They changed the cost once they got into my home although I gave them precise measurements of what being sent. Appears to be a subject together. I moved from Los Angeles into SW Michigan. They lost two of my biggest boxes which comprised all of my matches and my Army dress uniform they then claimed it was not their fault and has to have got lost in transit. They’re scam artists and will lie to you each step along the way. There are far better choices out there. Please use somebody else for your own good.

1. Upon pickup they billed $3,624.16 greater than agreed upon!!!!!
2. They took 20 days to send our things (I am 8 weeks pregnant – 19 nights within an air mattress wasn’t enjoyable!)
3. They could not tell me where our stuff was to get a week – we assumed that it had been stolen or lost because Nobody could supply us with a response differently
4. They dropped 19 bags along with also the hardware to reconstruct our mattress
5. I requested multiple times when our possessions would be blended in with other people and they assured me it never would. Upon shipping they appear using a semi truck full of the materials along with someone else’s things
6. The movers affirmed these jolt cost changes and other difficulties happen All of the time
7. When I requested to talk to a supervisor I had been told”We do not have supervisors.”
8. I had been told my pickup date are the 30th and they did not inform me before that day They Wouldn’t Have the Ability to make it daily, They’d be arriving the 31st
9. I can not even count How Often I called and waited on hold for 20+ minutes Merely to have”disconnected”

They ended up charging me an extra $3,624.16 upon pickup. At this time there was not anything that I can do but to move with the movement as it was our very last day to move from the location. It had been he who had been dishonest and living up to the sleazy salesman stereotype, conning me to going with this firm.

To put in to this strain, after pickup the mover said he had been carrying my things to some warehouse. I predicted each and every day, several times per day, to ensure it came in the warehouse. Nobody was ever able to affirm which it did until 6 weeks later. I spent almost a week believing my things were either lost or stolen. Thumbs down negative celebrities all of that! Don’t use this company if you VALUE some of your things / furniture today where to start. When they transferred our stuff from their very first apartment the mover gathered our huge leather chair out the door and struck the wall in doing this rather than lifting it. It is a nightmare to monitor the whereabouts! Our stuff sat at the first state we proceeded from for three months when they picked it up from the flat prior to the loaded it onto a truck to drive into the destination. Calling to inquire about a standing is a nightmare that you may get to the president quickly and simpler. A good deal of I really don’t understands and they simply give you amounts to attempt to phone, but nobody replies. When we eventually reach a few for the motorist he did not even know his own name or the place as to where he had been going to select the things he asked us what condition and also for the speech. When they came they came at 6:30 in the morning on Sunday no warning what so ever. The motorist parked down the road we advised him of a simpler access place and he explained he did not feel like going the truck. The movers behave like the can not read all boxes which were tagged”brittle” or”this side up” were sitting every type of manner and the boxes were damaged. The motorist saw us open one of said boxes because we checked to determine if they had been busted and said”oh you are lucky”. Then proceeded to inquire about the rent round the region and asked if we”had some more money because of him. As a consequence of his laziness with all the truck rather than needing to move it nearer threaten to bill a walking charge. So again if you’re searching for a mover YOU FOUND THE WRONG ONE!

I have been putting off writing this review since I am still so angry. I hired them at mid March to maneuver my 1 bedroom home in TX to AZ, and in the time there weren’t any negative testimonials and the customer support representative, Joe, looked nothing but professional. That shifted immediately with all the movers showing up in 7PM if they had been scheduled involving 10AM-Noon on going day! The agreed upon estimate of 2K immediately went around 3.5K since they nickeled and dimed me to get things such as tape,”packaging supplies” to wrap things like the washer and drier in cardboard, and misc things such as the bedrails which are expected to maintain the headboard and footboard. All of these are things I believe they ought to have said to me when we made the quotation, which incidentally we went through 3 distinct times just so I could stop this specific scenario. So now I have given them 1/3rd of their first quote on a charge card, yet another 1/2 of this”new” price via test. My items now head to storage for 30 days. When I tried to call them to program the drop-off, I kept getting hung up on or sent to voicemail! After I finally got a person on the telephone, they had been not able to inform me if they could send my items and said they’d call me back after they understood the program. No call backagain. This went on for 4 consecutive days. I’d call and call before I got somebody on the telephone, and they stated they’d phone me back with the program. I am beyond frustrated at this time. I then receive a call from a haphazard truck driver on a Thursday night stating that he’s my items and he’d be dropping off it the following day, Friday, at 3PM. Additionally , he only accepts money payment. CASH PAYMENT. Not only has the company never given me some note, however they also have some unknown 3rd party brokered to provide my possessions and could just take the last 1/3 of payment in money. Well I received my items eventually, paid the money begrudgingly, took images of committing the money, and crossed my fingers. Guess what happened next, I get a bill from Gathright for its outstanding amount, PLUS storage price because I have apparently been maintaining my things in their storage. I tried phoning the company again, and that I get sent directly to voicemail. That remains an open matter. Please don’t use this organization.

I forgot to mention that they also struck a few pieces of supply during first pickup (and did not inform me), also failed to send two things, a bookshelf and a floor mirror. Fortunately I had all of my boxes numbered so that I managed to monitor those efficiently.

I don’t even need to give them a single star! Unprofessional, late delivery. Drivers aren’t worth the ground that I walk on. It’ll be the cheapest quote you buy to get a moving company, but wait, they’ll attempt to make you perform a shuttle service that is going to be a hell of a lot more. They will cost you for each step they must take. With all of that said, that is not actually the worst part. My delivery was unreasonably late and has been ruined. Oh wait, there is more! Do you want your most valuable things to proceed”missing?” Let us just say that there’s $10k worth of things falling from my transfer and it’s been three months and somehow they have yet to be able to find it at the wearhouse! Therefore, if this seems like anything you’d love to undergo while shifting your whole life across state then register to get a transfer using Gathright Van & Storage!!!!

If you are reading this and you work to get these, I expect you get rid of sleep at night knowing that you work for a business which does this for their clients.

Horrid! Worst moving business ever! They ruined over 60 percent of these items. We paid to get a complete PACK plus it was dreadful. I can’t feel how this moving business packed our items. We had a deep freezer which had no security around it whatsoever and it was looking like a tin can that somebody beat the crap from. DO NOT USE THEM!

I was mainly surprised with their client support and how attentive they had been on each detail too on how they solved problems and even though they ruined my children mattress, the insurance coverage paid to get this fast. Anthony took good responsibility of our things in order that it came safe and in guaranteed time. I wouldn’t be afraid to get hold of them again.

Got to them by injury but will use again. My sister’s move to Oklahoma town went amazing, came within two weeks, cost did not change along with the packaging was ace.

Brian that the foreman was really helpful on the shipping day. He left the bits precisely where we requested him to, we enjoyed this very much because it hastens our own lives when unpacking and reassembling everything. Really wonderful support in all facets.
