’re by yourself. Avoid the business and search for a genuine reputable business. Please take my advise because I’m experimenting this exact low profile business.

After the movers picked up the things it had been great fast wrapped and pack the things and set them in the vehicle attentively. Shipping was just another story. They pulled out our $ 4,000 4,000 cal king mattress that was painted like a taco. Our twin mattress had any kind of gas fuel all around the mattress. We’d box springs using 1.5″ hole completely through the bed. Our electrical fire place has been completely broken into about 6 bits and unrepairable. This was all documented on the shipping invoice. Photographs were taken of every product and duplicates of shipping documentation were filed and claim was created. Following ~70 times we had been delivered a letter stating they’d pay promise for 78. We’d have to sign the waiver and have it notarized (another $10). Screw the 78 (.60 pennies per lb ). Don’t use these people if you don’t need the majority of your things broken stained or stained. They inform you need to purchase insurance for your transfer that’s an extra $500 for a $4,500 transfer. I wish they’d allow me to post images of these items damaged. Horrible, dreadful and dreadful. Never again. This is merely a warning to others. I’m screwed but hopefully you’ll read this and spare yourself the frustration we’ve experienced. My next review Will be in the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Can NOT… I repeat don’t use this organization. I’m still coping with them a month after my movement without any settlement.

My things were totally destroyed & a few lost. I compensated for them to package my things & transfer me out of San Diego, CA to Dallas, TX… my TV was just covered in a blanket and totally shattered. I had a computer desk which was completely destroy alongside a mirror that they neglected to shield as they guaranteed they would.

They taped items in between cushions. . .this is NOT exactly what I paid for. After talking with Tammy Cruz concerning the issue & my very first review, she essentially bribed me to take my review down. Here I am… with a discharge form to discharge them from neglect (that I’m fine with doing)… nevertheless , they wish to also incorporate a non-disclosure arrangement to stop me from doing what I am doing today… I won’t give away my first amendment right!

Avi (dispatcher) is very impolite. Vanessa will be quite so friendly at first and provide you relaxation on their solutions, however BEWARE…. This area is a comprehensive SCAM!

Horrible service…. Between these and their partner company (Moving Mania from Florida) they botched the cross country move in each manner. They’re rude. They delivered late. You will find 5 boxes lost. The were two broken mirrors. The two headboards of both bedroom sets sent were broken/ruined. Over 3/4 of the glassware has been busted. There was just one box (filled with perishables) which did not even belong to me. Lots of things missing/stolen from drawers such as: two watches (seiko and Armani) a pandora bracelet, an iPod, and much more… It is possible to tell that clearly they rummaged through our drawers. It was dreadful support. Just dreadful.
