I Would Not Recommend GeoVanlines for Transportation of your house goods.

I had a worst experience using Geovanlines. They unloaded my baggages following 3 months, in that 3 major baggage’s and one infant playing toy were overlooking. The Driver, one that delivered our luggages compelled us signal as though all things delivered correctly before we check on stock list. After two days he texted he found out lost things from his truck but it’s been around 1.5 months still he has not sent us through UPS or Fedex however he said he will send him. Literally he’s stolen our more precious products. Enquiring the company concerning the lost bag’s & Driver that they keep telling me as checking with the motorist and in store. They did not even provide our Claim for missing things that are more worthy and can not be substituted. No client services. They’ll say that they will call back in 10-15 mins but they never do. . It has been over 1.5 months I am working behind them and calling to obtain an upgrade in my lost luggage’s but no reply to my calls and emails.

Please do not feel this Movers. It clearly shows that they’ve taken my most valuable & worthy things such as Wedding Silk Sarees, all of my kitchen Utensils, two months groceries.

My expertise with Geo Van Lines was disagreeable and nightmarish. I picked this business since it was cheap in comparison to other moving businesses. Since I am one mom/widow, I believed it turned out to be a great choice for my funding. As my new home wasn’t prepared, I chose to abandon my things for this business for only a month. I called beforehand to allow them to know about more things added to this record, however they explained it was fine since the employees work hourly. Everything was nice, however, the price was more because I chose to add more items to the record, despite the fact that I called beforehand for the cost and also to be certain they had sufficient storage to my things. I used ton’t change businesses since it had been time for me to begin in my new job, and that I did not have some other options but to remain together. But when they attracted my things, they forgot a few items for which I’m still awaiting.
In addition, a number of my things were broken even after I informed them to be more mindful and tagged the boxes. It’s been two months, and that I have not obtained my lost things. If they had been in 1 storage, then how are they lost? I wouldn’t ever use this moving business again or recommend it to relatives members and friends. I am sharing because I really don’t want anyone else to visit this dreadful experience.

Where to Start. . .broken mattress, scraped piano up (only from loading) two weeks afterwards and we STILL have not obtained our possessions. Do not wait to find out what is in store for us if they do arrive. (IF they arrive, 1 woman claimed to have lost all of her possessions because of a FIRE) I continue calling the customer support and I am told the exact same thing,”we’ve got a 21 business day window to send .” Obviously they do not inform you that when you are booking, they state”give or take 2-3 days from the date”. Wish I had paid the excess money and proceed with a more reputable company.
