Don’t book with them! They’re too unreliable! They can’t commit to come in time or even within a hour of this time slot! When I asked to cancel the booking due to them not being in a position to guarantee punctuality, they refused to repay that the deposit paid! They even wanted to bill me to get a moving which did not occur!
Licensed movers were quite great for us with all our moving. They were educated and worked hard throughout the daytime. We thought the cost was quite reasonable also.
I utilized Friendly Movers, that are located in London, to transfer the contents of a 1 bedroom apartment out of a storage unit in Watford into some flat in Northampton at April 2012. They were fast, capable and, yes, friendly! Nothing was damaged or broken. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, which was a great deal less costly than those mentioned by larger businesses. The chaps were about 30 minutes late but didn’t ring to warn me – that’s London visitors for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I can not recommend more highly this business, Friendly Movers. Although we had been moving quite locally – just 6 kilometers off – we had a whole 24 foot truck with some quite heavy items that needed to move up to the next floor. This has been really tough. It was also a hot and humid day. Our team were three very friendly, and considerate young guys, who worked faithfully and even requested permission to carry (1) 15-minute break. Amazing. They’d also ask permission to modify their own sweat-soaked tee-shirts.
When I first saw these 3 men, none of whom had been muscle-bound, I Truly wondered if They’d Have the Ability to hoist a few of those big closets, sleeper couch, etc.. They did it, with much effort, but not a single criticism. Actually, they have been joking around with us much of this time. Our price was below $400 for 5 hours, and that I steered them each a good sum; they deserved it.
I certainly suggest Friendly Movers. Give Adam a telephone.
