DO NOT EVER USE - SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!

Fox Transferring in Chattanooga was an area firm for all of us in TN so that we instantly thought concerning them. We just wanted to invest our dollars everywhere. We had been going to FL and had to find the quotation along with the dates firmed up. I’d send mails and receive no reply. Finally, 1 day I phoned and Chad replied the telephone. He cried and promised to convince me that the quotation on Sunday, that was just two days later than initially promised. Ultimately, Monday night, I get a phone from Austin Manley at Nashville inquiring how my movement has been progressing. It’s NOT because I can not get the quotation. At length, late Monday night after I sent mails into Chad Holmes along with the owners I receive the quotation. However, no one besides Austin Manley took the opportunity to even type back”I’m sorry allow me to determine everything I can do to help”. My spouse and I picked a different inspector as if we can not receive any assistance in the start what exactly makes you believe you’ll have the ability to have any help later down the road. For this very day, none of these owners has bothered to react. Personally, I hope they go out of business since they treat their clients very badly. So far as I’m concerned I do know people are busy but that is what they create IPOD’s, Iphones, and that is the reason why we got e mail – USE THEM! THis company is the more challenging moving business out of All of the ones I’ve dealt with – PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME MONEY AND FRUSTRATION AND JUST Steer Clear of THEM. !

    Excellent movers!!!!

Had a terrific movement with Fox movers.  They were very professional and quick.  They loaded and unloaded our house in 4 hours every day!  It had been amazing and I am glad I chose them for the long distance movement!  After reading reviews I was really unsure about exactly what to do but after we fulfilled our shifting team we knew we’d made the ideal choice!  Kathi

Do not use! They lie & damage your stuff

Don’t use this business in any respect! They dropped my brand new fridge and gashed the interior of it (shelves dropped out and sinking to the insulating material throughout the vinyl ), they ruined over 9 things, shattered my timber floor of their new home, scraped the wooden banister and staircase. I had been advised by the movers as soon as they chose to their supervisor that the fridge could be substituted make it obviously their fault–to simply call Brittany on Monday. They allow you to sign a contract which has a statement on it to get $.60/pounds. I particularly asked about this announcement before anything being transferred cause that number will certainly NOT pay my heavier things such as the fridge, washer/dryer, etc.. I had been informed from the sheriff, Randy, that the $.60/pound only applies to the boxes I packed myself, NOT appliances or heavy gear. As soon as I phoned Brittany, she stated to record all of it at a letter, and she’d look after it. Another week after, she’d more instruction to fill out–putting the burden of each thing ruined. You just can not understand the burden of all of your furniture and also the burden of a busted wood flooring can’t be accounted for either.  A couple of weeks after they delivered a letter to signal stating you accept that the 750. I paid $867 for your transfer along with $3100 for your fridge and they believe $750 gets the problem of all damages right? This organization is abominable. They’re misleading to say the very least. They’re the worst company I’ve dealt with for almost any item or service at a lengthy moment. They’ve zero issue misrepresenting themselves (lying) to find company. All I will say is, do not use them–even when they really do seem like the least price. It is not worthwhile to get your possessions damaged along with the frustration and power to attempt to get it solved. They’ll do nothing that will assist you. As a matter of fact, the one thing that they do is create more annoyance after the harm is done. For sanity’s sake, invest the money and employ a different inspector –NOT FOX MOVING!

    Fox Movers

I had a terrific time with this corporation. They called me the week before I proceeded to affirm and discuss details. Afterward, the day prior to the movement that the inspector himself known to discuss specifics. They were even a couple of minutes early! This was a certain bonus because moving providers are famous for being late. I thought that the men were super helpful and did a fantastic job!

    DO NOT USE

Don’t use this moving business. Was scheduled to proceed on Sat between 3-5, got a call at 6:30 stating they couldn’t make it. Re-scheduled for Sunday, took them 8 hrs to maneuver a two bedroom flat that price ~$800. Just got a 5 percent reduction for not displaying on Sat. Talked with Health who’s over Chattanooga without the assistance from him.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!   They’re a nightmare to deal with from Begin to finish!   They were the cheapest so I gave them a go.  Whenever the moving team showed up to load the truck that they had been unprofessional from the beginning. The loading of the truck was herrendous plus they really broke or scraped everything they transferred.   Should you use this business prepare to replace what you allow them go.   When I contacted them to get them mend, fix, or replace things they hed ruined I got little reaction and they needed me to pay for $500.   Again please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    FRAUDULENT, DECEPTIVE, DISHONEST

Don’t use this Business!   Assess the BBB first, we didn’t and it cost us. Along with damaging your house and your products, they won’t honor their agreement, so they’ll charge you extra fees prior to unloading every one of your products, and should you refuse to cover – they will only threaten to continue to keep your premises.

    Worst experience ever!

In 2010 I’d transferred from Nashville, TN to Chattanooga, TN, also wanted a moving company to move and save my possessions, as I hadn’t yet found a place to reside, besides having a buddy.   Long story short, four decades later is if I managed to get back on my toes to Have the Ability to Receive my belongings from storage.   I had been confident Fox Moving and Storage supplied climate controlled storage and could never have to Be Worried about any harms.   This is such a LIE!   I had been paying $130.00 per month for my own possessions to maintain a wooden cage (which was falling apart) at a large metal construction that had zero heating or air, and had been advised” at the summer that we operate lovers, however the cold of this winter does not damage things”.   Therefore, for four Decades and a Complete amount of almost $6,000.00, my items have been freezing and perspiration.   Also, however, they dropped a few of my furnishings since at one point they’d moved from 1 building to the next, also needed to uncrate Everybody’s items, go it, Then recrate it.   Thus, Once I Received my items from storage and found lost things, I moved back to their own centre and had been told that there was no way my own matters could’ve Got mixed in with somebody else.   LIE!!!   How could you then explain how I discovered things in my things that didn’t belong to me?   They dropped that the wooden side rails on my very expensive mattress, dropped, more inclined shattered, the glass leading for my coffee table (it was a Really big piece of glass), ruined the clown out of my furniture, then dropped the canister of my vacuum cleaner, and broke several of my cosmetic things and I was shattered.   And still am!   They informed me that they would replace the lost things and mend my furniture, because they were all trained in timber fix, which has been a joke, also!   The side railings they substituted – roughly a foot too long for the queen size mattress and They’re the wrong colour and do not fit nicely in the slots so that my mattress can also be about a foot too large – that I actually have to leap in my bed, and also to fix the timber, they made out coloured markers to conceal the gouges, and also the replacement glass into my coffee table does not match the end tables.   I told Heath that I wasn’t pleased and he said They’d Repair It, but nothing yet!   I contacted the Better Business Bureau to get assitance in getting things repaired properly and to regain a part of my cash, because I had been paying for”climate controlled” and was not getting what I paid for, but They’ve ignored the criticism.   They Won’t answer my telephone calls nor return the calls Once I leave a message.   I’m contacting my lawyer now!

    Fox Moving and Storage-Knoxville/Nashville

I contracted with Fox Storage and Moving on 3-9-12 to proceed and save my household furniture That Was found at my Property.   I was assured at the time that my furniture will be placed into vaults or pods firmly including only my furniture. I paid an initial amount of $850.00 plus also a monthly storage fee of $200.00 for almost two decades. On 2/3/14, on my directions, they re-delivered my furniture to the Exact Same speech and were additionally to pick up and send the contents of two little storage components (10’x15′ and 5’x10′) found a mile or so from my house.   They lost or lost the 48″ round leading into an oak kitchen table, a 2’x 3′ oak end table, along with a 48″black tv dining table with glass doors. Additionally, a range of things are damaged, such as a walnut pie safe, an Ethan Allen bedside table, a leather couch and a walnut bentwood kitchen seat. Throughout the course of this delivery I’d the manager (John McGrath) notice the lost things and shoot images of the damaged objects.   At the moment, the manager said that the lost items were likely”float” and so were probably saved in a different pod. He taught me to call Brian Michael (his boss) that the following day and let him understand the circumstance. I did so and Brian stated he’d look to it. He neglected to call me back and wouldn’t return telephone calls. On the 5th I phoned Amy Cragg (the Knoxville Manager and VP)  and she explained she’d look into it and then call me back from the close of the day. . .she failed to achieve that. On the 6th I eventually reached Amy and had been advised that they were still looking for my things. Then I called John and requested that he search for the things; he promised to do this the following morning, but I never heard from him either. As of the now, I’ve heard nothing further from anybody at Fox Transferring in Knoxville. My opinion is that nobody from the Knoxville operation actually cares about that.   What’s more, the entire cost of 2215.  is exorbitant. Four guys and two trucks didn’t appear till well after 1:00 PM on the 3rd, nevertheless I had been billed from 9:00 AM in the four man two truck speed of $178.00 per hour. There were really two trucks, but one came vacant. A couple of the guys including the manager immediately left the website from the empty truck to pick up the contents of their storage components and left two men to unload the truck comprising the furniture. Of these two, one spent his time whining about his cover, mending his trousers and speaking on his mobile phone.  Another two returned over 4 hours later and hadn’t emptied the storage components entirely.  After helping with unloading the furniture, all of four returned to the storage components, but came back without finishing the job, stating that they needed to go to some other job. I needed to finish draining the storage components myself.     About 2/10/14, I talked with Brittany at the Nashville office that was planning to talk with the Knoxville office and also return to me concerning the missing and ruined furniture and the excess charges. The one thing she did was send me a claim form, which I sent back to her to the 11th by Priority Mail. Thus far nobody has responded. They’ve dropped well over $2000. Value of furniture and caused a few hundred dollars in damage. Nobody in this business Appears to take responsibility for whatever.   On March 1st I got a settlement offer of $462.00 for its damage and loss but nothing has been said about the overcharges. The 462. Relies upon an estimated burden of those damaged and lost items, which can be valued at more than 3000.   I’ve refused that offer.     It’s worth noting that the Knoxville Better Business Bureau has 24 complaints about the business. Additionally, there are 26 complaints against the Nashville (HQ) office.  I’m Not Certain What the connection is between Knoxville, Nashville and Chattanooge however, the Frequent thread Appears to be that Nashville is your primary office that manages claims.

    No job too small!

I hired Fox Transferring of Chattanooga to transfer an whole bedroom suite from 1 end of the town to another. This is a craigslist find. It was a project which I believed would take 2-3hrs with 2 guys. My spouse called to get estimates, Fox was going to the only one to provide a quote and the way their pricing really functioned. So I figured we might too give them a shot. The 2 men showed up on the day scheduled, a Sunday btw. They had been inside the time framework and apologetic for not being there before, but it was not a major thing. I could really tell that they were working hard earlier daily. They jumped right to obtaining the furniture taped and loaded into the truck. Long story short, they waisted no time and really safely transferred the furniture in under two hours. I was thoroughly impressed by their quickness that translates into money saved.

    Horrible company!

We used these to maneuver a two bedroom flat into another flat IN THE identical COMPLEX. Had everything boxed up and place in 1 space, without our furniture. While I require a little bit of sympathy since they needed to take things up two flights of stairs. . It shouldn’t have taken too long as it did. Additionally, I made certain they understood they’d do it when I reserved them. The first issue we encountered is that people advised them to arrive on Saturday. They predicted that morning first using a justification that their truck had been having difficulties and they had been outside in Knoxville. They promised me that they were coming and they’d be late. Fast forward a few hours. They call again. Family emergency together with the motorist and they can’t produce the appointment. Speak to the customer support number and they state that they are going to have someone from the next morning by 8am. Next Day rolls around and they’re approximately 15 minutes early. Alright, great! Thinking maybe it might inspire them and get things moving faster, gave both of them a $20 trick beforehand. Bought them a little breakfast and they had been steadily moving boxes into the truck. About one hour and a half in, just around half of our boxes have been transferred. We began moving a couple of things ourselves. Allow me to spare you the remainder from summing it up..we transferred some items up the staircase (having a toddler and a 5 year old) and generally it took 2 HOURS to proceed. 2 bedroom flat to another flat IN THE exact same COMPLEX.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY! If you don’t do not mind wasting an whole DAY shifting and 800 bucks.
It also cost us near 850 with taxation as well as the hints.

Don't waste your time with Fox

I called Fox about the favorable review of a buddy who’d used them. I talked with Troy about a transfer in Chattanooga to Memphis and we put an appointment on a Saturday to do a walk through to get an estimate. No display, no telephone. I called twice in the right time of this appointment and then again two hours later. The two times I had been put through to someone’s vovoice email but never got a call back. When they don’t show to get a quote they likely won’t reveal for the transfer. Adios, Fox.

    Do Not Hire this company!

The transfer had been scheduled for February 21. The girl who put up the movement in the Nashville office sent a few mails to me detailing the movement, using a mistake each moment. But she declared that she had all of the advice right along with her. The warehouse manager in Chattanooga known as Friday, February 20th, also stated it had been possible, which because of the wintry weather to the following day, there was a possibility that they would not have the ability to help transfer. He said he’d call another day to inform us. The manager called back in the afternoon and said he dwelt on Lookout Mountain and could not get push, because of weather, to spread the keys for his employees for its trucks to assist us proceed. He predicted later in the afternoon, about two pm, also stated that he could not find anybody who wanted to make use of our relocation daily. Then he said his employees would undoubtedly be there the following morning, Sunday, February 22 at 8 will help people proceed. They came around 8 am, and did not begin functioning before 8:15 because of all of the paperwork that needed to be manually signed. They also attempted to indicate about the paperwork that they began going in 8 am, that wasn’t correct. The employees said that transferring our piano could be an additional $50, that wasn’t lined out from the contract. Since the 2 men began to move things, among the guys had been adding on advice to the previously written contract, requesting us to first by”composed in” statements regarding the”already made” marks on furniture from the home. He explained that they weren’t accountable for any”previously conspicuous” furniture once it had been transferred. We asked how exactly we should be aware of the difference between that which was already there and also what they’ve ruined. The employee responded by stating there would not be any harm from them, therefore it was not known why they had been asking us to first to”already conspicuous” furniture. We stated we’d just take photos of all of the furniture to designate the gap between”already conspicuous” and harm from them. The employee said we could not take pictures. As it continued, the employee’s demeanor became tainted. We then known as the manager and asked him why we’re being asked to first by”composed in” statements not already included in the contract in addition to relay information regarding the employee’s demeanor. In addition, he stated that we’re permitted to shoot pictures, even though the employee said no. The supervisor phoned his employee , had a conversation with him, and 10 minutes after, the employees began moving everything back in, stating they were stopping rather than completing our relocation. I tried to call back the manager, double, and that he never replied. I had been made to make a voice mail and have not heard back from the firm. After we needed to rent a uhaul and transfer everything ourselves and cover friends to assist us, we all found out from other people that this provider is more likely to walking away tasks and has ruined furniture from different moves. If you can afford it, hire a great moving company. If you do not have the cash, employ buddies along with also a uhaul.

    Great Experience

We predicted Fox Transferring last minute to get them move us from our flat and they worked us in. Jonah and Johnny were good men and actually helped us out. They did a wonderful job. We left an area filled with furniture intending to transfer it ourselves on another date, but had been so happy with our service which we called again and needed somebody move the remainder now. This time around David and Mickey were the movers and they all have been also excellent to use and did a excellent job. I’d suggest at least one of these men that will assist you move. I’ll also most surely call them later on if we proceed again.

    DO NOT HIRE

Worst experience I have ever had with an agency firm. . Don’t USE *** NO SHOW*** HEITH has been the very populous unprofessional person to deal with… Don’t Use FOX MOVING COMPANY.
Had them reserved on a Thursday Day with of my possessions already boxed up and ready to be raised out. . They never showed up. . Heith said”the team would be there in 30 minutes to a few hours” well, we waited and waited, known as and known as (voicemail is we all got) before 11:30 p.m. and so we chose to call another morning beginning around 8:00. Heith never cried to the NO SHOW the evening before nor did he set us down to get a 1st appointment for Friday. . He said” I’ll do my very best to find a team there asap…” So, about noon guess what? . . Our power has been disconnected because we had been scheduled to be transferred from Thursday and we advised the electricity company to disconnect on that date. Heith calls, together with much more explanations rather than answers to our accident. . , also states a team will be there between 2-3 p.m.. So I am unhappy at this stage but I am thinking at least I’ll get transferred now. So at 7:30 p.m.. The team eventually gets there and it is nearly dark and we’re in a 4 BR house which is quite dark inside. We hired three guys and only 2 showed up that stated” we have been moving since 4:30 a.m. and we’re only gonna break things and be dumb since we’re tired… So, I am like WTH??!! I am mad at this instant. . So I needed to perform the old school day thing and inquire friends to come aid and leased a U-Haul…
Fox Moving didn’t even call the next day to followup nor apologize for that NEGLECT for a organization. . Thus, don’t use these men.

    Late and Slow

Worse move I’ve ever experienced. I must have listened to the testimonials on this website.

90 minutes late beginning after which the neighborhood transfer took 10 hours with 3 men (3 bdr home; 15 miles away). Started off good, but two hours in, they turned out a team member with a person’s very first day on occupation, who revealed no certainty. They did not get everything about the vehicle so that I needed to create an extra 8 excursions with three different sized vehicles (like one pickup truck) the following day.

The business credited back $160 (the gap between 3 men vs 2 men ). While this has been valued, it will not compensate for the time lost. Ever since that time, I have found my brightly colored couch and loveseat cushions were not wrapped and also have black scuff marks on them and they struck the change in my position lamp (not repairable). It is five days following the move and I am still aggravated.

Really rude moving company-TERRIBLE COMPANY and dispatch manager

This is the worst experience within movements I have had yet. They had been 3 hrs late. The shipment supervisor Heath was exceptionally rude over telephone. On shipping, they placed two holes in our walls, then shattered a light fixture, and also left with a big black mark on our hardwood flooring. Their response in the conclusion was that the holes in the walls drop under”unusual circumstances” and won’t be covered. They did not address the dresser whilst moving it inducing among those walls. If you were able to literally proceed with almost any other moving business in the region, I’d. I wish I’d read these reviews before

    Very unprofessional

Okay first let me state. . .my real movers were fantastic. Very favorable. Professional. And quick. But this provider severely screwed with my cash. When I reserved my transfer… I was obligated to set down a $100 deposit I was told could go towards my closing equilibrium. No issue. Right? Well in the end of the move, there wasn’t any recollection of my deposit. My movers phoned their supervisor while at my home to check to find out whether they showed the deposit. Personally, I discovered the supervisor state he’d assess and give me a phone. Well guess what? I never got a telephone. The following morning, Saturday, I check my accounts. Bam!! I had been charged the entire amount for the transfer. I call and talk with Heath, clarified the circumstance. He acted like I had been lying. Asking me”Are sure I paid a $100 deposit?” Excuse me? I needed to literally explain to him that I’m staring in my bank accounts as he talk. He calls for the”home office”, and what can you understand….he finds my residue. Great! Only give me back $100 and we are all good. Oh no. Too straightforward. It gets better. Apparently while attempting to repay the $100 I had been overcharged. . .he inadvertently charged me another $100!! Great. So here it is. At the middle of a move, and I am from $200. He explained that he would refund $200 and that I must see it in my own accounts”soon”. News flash!!! It is Saturday!! So no, I will see it Monday at the first, so I am only from $200 that I actually needed to assist with moving costs. Well here it is. Monday. Check my accounts. Do you believe I watched the 200 refund I had been due?? Certainly not. There’s 1 deposit refund. . .for $100. I am fed up. My recommendation. Stay away if you don’t have a lot of time and cash laying around to squander these individuals. News flash. If a client is telling you they paid a deposit, until you control their card, as a company, you check each system you’ve got UPFRONT!!!!!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE

We moved out of Chattanooga TN to Texas and if our stuff came what was stacked on top of each other as you could see from our photos. All of our furniture has been ruined and all our delicate boxes have been smashed as possible from the images. Things we’ll not have the ability to substitute from our parents who have already passed away, simply gone. We’d tens of thousands of dollars destroyed and they all provided in their insurance was $250.00. For a business to even maintain company similar to this in unreal. Don’t use them to maneuver….save all of your valuables and move someplace else. They advised me that our furniture could be shrink-wrapped since you can see it isn’t. When they started the trunk of the truck, my husband and I had been ill. They billed us $5000.00 for the transfer and we’ve far more harm than that. My spouse is a morning television host and I am a writer and keynote speaker and traveling and speak all around the world. We’ve got things which were within this truck from different nations which won’t ever be replaceable. My husband’s songs collection that he has had for the past 28 decades of being in the subject of radio, simply shattered. All of our furniture has been scratched. Our Very Best advice for you is to DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    New Management/ New Staff

I’d love to begin with saying that things which have occurred in the past won’t ever happen again. With new management and new employees with no the men who have been doing at high level, Fox Transferring in Chattanooga IS here to professionally move you to another site. We could only apologize to the things which have occurred in the past and proceed. Contact and request Daniel or Bo and we’ll be more than pleased to take great care of you and book you on your next move!

    TERRIBLE

The employees are almost always high on something, & Heath finished functions his men. Sends them on 2-3 moves each day. He doesnt pay his men in time, or requires money from the tests for HIS errors. Bad boss, with dreadful habits. More concerned about smoking marijuana & riding bikes than focusing on undermanned jobs he’s advised or paying his employees so.

    Couldn't ask for more

Very best team Ive had. Could not match a tissue box at the truck once they packed up everything. I was quite impressed. Zero harm. I Will Certainly use again

    Great moving experience

Heath and his Fox team happen to be my move to movers because of my past 3 moves within the previous 4 decades. Always super useful and productive. I’ve got high expectations and has been anxious about some household antiques but his team took extra attention and got everything transferred with no scratch. My latest update was to a three floor plug in July. The men did not complain once. I always recommend Fox to buddies when they are moving.

    WHAT JUST HAPPENED?

I can not believe this company is still in business. It took them FOUR HOURS to go a sofa, dresser, and bed 5 minutes in the future. They left half of my flat in boxes promising”we will look after it tomorrow”…. I ended up having to employ a different moving firm bctheynevershowedup
