Avoid this organization. The worst tainted firm. You are going to wind up paying far more if your road is modest and their huge wheeler doesn’t get in. They won’t offer you any choice to lose of your stuff everywhere else even one block or across the road, since they wish to charge you extra $350 to transport your belongings into a bigger truck and they need money!!! Or they will sabotage you Your stuff will probably be taken back to the source which in our situation has been Boston

Just throw out your stuff and apply the transferring money to purchase new. They ripped a sofa that was 3 weeks old, they snapped a wine rack, they piled up and dented the remainder of my furniture and in addition to all they scraped up and destroyed all of my hard wood flooring.

If this isnt bad enough, even if you record a claim that they use a business from florida called CSI Experts. Who will be unhelpful,rude and unprofessional.

Save yourself money, aggravation and time. And should you use 5 celebrity movers be certain you own an attorney on speed dial up.

This business was a total nightmare. The petition was a grip for 30 times in storage that was verified at the time of pickup. When the time arrived, the business refused to provide us our possessions and stated they could not make time before the next day. Thinking about the UHaul lease was just for this afternoon and we had loved in Mass with this reason, we could not be flexible for this. The girl who had been in charge does not talk great English, but she had been utterly unhelpful regardless. Obviously after a few hours of back and forth on the telephone, they enabled us to receive our possessions at a particular period of seven am the following day only. After moving in and unpacking, several things were stolen, such as particular DVDs and play station games, our mattress frame, in addition to a bag of golf clubs which had sentimental value of some newly passed uterus. When we left the criticism about the stolen things, they stated we’d need to submit a lost item claim that we needed to perform online. In general, it still makes my blood boil once I think about exactly what this business got off with. Never again.

Lately, I have hired Five Stars Movers to move from 2 bedroom flat in Quincy into four bedroom home in Hudson. They came on time and pack/unpack everything in timely fashion and did an outstanding job largely. But 1 example I did not enjoy was when traveling into my destination, movers suddenly took another path rather than following me that I could let it slip but once I arrived at my destination, movers weren’t any where available. I didn’t mind waiting 5-10 minutes give or accept because they needed to push a truck and can not drive fast. Later on, discovered that the movers had to quit by to have lunch first. I wasn’t told up front about this and that I had to await my things for approximately 30min not knowing where they were or something could of happend that to me was strange. In general, the entire movement went smooth and far surpassed my expectation. I intend to utilize Five Stars Movers again.

My experience with the firm, was excelente, they had been on time pickup and delivery.
Should I proceed I shall call this organization and should you need movers, then stop looking and telephone them.

I proceed from Boston to California later trying to find the right moving company. I select Five Stars. Excellent reviews with the BBB and Yelp. They promise pickup date with window of 21 days for shipping and shipping did arrive at California 14 days later pickup. Overall great support. Revenue really easy do cope with the natives. The team was very friendly and professional and the team in California was also quite great to manage. They place my furniture how I desired in the home. Thank you five celebrities movers.
