I had an adventure with First Premier Van Lines and to be truthful it was fantastic. . .an amazing one. . .the staff are extremely friendly helpful and dedicated..they did whatever really everything when u deal together u don’t have to do anything whatsoever only ur private thing if u need to package as well as for this they ship u few boxes beforehand to help u to not buy boxes….they r quickly very professional and attentive. . .when I settled in my new house what was in his previous place exactly how it had been earlier. . .even me and my loved ones won’t have the ability to place everything in the appropriate place how that they did… I actually advise them that they are going to be a fantastic aid for anybody. . .highly appreciated and advocated in my side. . .thank u . . .all the finest

First Premier Van Lines were Fantastic! We’d 3 movers along with also a 10-ton truck….they transferred us from a three bedroom home in 9 hours! I’ll use them again.

I am very disappointed with all the moving service Initial Premier Van Lines offered us.   They revealed 5 hours late, had some other people’s things inside their own truck, entirely misjudged the movement, and just moved 3/4 of their things till they ran out of space (leaving us to complete it another day).   They ended the movement at 11:30 at nighttime. The movement has been twice as far as they anticipated.   Their direction Is Totally shady; following three days of telephone calls for their earnings man Giovanni to Request a partial refund, and the proprietor Anthony picked up and stated that Giovanni was terminated days before (nevertheless had still been speaking about us just like he worked for your firm ).   Anthony simply desired to repay 50 to a $700 charge but after much debate provided $100 that we still haven’t received despite months of phoning.   Do not use these individuals.

I’d an agred upon cost of $356. I gave a charge card ahead of time. The day of the transfer, I had been told my credit card wasn’t on record and that I would need to pay in money (although nobody had said this earlier ). They picked my stuff up and brought it into my new flat. Upon getting into the flat, they refused to transfer anything indoors till they gave them $550 in cash. I really felt threatened now and gave the cash. Afterward, when virtually each slice was in except one, they needed an extra $275 in money or refused to deliver the heaviest item in. Upon departing, the employees demanded a suggestion (that I refused to cover ). At this time the employees began calling me a inexpensive Jew and left it very clear that”my folks not to trick”. They finished up creating a fictitious reciept and hammering themselves from their 825 in money anyways. The whole time that I attempted to phone John Montague (the proprietor ) and also make him aware of this circumstance. He did not pick up half of my calls. Those that he did choose up he insisted he would call me back but never did. And much worse, when I was unpacking boxes I understood they’d dropped some of these (which may be viewed from the exterior of these sticks ) nd had busted countless dollars of my fine kitchenware.DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!

So just half of my items got sent and they need a suggestion…, Here’s a suggestion First Premier STOP ABUSING PEOPLEs HARD EARNED MONEY, RIPPING THEM OFF AND HOLDING FURNITURE HOSTAGE. CON ARTIST.

Horrible experience , textbook bait and switch. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Words can’t explain how bad the organization and the agents are. Dishonesty is the sole motto. They keep moving you to a different representative along with also the lies get bigger and more complex. Make enormous guarantees of gratification and everything they offer and supply. Truth is when they told you something or lent you some thing it’s bogus.

Don’t use this organization. Lies in the Start. Once I obtained my things there were damaged to a that they wrapped. After several emails and calls they haven’t returned any of these.
