KEEP ALL RECORDS AND RECEIPTS. They contacted me 6 months after and said I owed them $600. Happily I retained my bank statements and receipts.

I don’t recommend this firm to anybody and won’t use them again. I have been in operation for more than ten decades and they don’t even speak like business folks.

The men from Five College Movers where difficult employees and did a fantastic job with the exclusion of a single significant issue. These men broke my piano at HALF!! This had been an upright piano which was in my family for 30 decades. The movers took photos straight away and reported for their own company. I filled out a damage report and a month afterwards, I’ve heard nothing in them. I eventually called them today and had been advised that Dave had been the individual to speak to and that he wasn’t in there now. I shall update this review if this matter is solved but the time for anticipating a reply from this business is unsatisfactory. Hopefully, I’ll hear from Dave about Monday 8/31/20 or else I’ll be calling back again.

Additionally mentioned to them that my deposit was not included in the reception. The supervisor got an attitude with me concerning both rolls of tape along with the deposit being reimbursed. I advised him that I noticed two fees of 751.25 being taken from my account.
