The move could not have gone any better. The movers were polite and cooperative throughout the whole move. They were all very pleasant guys and they came on time and made sure to abide by the program. They appeared to be quite aware of the time that it took them to find the task done and also about maintaining my possessions safe and protected during the transfer.

My main man Marion was just the absolute finest through the entire move. However, I need to be frank everybody was simply great!!!

Beautiful men and women! I was totally thrilled with the support that they gave. The office staff has been pleasant and useful. Marion was super fine and managed to answer all of my questions (or even discover the answer and get back to me quite fast in a few cases ). My grandson and I drove leasing truck down there, I and he unloaded. . .no broken furniture and boxes all in tack–till I could discover a Sec 8 apt. 3 wks incapable to, needed to return. Liberty Bell promised me they’d the ideal driver, who’d take great care of my possessions. Assuring me ALSO–their BID was that the entire amount!! In motel with jagged net, I dared to see all of the FINE Print. Two days before scheduled pickup, motorist calls inquiring if could select up day early? Leaving me not able to repack and procure all of the boxes–he tells me to”sit back and relax–that was exactly what they’d do.” Oh Yes–to chg Even More! Next day my NIGHTMARE BEGINS!! Instantly –Not going into unit–DEMANDS additional money, stating weight has been more than Bid!! Agree to cancel, either he and Liberty Bell Threatened me,” said can not cancel, would not get deposit back etc–$250 more. Then shows me– AFTER all plastic wrapped–he says–my Broken $395 Sauder Desk! What I watched was desk all undamaged –except for bent conclusion. Not until all loaded did I visit paper work and Business named Cheetah Movers-NOT Liberty Bell! He explained had another pickup visiting CO and then my possessions are in storage unit in Denver in fourteen days! Asking if grandson and that I really could purchase truck and pickup there to save $$–he explained Yes, could work out it!! He NEVER abandoned CA!!! Taking two wks to locate new clever in CO.. .call Cheetah– that subsequently needs EVEN More $$ in Cash! Two more wks no furniture or possessions in apt. Eventually contacted District Aty office. . .HAD to spend that which was on Cheetah’s papers-even tho was even Higher!! I’d signed under duress. Subsequently Cheetah inform me did not need to bring for 20 More Days!! DA calls on Wed.. .delivery Sat. Get call from motorist — did I need him to attract the BROKEN– in Pieces–my desk? Hard to comprehend his telephone I stated – Yes! Sat AM get telephone. . .in Denver–shipping needs to maintain CASH–maybe not Cashiers that I had or no shipping. Got money. NOT KNOWING these weren’t Cheetah Movers–I said No $ Until all in apt. No Offer. He predicts Cheetah–they converse in Spanish– says to dump my stuff in storage unit and also depart. Then wants an additional $50!!! Liberty, that gave me last quotation, stated they’d pay it. Unloading–boxes smashed. . .BRAND NEW never stumbled on Couch –torn in 2 Places, and also my desk at FOUR BROKEN Pieces!! Not ONE of my bits of furniture did not possess Scratches, dents or Damaged!! These movers. . .said Cheetah Hired them!! They unloaded…I researched on sheets….Missing boxes, and other things!!
Thus don’t know if from those movers or Cheetah–Are accountable!! Though these guys dented and scraped fresh apt walls, door and additional ruined my television entertainment center–if you place television back in. Saw that. Driver did appear more concerned, ensuring I notated the harm and lost items.
Now starts the struggle to acquire furniture and bids repaired — if Ever!! And my lost items. Contacted their Insurance–they notification exactly what I HAVE TO DO. Finding a few bids– $250 exclusively for sofa!

1 term for this so called”Moving Business”… SHADY! It felt like I needed to follow up on everything myself. The movers were quick and did a wonderful job. This is where all hit the fan. After the movers arrived at my destination, HALF of the items were MISSING! The motorist said he does not have any clue where my items are since that was all that was left in his own truck. This provider is totally unorganized and totally careless. The”supervisor” expressed no sympathy for this issue. I kept phoning to test to find out whether they could find my items and 3 from 5 lost boxes were sent to the incorrect site. (In a different country!) Luckily the woman was nice enough to operate together to possess fedex send it to me personally. The additional boxes are entirely missing. I paid nearly 2000 bucks to trust this business with my items to buy it from point A to point B. Well that did not happen. Now I must submit a claim for the lost things, and do this… they may just pay .60 pennies per pound! Sales representative did not clarify to me my choices to get insurance, he just said that it was already included. Anyhow, I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anybody. It isn’t worth the danger. Your items will go lost and it’s not guaranteed that the man who obtained your items by mistake will be fine enough to go back. You’ve been warned. If I have moved with a uhaul and push my items to my destination myself. Same quantity of hassle for exactly the identical sum of money. Better safety that all your items will probably be there. At this juncture, I hope to get nothing more for each of the harm. Frankly it seemed like my merchandise were thrown around inside the storage center. I used this business once I moved from California to Florida. They delayed our shipping with many dates and eventually delivered. As soon as I obtained my boxes that they seemed to get water damage which makes it tough to check whether any boxes are opened and tampered with. After I unpacked I recognized there were numerous items stolen out of my own boxes. I misplaced family heirlooms and really important products. I phoned and left several messages without a call back. This organization is unreliable, disrespectful, and take no responsibility for themselves or their employees.
