Worst ever, plenty of hidden fees, lost contact with truck in course for 3 times, ruined every bit of furniture except 1, missing half an infant mattress, mattress, two boxes, along with a desk…. Delivered somebody else’s mind, professionally packaged TV ($75) came damaged…. Never got a settlement as after not getting it (lost in email or so they say) 90 days I wrote a criticism warning others of the horrible service!
DO NOT USE!!!!!

This moving business is awful. Initially you call and what’s beautiful and egar to assist. The quote was way below what I really paid. When the movers appear, do NOT sign anything until you read EVERY word! They packaged my vacuum at a a box for $60 and also wrapped my matress in a box for an additional $100. Not to mention different things which were already packaged that the movers chose to package again and bill me. $110 bucks for srink wrap and nobody can show me where it had been utilized. As soon as I attempted to ask about these additional charges and also my dissatisfaction, I spent more than 3 hours on the telephone. Someone called Lee finall consented to dismiss me 580 for every one of the things I had been overcharged for. Afterwards the proprietor, Danny (who’ll deny being the proprietor or even the supervisor ) eliminated all of the reductions I were awarded since he believed I wasn’t a wonderful person. Therefore, when all was said and done I invested $900 over that which I had been quoted. Several matters were broken (do not bother phoning about that either. Gold Star will inform you to submit a claim with somebody else). Both of my bicycles are trashed. SERIOUSLY, choose the tile to see different reviews and take a look at the BBB site. Gold Star has horraible testimonials. I wish I’d have done the research prior to hiring them.
