Nobody answered my email, 1 man said that somebody could phone me back, and a single man called me back to inform me that somebody who may address my dilemma could call me back if they were less busy. No matter nobody called me back. Frankly, I won’t ever use this provider again or recommend it to anybody.

I would like to mention that originally Mariah was very useful, and she did her best to make me feel comfortable with using their services. But, I ran across a lot of disagreements, and I couldn’t get comfy making the dedication. To begin with, I researched their DOT number. Mariah explained that they’ve a lot of trucks, also do interstate deliveries all of the time, however the DOT just had one truck registered to the corporation. Further more, once I cancelled our arrangement, I had been told I would get me deposit back, which hasn’t occurred. It’s 3 months after today. They made a whole mess of 50 percent of my own stuff. Glass was packaged with glass, in 1 instance there was an entire box of simply glass from glass, plethora bits everywhere. Fragile things that were with me for 20+ years and which they were assumed to have packaged, were not packaged correctly, and came shattered to tiny pieces. They packaged heavy things on top of delicate ones (such as my tool box in addition to glassware!) . All of my bits of furniture have been broken or damaged in 1 way or the other, some small, some important, but nothing came unscathed except for approximately 5 things in an whole flat move. Bookshelves never came and they never followed it up. My books came without hurt, who does not find out how to pack novels?? They were late coming, but the oddest part was that the constant lying around where they had been at the play, not apparent, constantly providing me the most run-around. After my things came, and I attempted to get them, I never, ever received a response back. Terrible terrible moving firm!!! This company was able to have an already stressful diplomatic moving encounter and make it so much worse than this needed to be.  They’re horrible communicators, never predict when they say they’ll, appear many many hours late, and then lie directly to the clients’ face when faced about it.  I picked them based on the reviews on such websites, and frankly I can not feel that these reviews were written by actual clients! The drivers were considerate, but nobody was in control, and if we asked that we could speak to, we had been advised that nobody was at the workplace for the entire day! They kept us hostage for their unethical business practices (such as requiring me to cover the whole sum in money and just telling me this when they came for pickup, motorist introducing me with a contract which was not filled in and requesting me to sign blank forms, etc.. ) because discovering a different business in the last minute could not be possible.  We were still stuck.  Don’t choose this business, you will repent it and will not have any re-course when you’ve paid off your non refundable deposit.

Do not ever employ these guys to your moving unless you wish to discard your possessions. The inspector man broke virtually all of my things without even giving explanations. He even recommended me to throw them off. See attached images.

Past dissappointment-this company Won’t take some responsibility-Hope, our signature, place it to me stating I informed me it was a reduced burden once I specifically told her it was a big 5 bedroom home and had no thought on the burden.   She explained that she’d send a huge truck which could hold 18K lbs and could send right to the destination without even having our items transferred out of smaller trucks. No more estimater was ever sent.   When the guys arrived there were just two and a little 26 feet truck.   The Major man phoned in for another truck and much more individuals as they were able to package and load at the Exact Same day although both my spouse and myself phoned them on two seperate occassions feared that it would not be possible.   Hope advised me to not worry and that it could get done.   I packed Just a small Number of items as they told me what was contained in the Purchase Price.   After the truck did not arrive at 8 I began calling and also left a message with shipment.   I emailed Hope because she informed me she would not be at work but could check email in the home.   I compose at least four emails requesting her to phone.   When more men came that they told my husband that they would not touch something till we paid more cash at which time my husband drove them out.   Finally Hope called stating that it had been my fault for not demonstrating just how big the Number of items to be transferred were and one of those men told me that they ought to have sent out an estimator!   Learned a lesson in this.   We needed to find another firm because we were closing on a home in Florida.   We informed them we had been on a Really tight time line and repeatedly were given assurances that it’d be fine.   Fortunately my husband set it all on a fee and had the exact Total retracted in the moving business or we’d have been outside the downpayment.   They also desired a 4 percent bump for having a credit card That They waived on us.   Except they never did whatever that they stated They’d do-including be there punctually.   Hope told me they’d be there between 8-10 however they did not appear till 1230 with a single truck.   Do not waste your money or time.

The delay that he was speaking to had been putting us on hold. We told them our house had two floors and if they came they needed an extra $100 to choose 2 parts of furniture up those measures. They explained anything over 7 measures was an excess charge. I am aware of no dwelling with another floor with just 7 steps. My husband advised them to depart the furniture and he’d transfer it himself. The furniture has been ruined , a door had been loose in a dresser and a desk was lost a wheel, which they afterwards discovered at the vehicle. The head mover left and sat in the vehicle in the conclusion. Overall it was a dreadful experience and any inspection which says differently needs to be manufactured. I Had anyone who sees these burglars to acquire a complete breakdown of every possible charge. We hired this moving business (Liberty Moving Group) to transfer our furniture from Fresno, California to Hanover, Maryland. They sub-contracted the professional services to another firm named Giant X-Press without advising us who revealed (on 07/07/2013) using a Penske truck promising delivery at time and clinging to us that they’ll move the furniture into Los Angeles and then move to their bigger (Tractor-trailer) to transfer to Hanover, Maryland. In the time of pickup the moving firm billed us 716$ for packaging stuff without first informing us just how much packing stuff they’re likely to use or how much it will cost in the time of arrival.

They asked to get a delivery date and we advised them that because we were coming on 07/19/2013, to please deliver on such a date. Upon coming in Hanover to our shock we discovered that they didn’t even move our furniture from California. I rang funding and they stated that they had a 24-foot truck that held 1380 cubic feet (and it was not even almost full). They billed us for 2000 cubic feet that was hopeless. On the afternoon he said he’d subtract the’long haul’ charge ($175) and take it a flat rate $7500. They’ll be extra fine to bring an unrefundable deposit in you and then it will become another story. I had a horrible experience with this organization and won’t urge anybody to conduct business together. I was going to Chicago from richmond and got a phone out of them with a offer. If you’re moving or know somebody who is – DO NOT utilize Giant Xpress Moving and Storage from Fredericksburg, VA.. This firm quoted us a quote and, after loading everything, decreasing the cost.
