I have never written a bad review prior to and sorry to carry away the five star rating, however my encounter using Gordon had been a nightmare. Not only was I delayed for fourteen days, but once finally came, I had been delayed the next 2 and a half times. Upon unpacking, I found I had been missing my casual clothes and shoes. I immediately surmised Marc and couldn’t believe I got no reply. Then I emailed him a letter and again no reply. No apology, no”I shall try to speak to our delivery until you and see whether they get your boxes”. Ignored entirely. I’d have recognized that and up it to”Oh Well”. I was frustrated when seeking to get him about my shipping, he disregarded my text and telephone call. His biography was full, so I couldn’t leave an opinion. Oh, I’d hear from him the next morning, however in the time I had been stressed and angry. It is tough to think that a firm with such a standing and recommendations might be so lax in communicating. I used ton’t nag or pester him with calls or texts. At the conclusion of a day as soon as your told you’ll be delivered sometime that day, or there’s a issue, a text or call might have been fine.
