Mo (the Foreman) and his team dropped his Arhaus dresser down the staircase. Before beginning the job, I especially told Mo that the Master Bedroom collection was the main things we had and also to be extra cautious. The moment it had been unwrapped in the new location, there was quite clear and observable damage both on the structural and exterior. Mo promised me that this was 100 percent there error and that they would look after it – not to worry. I shot him at his word and also gave him a great tip ($200) for all their job supposing that they had been people of the sentence. Whenever they left, they stopped caring.
It required a dozen mails using Alexander Yakimovich and 6 months for them to come pick up the dresser saying they’d repair it.
It took another 6 months and a second dozen mails to allow them to return it and they just fixed among those 3 major external problems (and badly ). The moment they delivered it I pointed out it that they hands’t mended it and there response was”that was not us – sorry”. As soon as I achieved to Alexander Yakimovich again, he stated he did not bother to confirm the job and that he could send the correct man to our residence. Seeing exactly what a second rate job they’d previously done, I asked them to substitute the dresser that they fell down the staircase and he denied.
Having moved around a dozen occasions in the previous decade to work, I have never noticed a moving firm show such disregard for their errors. All movers make errors – but they have it and make you complete. These men do not! Stay away.
