– [ ] Let me start off by stating I gave this business 2 times to ensure it is appropriate and every time it was a dreadful thought. They fool you together with the first customer services. They appear to be quite professional using follow-ups via email and bills. But that is it!! My movement was scheduled that the 18th January I had been given a time window of 9-11 and was on a strict time line. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! 1st I had been told that they were having problems with the truck @ 10am talked to the”proprietor” he’s RUDE! Told me it is not his fault and gear issues are ordinary and took no responsibility for anything. 10:30 he advised me that they obtained yet another truck and was about how 11am the motorists called said they had been about the way 11:20 still no display and that I had to reschedule to another day!! Next day come along with these elderly disrespectful gentlemen showed up with perspectives. Talking bad about the operator and the way he does not have gear for them and they needed to make they own etc. and supplies. They used profanity and were contending with one another and total took forever! Eventually got the movement done The move itself was ok that the owner showed up apologized and assured me that this was outside of the standard and provided me $100 off my second movement. Glad it was over I paid my invoice and keep on with my day.

As the previous step was to transfer my mattress and TVs into storage I figured I would give them a second attempt to make use of my $100 reduction!!! BIG MISTAKE TOTALLY MY FAULT. The men showed up and while favorable compared to the others they’d no moving encounter. When I assessed the contract my reduction was not implemented! Called the proprietor he out me, called me all kinds of names and came up with ever excuse to not honor the reduction that he supplied. Explaining his fiscal predicament and telling me he’s children to feed. However, you provided me a discount so nothing I am requesting is eccentric. He refuse to permit the movers to unload my items till I paid full price. After not needing to experience the hassle that I paid the complete cost. He showed up in the until quite threatening and intimidating and mean! When it all he text me impolite insulting comments. See attached!! BAD COMPANY BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! HE IS RUDE, TREATS HIS EMPLOYEES TERRIBLE AND IS DISHONEST!!!
