Good Choice Movers

On 2/15/17 I hired Great Choice Movers to ease a movement for us to occur on 4/30/17. I spoke with them a listing of things to be transferred in addition to particulars of this house the things will be coming from and also the house that the things will be moving to. We agreed on a price of $110/hour and the guarantee that the transfer wouldn’t be a issue. Both movers which were sent appeared polite initially and loaded the truck up. In the house we moved from, they caused quite serious damage to the stairway rail in addition to a couple of those walls. As soon as they came to the new residence, they started drastically slowing down and it was obvious that they didn’t want to continue using the movement. Then they started the explanations,”we can not move this since it’s too heavy”,”we can not move this since it won’t match”,”this is going to be an additional fee to maneuver”, etc. etc. etc.. We ended up spending quite a huge sum in additional fees since they would not move things with no. They caused severe damage to a number of portions of our walls, furniture, and brand new hardwood flooring at the new property. Additionally they flat out refused to transfer just two pieces of furniture since they”would not match” (aka they did not feel like it). To add insult to injury, they then required that individuals register up their paperwork and pay with a credit card just in order that they could depart. They simply approved credit card or money (that we didn’t know ahead so we didn’t have money ) plus they charged a charge over $30 to cover credit card. Additionally they overcharged us by $60.00 because they didn’t account for the entire $110.00 deposit we set down. After transferring the furniture that the movers denied to ourselves and photographing each of the damages left behind by the movers, we contacted the owner who said that he would do nothing for us and great fortune taking him to court. I’ve not ever dealt with such a dreadful company in my entire life!
