Excellent Moving Company! . I chose GP Movers to assist with my movement yesterday. I have moved homes 3 occasions before ten decades and undoubtedly, GP Movers  is THE BEST MOVING COMPANY I have ever handled! They are amazingly prompt, rapid, considerate, tidy, professional and CAREFUL. Whatever you can request from a moving business. The foreman that they delivered to my home is called”Adolfo” and that he was amazing. In addition they mailed 4 other men and they ended everything so quickly (I transferred to some 3,000 sf home and that I have 3 children!) The cost came from UNDER BUDGET! It is tough to discover any business, let alone a moving business, that is this good and fair! The other word of advice… DO NOT proceed with the least expensive business… you’ll be sorry. They always tack on lots of charges to deliver their cost back up. GP Movers was quite upfront about any extra fees (gas cost, etc.) so that I knew just what I had been paying beforehand. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GP MOVERS!!

Moved just two kilometers down the street into the vallay. The transfer went well and I was happy. After all of furniture was in our house I discovered that among my mirrored night stands that the movers wrapped themselfs had among those mirrored sides broken. This was on July 31st 2012. I showed it into the most important perrson and he predicted it in ( these were fresh nightstands) I’ve sent email to learn if this will be cared for, but haven’t had one call from supervisor. When I am prepared to proceed again in 2 years I really don’t know whether I’d use them again. Will wait and see whether they take care of the issue.

This critique is actually tough to speed, just because my experience using GPM started off really amazing. The business is extremely considerate, considerate, and friendly. The salesman had been patient with me and answered all of my queries. They send out someone to your home to evaluate your movement, and these men were also very polite, clean, professional, etc., the firms pricing is extremely reasonable too. We complete all of the paperwork, so you pay half up front, and half on shipping. The scheduled afternoon arrives, and it is time for the movers to appear. They did arrive at time window that they gave me, although it was in the finish, so I waited patiently to get a few hours to allow them to appear. The movers were considerate and fairly fast. They’d all my furniture wrapped up and packed onto the truck, in addition to all of my boxes, inside one hour and an half. I tipped them really well. My possessions arrived in Hawaii punctually. Really somewhat early! A business called me and advised me what time and day which they would be bringing my possessions. That day came, and we ended up waiting about ALL day for them. It had been near 7 pm if they showed up, and pitch black out. No city lights here! I had been told I needed to cover them straight away. They won’t actually start the truck door until they have the cash. And it needs to be money or a money purchase. No credit card with this conclusion! Had difficulty scratching that much money, mainly since I only moved here, did not have a local bank accounts however, etc.,. Anyhow , they unload my things and make it in the home, and I am overlooking a box. An enormous one. Ok, they inform me that it is likely back at the warehouse and that they will assess in the morning, and deliver it into the home. “We will call you. .” Hahahahahaha! No. It is more like”we’ve got your cash, so watch ya” And that I tilted them about this end also! Looking back, I am wondering why. Naturally, I never got a call in the inspector (Tony). I needed to call his mobile phone several times and quit messages, and also call the business, until I eventually get a telephone call back. And they’re fine. Said possibly delivered to somebody else. How? We check off every box with fitting lists, so just how can big box move to some other work website when customer and Agency both possess a numbered list that they are checking away together? Or”perhaps we abandon it in the mainland”,”we shall search for this, we’ll detect it, no issue, sorry” And this was it. Nothing else. I called and called and called, left message after message, regardless of callback. All that I get is voicemail. Eventually, I begin calling the sales division, and Zack (really wonderful person) informs me that he will speak to Eden, and she’ll be phoning me. Hahahahaha. A month of telephone messages and calls, and FINALLY I have to speak to somebody (Eden). A great deal of apologies, they’re going through a few changes, they aren’t pleased with the claims section, it is the holidays, etc.. Now, naturally, I have unpacked, and that I find that many things are brokenup. It is almost like someone really stumbled upon the box using crystal and glassware! Merely shattered! To not worry, Eden informs me. They’ll solve this. Also was advised that because of this absence of communication by GPM, they’d do an in-house promise to hasten the procedure and resolve asap. Fast forward the following 3 weeks, two more individuals, and also a complete new claims business, and naturally, many many openings in communicating, and that I obtained a letter by a claims dept saying that their findings will be closing, and signal up for $99? Really? I leaned the movers 3 times this number! One Waterford glass price nearly that far! What about the missing box? Nobody ever even mentions that. I am a bit insulted. And the sad thing isthat I shall probably be going back to Cali. I had been expecting to use the business, they had all so right before it has to do with something being damaged or lost. I know that accidents do occur. It is only the way it had been managed. It was like they’d my money so who cares? This entire thing has taken nearly 6 weeks now.

The support that this moving company supplied me was wonderful! Everything sounded great from begin to finish! I strongly suggest these expert guys.What I actually liked about the movers would be the way they made me feel comfy and did not disappoint me at all. . I utilized GP Movers to move my items out of AZ to FL. The first contact, quote was great however it went down quickly when I recieved my items. After my things began coming to my new house I began discovering almost all of my furniture has been ruined, my barbecue was unusable as the base frame was ruined and things were lost. Rigo who transferred my items understood the products were lost but didnt say anything before I asked and he naturally got his money straight away. There was one thing I had reservations about sending with Gp Movers but had been reassured throughout the quote they’d package it and they understand how to transfer these items so they aren’t damaged. Not only was it not packaged especially as I paid for it was NEVER delivered together with a mattress. They’re still sitting at the warehouse in AZ and I have been advised by Sara which they’ll be delivered whenever there is”space available” on the trucks. It’s been beyond the 21 times that there contract permits for and there’s not any urgency to receive my possessions for me or some other reimbursement for not getting all of my things to me. I had been told because they got 99 percent of my items to me that they”feel” they’ve fulfilled the contract.
Additionally, my additional things which are missing aren’t even being cited by GP Tools anymore.
The communication on part of Eden and Sara hasn’t been the best. It requires at least 24 hours or even more time for someone to contact you since they dont answer the telephone, you need to leave messages. Additionally, I got the run around after being advised by their dispatch that my items would arrive involving the 10-15th and never showed up. Nobody from GP Movers even bothered to phone with an upgrade. I realize that there might be weather or perhaps mechanical flaws but any sort of advice from GP Movers would have been fine.
I used this business due to the fantastic reviews and first support BUT that is a clear buyer beware! I hope nobody else has to experience this. . Moving is stressful enough:-LRB-

This is  overview of a transfer from CA to NJ. Select up April 22nd 2014 – Delivery June 17th. The movement was reserved using Jerry Willenbring. Our initial urge of GP movers was so really great. It appeared like a bigger but quite dedicated firm. During the movement we discovered that this was far in the situation. There was lots of miscommunication and we have been connected with near 10 unique individuals and many firms as every thing had been outsourced. Especially asked when they had been a broker or if they’d particular gear. Were told that they were not a broker so having to address various businesses surprised me. Getting hold of anyone has been quite tough. They do not respond to email, I have been routed around to speak to a number of unique men and women. Among those issues was with a workout rack that we had been advised to not dis-assemble. In accordance with the loading team if desired the team delivering could be dis-assemble. Was afterwards told that they would not have the ability to dis-assemble when bringing so this turned into a enormous issue. They eventually agreed to care for the dis-assembly after providing. I originally sent in my request for shipping on May 19th – now that the email travels into HHG Logistics. I especially say and place in writing that shipping could simply be mon-fri between 9 am and 4 pm and I ask that a certificate of insurance that’s necessary to be permitted to create deliveries in which I reside. I do not hear anything for quite a while but ultimately Friday the 13th I get a phone that they will be here Sunday at 8 am! I still don’t possess the certification of insurance and also as stated delivery can’t be throughout the weekend. Eventually Monday about 3 pm I receive the insurance policy record in order per directions from Jerry Willenbring I predict the driver to organize if he’ll deliver. The driver now tells me that he has lost the load and will be on his way back to CA! What!!! I phone GP movers and request to talk to a supervisor, get a grasp on Anat Lehrman who enjoy all of the other I’ve talked to guarantees to look after things. Anat was be quite committed and didn’t follow up on agreed occasions, but now I’d just had enough of GP movers. Late Monday afternoon we eventually get confirmation that shipping will be Tuesday only around 9 am. The driver will phone me 15 minutes before arrival. Tuesday 17th. 9 am – have not heard anything so attempt to phone the firm (Prime Van Lines) Can not get the ideal person on the telephone until 9.45 am – that informs me sorry but the driver was late this afternoon, but today he’s on his own way and will probably be here around 10.30. 10.23 – known as for upgrade from motorist. Ooohhh sorry traffic to the turnpike – we will be there over the next 30 minutes. He is is neighborhood trucker – that he must know the way the traffic flows! 10.57 – motorist doesn’t pickup phone anymore! 11.05 – driver however doesn’t answer telephone! 11.15 – got hold of shipment – was advised he’ll be here in 10 minutes 11.18 – motorist finally calls back saying he is 10-15 minutes off 11.35 – truck eventually arrives 7.45 – after they’re eventually done unloading a few hours ago deadline of 4 pm that the movement was reserved for example unpacking and assembly of furniture although the team had certainly no gear and it had been so late that we shipped them away and looked after the assembly ourselves. We had a couple of damages that GP consented to repay as a reimbursement for the experience. This is the very first time we reserved a full-service movement anticipating this for a worry and stress free movement, but that was to be the most stressful movement we’ve ever needed. I won’t utilize GP exemptions and cannot recommend them.

Its August 11th and I’ve yet to here from them… Its simply eccentric. .

I jumped with GPM in Los Angeles to New York town and it had been eventful to say the very least.  The experience began of quite favorable, wonderful responsiveness in the representative who did my quote. He had been friendly and productive. I had been relieved because it’s more stressful then shifting, I was convinced everything will be OK. On Friday afternoon, the movers who came were Wonderful, fantastic communicators and even amusing. They set me at ease that my belongings will be well cared off.Then everything went down quickly…
There was a discrepancy involving the dispatch centre and also the revenue division, in which I had been given the incorrect advice with respect to my shipping and I had been told an additional $300 could be billed as I was going to the town of manhattan so not readily accessible… I contested the charge, since its name says’Guaranteed Cost exemptions’. . This was not laid out as such from the people I was talking to before dispatch calling me.You can not surprise me with a $300 extra charge. Long story short they finally confessed for their own error in communication and that there has been a definite difference in understanding between the dispatch facility as well as their sales division. The fee had been waived.
Finding a straight answer to get a shipping date was also challenging and consequently really hard for me to handle as I had to have a day away from work. When the the guys came to send I let out a sigh of relief… The men were friendly and useful. My sofa was to big to enter my elevator up or down the staircase and the men tried repeatedly to catch this up for me, which I very much valued. They tried all they could but finally had to quit. My sofa was only to extended. .
Then as we were wrapping up and now I’m having a fantastic look at my things I see I’m missing a bag. The men verified the stock list and verified that a bag was lost. My hart fell… off course it had been the bag with my many valuable clothes that has been lacking… I left, and phoned me a couple of hours after to notify that they discovered that the bag. It had been labelled to venture out with a different delivery.Mistakes can occur, we’re all human after all. However thinking about the collection of events in this stage I was not really pleased with the total experience.
I’d have anticipated a follow-up contact using an apology from control, but that never occurred… While unpacking I viewed among my lampshades had been ruined. Many delicate things were significantly damaged (a dresser was so damaged it needed to be stored upside down before my handyman Managed to Repair it).   A well-packed mirror has been ruined.   1 box has been missing.   After I contacted them concerning the harm box, they got right back to me; but the results were nothing for over two weeks.     My greatest frustration has been the lack of reaction and customer service.
