Their insurance coverage isn’t good as they harm our goods and we must acquire estimation etc and they’ll deprecate the value too. Their pickup team was great at Mumbai but delivery staff is harmful. Surprisingly I had been following up using Glovve group for settlement out of 3rd December and eventually they answered me on 6th December for process of insurance. I’m attaching the damages for reference.

I’d finalized together by sending photographs and list of things, they’d fnalised the quote, I was expecting them to return on Saturday afternoon, and they didn’t come, and at mdnight of Saturday they phoned and stated quote given isn’t enough and it’ll cost twice, and then they cancelled their support,

Plus they gave me shock shock on changing day.

Morning these men calls me and me bullish motives and stating your shifting can’t be accomplished.   We’ll reschedule it for monday.

Dont know if these fools understand We needed to earn lot of structures for changing.

As I cannot make my motion postpone. On pressing basis I needed to reserve another packer group and compensated them 3000 Extra  for my own motion.

Suggestion to clients. Dont reserve with these men they assert to get non cose but leaves you mislead and you’ll wind up by much more paying.

Had paid on the internet through to transfer my home altering on 29th May 2019 via Glovve and believing that they are pros However from the coverage period onwards they’ve delayed. Rather than arriving at 10am they arrived on 12.30pm. In accordance with the communication they assume to pay all electronics products but nothing is completed. They had been contending with me and ruined my interior unit and outside pipeline… they assume to repair my AC back in my new home and didn’t turned up. . They’ve billed for the AC dismandling and repairing and half job not completed or cash not reimbursed. My brand new dine in desk got ruined. 1 thing I known Glovve isn’t professional business and only local and worst ever service supplied. They behave as specialist and provides several email communications and also the ground truth is not any… who ever read that I suggest to not make an error in your changing with this uncultured group named Glovve.

I’d reserved my thing on glovve.com about 12th June 2019, it had been advised that it will be delivered on 24th June 2019 highest date but the consignment touched us on 2nd july 2019 .Although the shipping was postponed the 32 inches skyworth directed television of 15000 that was guaranteed was crushed entirely and the group didn’t send us the insurance policy certificate prior date. Now after repeatedly mailing and calling they are not responding to my calls and emails.

I feel tricked after picking glovve because with my movers and packers.
They don’t give appropriate services to their clients.
All of their services are pitiful.

Please don’t select them for moving.

Unprofessional employees, no manipulation, not able to manage the things, no significance of transport. Frustrating experience.

Packing & moving agency reserved according to MovePlan- INL[protected] for just 1 Sep 2019, to begin at 9AM. No reply from anyody in Glovve till 10 AM, regardless of over 50 calls for his or her executives and manager. Struggling to get on the movement director at 10:15 AM, that dedicated beginning of operations from 11 AM. In the end, a whole lot of 5 unruly, entirely unorganized and unworthy guys came home about 1 PM, with only a few of carton boxes along with gunny bags. Don’t got the refund of my progress amount however.

In regards to Job No.: IND1219-05003, I’d love to mention that this was be a nightmarish experience. It could not be worse without any communication, no upgrades from anybody and after viewing the shipping of my things, I ended up regretting why I picked Glovve at the first location!

As mentioned, attached below are the things which were obtained broken/spoiled. They aren’t usable to me anymore. Here are my points of concern.

Taking a look at the things, an individual can easily realize that the products were poorly packed despite being guaranteed for 3-layer packaging for inter-city transfer. Appears like consumer would be the least of your concern! I wound up throwing all of kitchen things that spilled over.

For each broken thing, the answer I received from the labors was -“hume aise hi mila hai”. I used ton’t give my things to you – broken and loathed, did I? If you aren’t keen to spend the obligation of your client products, then do cite it upfront and that I will guarantee not even a single client would be prepared to relocate with you personally.

You will need all of your payment upfront, both while reserving and delivery. My things were stored in ransom for unloading requesting for payment until it occurs but not just one word for those damages. Ofcourse, that is all you care about. Just think about a client, who sees with his things broken like that but is requested to cover all quantity upfront! shameful.

I eventually realized that I committed a major mistake by selecting Glovve. Don’t do it again! The answer from the earnings executive and relocation supervisor has been bad to say the very least, without any upgrades, standing or timelines being shared.

They deliver in bits, right? My Rs. 18, 500 Dining table isn’t just broken but includes creaked/loosened from all joints deeming it entirely unusable!

Rs. 2750 revolving chair is divided out of left side, deeming it un-repairable, unusable!

The packed things completely shattered over because I ended up throwing it all. The bag was spoiled completely!

My scooty’s front mud guard is twisted, but at least I could get it mended by paying Rs.1000.

I’ve done motion from Bhopal to Pune. Done reserving for 17 ft truck Glovve supplied 14 ft truck and packaging materials can also be not supplying done packing with information papers available at my property. Very very less bubble wrap bring to wrap glass or crockery thing’s.

I’d reserved their support to transfer my belongings out of Mumbai to Delhi in October, obtained it very overdue, the transporters refused to send it to my home at 3rd floor even though it was said in the bill, and when eventually they delivered, they lost my carton!
I’ve been calling them every day, speaking for their transporters and supervisors but nobody appears to take any obligation. They keep telling me that it’s hard to put in so much effort for 1 carton.
It’s been a month today and I frankly do not see any progress in their side. They’ve stopped picking up my requirements. I even asked to split the transporter’s speech so that I can personally go and assess their warehouse. Still no reaction from their own side.
I’d strongly advise people to fight against such looters and never ever use Glovve for transferring your stuff.
P.s: if anyone can assist me with any guidance or suggestions to the way to find my things or take action against them, I’ll be really grateful!

I was assured following things that never occurred:

1. Details of truck hauling my products to be shared

2. Upgrades on loading and shipment of truck

3. Upgrades on arrival at destination and also specifics about local transport

4. Unloading and unpacking (just 1 drive came, I needed to arrange for labor myself)

Following are the factors that make Glovve pitiful –

1. No sense of duty by the so called Move Supervisor

2. Disconnect between spouse and Glovve

3. No upgrades and clarity in communicating in any way. They’ll tell you we will check and call back in two mins, they never do. It is going to always be the client who calls them.

4. Payment needs to be performed beforehand, so They Can provide such pitiful service with No fear

Since packaging and unloading wasn’t performed by Glovve’s spouse because there were not any labours, I needed to pay additional to neighborhood labours. I’ve already sent an email to get all this ceremony that was never supplied to me. I’m sure Glovve won’t be reacting. Yet more, save your self from distress and proceed with another regional seller, avert Glovve in any way costs.

I’d availed their solutions for house moving, once I got the boxes in the destination place, I discovered the the cassette from one of those boxes had been ripped off and the ship had been left with transparent tape. I changed out of Pune into Akola.Managar and others are going to call you each hour untill you dont cover online..but once un cover, they will dismiss your requirements. You’ll never come to be aware of the status of dispatch until last moment.It was postponed by 24 hours.
Extremly worst transport service since 8 to ten things are broken. It’s most likely due to local spouse of glovve in Akola. In quote money was for packaging, packaging, at which as they haven’t done unpacking in any way. They assisted me just for heavy items. Whereas 35 other packets that they just abandoned in parking and went.when I want to clame for breakage, I again experienced very poor experience from excursion manager.He simply dismisses your telephone and will nither select this up or nor reply back.
I won’t ever suggest Golvve packers to anyone.
