In the time of writing this review, was seven days because they had been supposed to phone me back and that I cant imagine what they can do in order to produce this review much better as the dining area table that they ruined cost over the total cost of this move.I would suggest them in a heart beat if the movers they delivered to get my sisters go were even remotely like those who managed my movement. But following this..STAY AWAY!

The most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. The team of two showed up one hour and half late because of a broken down truck, and that place the bar for the remainder of the day. 2 movers were shipped to transfer our possessions – at a 2.5 hour period frame all that was transferred were 3 dressers, two night stands and a bed. There were smoke fractures being taken (about the truck using all our furniture) than work being done. Cigarette butts were abandoned throughout our driveway in fact. When we requested the movers the things were taking as long that they had been really combative and pleased with us – us the PAYING client. After many calls to the office and talking with all the owner – we made a decision to request them to simply stop and we’d need to transfer things ourselves since we were being charged by the hour.
The proprietor didn’t enjoy this and threatened not to provide us our possessions back which were already on the truck!! We were billed $450 and the few things they’d transferred were abandoned in our drive. Never in my life have I seen these lousy business practices. I was really horrified and felt exceptionally”shot”.
I’d really used Glass City before and had favorable experiences – however they’ve dropped my business forever and that of everybody I know. I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy because obviously their slogan is accepting people for whatever they could and not even doing the job they have been hired to perform. Beyond disgusted and frustrated.

They immediately tried to innovate the purchase price from what has been quoted. No shipping date has been supplied, despite multiple telephone calls. This firm refused to supply an estimated delivery date for over a couple of weeks. When they eventually did this, they desired twice the quoted cost to deliver my possessions. Their estimated delivery date is greater than a month out of the pickup date for a transfer of over 600 miles.
