The movers have been doing a great job packing our home, being cautious with our house. We were subsequently asked if we can leave our whole kitchen supporting to which we stated no. Then we had been advised that all our property will match on the vehicle. The movers had been doing such a wonderful job that my wife went in to town to secure more money so that we can give all 4 of them a great tip. But as it began getting nearer to 7:00 pm that the packaging became worse. I observed that the movers load at least 6 vacant boxes to the truck taking up space. They then filled our Treadclimber and snow thrower, then the remaining portion of the packaging material, shut the rear of the truck that was not complete, also said that the truck was complete and they had been completed. Then they charged us to 1800 cubic feet, increased the cost yet again to about $9500 and abandoned a third of their land behind. We were confident that a truck will return to pick up the remainder of our house. On 6/29/18, following many calls went unanswered we eventually got a grasp of Gina in client services. Don’t totally don’t use this shifting service. I’d reserved delta movers first and they backed out and could not make it into the afternoon that they needed to pick up my belongings. So three days prior to the transfer I phoned flagship and they promised to be certain that the products were packaged and chose on the day I had it. On 6/26/18, this business was hired because of my transfer in a cost quoted at $1870.00. Truck loaded and now it moved from 6 cubic feet into 9.
First charge card fee was 467.50. Truck loaded today they request added 460.00. Would take about 3 times to reach Grinnell.

2 weeks had passed without a truck. Got a lawyer and they phoned and explained truck are there around 7/14/18. Needed to ship them by cable yet another 2370.51.
