Price was raised on website by more than 2.5 days of quote. Had some additional things but had been advised to not worry about Movers arrived late and basically did not permit any choice but to cover.

My quote was extremely under estimated. They tried to charge me extra for stairs that they stated were liberated. This company is terrible! They picked up my belongings in my house June 11, 2016. It’s now July 26 and I’ve still not got my things which were assumed to be out of Miami to Las Vegas. This really is the worst ever company I’ve ever dealt with at america. Avoid this organization. Will be reporting this business to Business Bureau.
Following are the problems that I had for this business:
1. The shipping date moved past the guaranteed date and the backup date.
It had been supposed to be sent to the 28th of May using the backup date being the 30th of May.

Maria Sanchez, Grace and Donnie Bradley should all be ashamed of themselves for both lying and promising to people. They blocked my mobile phone and home phone so that I could not get my claim made for their own insurance providers. Which, they are insurance suppliers are one in the same – much more lies! I’d NEVER EVER Suggest First National Storage and Moving to anyone. Save yourself the time, frustration and cash – bargain with anybody else but First National Moving and Storage.

I wouldn’t expect this type of service after paying USD 3850 where initial estimate was approximately USD 2200.

Now even the client support isn’t responding to my calls, no response on emails. Whenever I predict it belongs into voice mail and same used to occur with the sales men after signing the contract.
