This is the very unprofessional company I’ve ever worked with.

They always lied to me and also gave me wrong advice about my pickup time so as to maintain my happy. Though my pickup has been verified for Wednesday 9/22/2010, the firm didn’t let me before a half hour prior to the pickup time to inform me that they wouldn’t be coming. They rescheduled for 9am the following morning and then did not arrive till 2pm that nighttime.

Despite being bought a top cost for Flat Price Transferring to package and proceed, the 2 men who looked at my flat to transfer me appeared unaware of the simple fact that they would be packaging me. They have been unprofessional and pulled my possessions into boxes, leading to many damaged products. Though I were quoted a particular cost, that cost was increased by $500 following the guys surveyed my possessions. He also”negotiated” that this”fair” cost over the mobile phone using his”boss”.

The business said that I could cover my instant shipping fee by credit card. The guy who called me about how exactly to my new flat in VA refused this and said I needed to come up with $1000 cash in the upcoming few hours or he’d turn around and return into New York City along with my possessions. Then he was unbelievably rude and hung me up. In overall I received dreadful customer support once I’d deposited and supported my transfer. The business wouldn’t answer my queries or return my calls also obviously did not wish to talk with mepersonally.

Flat Price showed around my new apartment in a Budget Lease van and went to hurt my furniture by incorporate it into a door and shed several boxes filled with delicate materials. I cannot stress how blessed this firm was.

Over the decades of my previous experience of transferring this business is undoubtedly the worst My loved ones and I have ever needed. The employees are a lot of lying cheating individuals who just care for your money and nothing else. They say that they offer you a fantastic bargain but really it’s overpriced and you are not getting exactly what you pay for. They harm a good deal of your property and do not really care about their clients. When they contacted me that they had been arriving between 1-5 pm on June 15, they did not arrive till 9pm. When they loaded his baby grand piano on the truck, they did not have the appropriate packaging materials to the piano therefore some harm was inflicted upon it. After we were in California we waited about two weeks before we phoned them. Contacting them was also very bothersome and if we were eventually able to attain them they stated that our possessions would arrive on July 2. We waited however, the moving business never arrived. We called them again (that was really difficult to reach them) and asked them why they did not arrive yet, they had no explanation for this and said they will attempt to speak to the drivers to find the situation and stated they’d call me back but they never did. They eventually arrived on July 9. They billed us until they unloaded our possessions and really doubled our invoice. A few of the furniture have been ruined and 3 things were missing. The movers just thought to phone the company to work out this circumstance. We phoned them but the only answer was”we shall search for these and call you back”, it’s been 10 days since and we have called numerous number of times to find out whether our three possessions are regained by they never replied. Overall this business is horrible and among the worst ever. I suggest that if anybody is searching for a moving firm DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!

I lately used flat-price storage and moving for a transfer from Ma into Fla.. It turned out to be a total and complete mess from the start. The first thing that happened when they came and the guy in charge stated that the quote was done wrong that it ought to happen to be foundation on cuft not burden,but what I did not anticipate was that the cost to over twice, they would not honor the quotation given to me on in the email I’d received, I had been advised that the sales person did not understand what he had been doing (theres my Fault) anyhow this was actually the day of my move and I did need to pay extra above and beyond that which had been agreed to.so they loaded the truck and away they go… I had been told that they would arrive in 5 days I got a call from a dispatcher on thursday night telling me to be in my new house at seven am with all the remainder of the cash in hand at money. Well now began two weeks of lies and missed appointments that they did not reach my place till sunday night at 7:30 pm. The status of our items was in a note was dreadful. The boxes were smashed, dinnerware broken,tables legs broken off,dents from the furniture I have been attempting to put a claim and talked to someone they explained that they would contact me within 24 hrs it was three days and I am still awaiting. I would not ever suggest these individuals to move a puppy home never mind a house, they bait and switch and they’re not honest with the client. Very difficult to get in on weekends entire the corporation can do anything to create a buck. They don’t care about the client. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
