FMS transferred us in June 2013. It turned out to be a neighborhood transfer out of storage units into our new house. They ruined several major ticket items and also in a couple of instances lied concerning the harm. After they promised to get some of the things replaced and repaired, it took more than 6 months until we found anything. It’s now 8 weeks following the transfer and we still do not have that our curio shelves that they broke and guaranteed to substitute. As soon as I made calls to the proprietor, he responded,”I’m dealing with clients at this time and don’t have enough time to you”. Humorous but I believed we had been clients!!! He didn’t feel like fixing his errors. Along with this brokern products and maintains….One of the representatives blew snot on our new house’s walls throughout the transfer – it was disgusting. I wouldn’t ever use or recommend that this dishonest and unethical business to anybody.
