She cut off me and moved me into my sales man. He explained he could not do anything regarding her mindset!!!!
I composed an email to the proprietor, again there wasn’t any apology for his worker’s rudeness. I advised him that I needed an apology out of her. None came.  
It’s intriguing, I was initially impressed, since the owner is Greek, so I LOVE Greek individuals, plus they have a superb customer service history. Greek individuals are incredibly considerate, charming to manage, possess outstanding customer skills. The secretary is not Greek. Maybe That’s why she did not follow the considerate methods of her superiors.
