Fly Movers

The GOOD:

In the long run, I recieved all of my belonging, that there was hardly any harm and nothing lost. On the two ends of the excursion that the drivers/delivery guys were quite nice and appeared to deal with my own boxes/furniture with caution.

The BAD:

The communication had been AWFUL. I reserved my transfer with somebody called Sean. I WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ONE OTHER PERSON IN THE COMPANY…. AT ANY POINT. My possessions came the last afternoon of this window within my contract and in no stage through my three week delay was I ever able to achieve one man on the telephone. Not 1 return telephone call after several messages left. In addition to this, after each of the fees etc., my price was 50 percent greater than I had been quoted.

As soon as I reserved FLY, I had been advised that they were nearly always able to send in 4-7 days of this after they had annually. My delivery came 14 days after I moved in to my flat, 21 days later I gave telling of my preferred delivery date. Those numbers do not tell the complete story, yet.

Once I gave my personal move-in date, that has been a Saturday, I had been advised that my movers would arrive at the next Thursday night or Friday. Thursday arrived, no movers. Friday arrived, no movers, no communicating. I left messages in the primary office. No return phone call. I left a message to Sean, my salespeople, and that I eventually get a telephone call out of him but he does not understand what is happening. It takes me a couple of days to get away from him that he had assumed my possessions were on a single truck but that they had actually not yet picked up. Sean looked like a very real man but I could not figure out exactly what was happening. My items were assumed to be about another truck, I had been told it’d be the following 5 times.

I will not detail each conversation of the subsequent ten times however, the bottom line was I was advised that my movers have been put to get there within a particular window no less than 3 occasions simply to learn that the individual giving me that advice really didn’t have any clue where my items were. It was unsettling to say the least and from the time that my movers eventually came I’d really gone through the practice of accepting that I might never find some of my items again. They discovered my box also sent it in man, with a grin, a couple of days afterwards )

My salesperson Sean was quite likable and appeared to be my own advocate during the procedure but midway during the bargain I could tell that he simply had zero understanding what had been occurring in his firm. He overpromised about just what the business could provide. Early on in the procedure he explained that, when things went well, he may have the ability to get me a few hundred bucks off my cost to perform a testimonial or review. When things were going really badly he stated he believed he may have the ability to get me a little discount due to the wait. I really don’t think there was each the slightest possibility of this occurring.

This movement has been VERY stressful. In the long run it all worked out for me personally but that I would not wish that on anybody.

If I could give zero stars, I’d.

Tried to store local and provide company for this business to maneuver an easy 1 bedroom flat less than 10minutes involving places. Quoted suitably and eager for the transfer.

Day of, 2 men appear as expected and rather than having to perform, fought with us for 45 minutes which rather than the 3 hours we had been quotations depending on the listing of possessions it would really take 6 weeks.

Not even 1/2 our possessions made it on the truck to the very first trip and the staff won’t finish the job.

But not only is that my transfer not complete but also the workplace and agent managing the transfer are not answering the telephone and also have reported that they will soon be charging us for the excess resources and time just about any manner.

Certainly a disgrace of an Organization.

These men are very professional and very fast! They came on time and functioned until all was completed, not squandering time paying for more hours. They put all of the furniture right down and wrapped it to block it from becoming ruined. They put everything up in the new home precisely how I requested them! Recommend them highly again!
