First Class Moving Systems

I’m writing this specific review of First Class Moving 10 days to some transfer from Tampa, Florida to Carbondale, Colorado. And our products still haven’t arrived.
I opted to create this cross-country move using a name brand business. First Class is connected with North American. Like most people, cost was a thought, but I also appreciated the fact that my sales rep, Phil Grimstead, ensured me that all their crews are vetted.
This was obviously the case if our possessions were filled with Tampa. Expert, friendly and fast.
It is the delivery in which my standard concerns are increased. We had been informed by our transfer’coordinator’,” Mary Morse, that we were likely to be the only burden in the vehicle, that the truck could conquer us to Colorado and that we can expect delivery the day before or the first day of our daily shipping window.
We sped across the nation in 3 and a half a week according to this verbal shift to our delivery program.
However, as soon as we arrived at our destination, the’planner’ had difficulty locating our burden and getting us a shipping date.
After we complained, we’re eventually guaranteed a morning delivery 3 times to our shipping window between 9a and 11a. The motorist called in 9a and stated he was delayed and might arrive in 1:30p. The team he’d hired was already on site but gone from the time the truck came so — the following day’s delay.
Our products are now delivered one day prior to the conclusion of the delivery window, forcing me to miss out the very first day on a new project along with my spouse to overlook her very first day back on the job.
1 truck, 1 load, seemingly sitting only 3 hours out of its destination rather than sent as who understands.
Promises made, promises kept is very good customer services. Though still technically delivering our products from the 5 day shipping window, we had been promised before, planned so, and still don’t have our products with this the 10th day of the transfer.
There’s something deeply flawed in a system that cares more about its logistical difficulties compared to logistical issues of their clients it serves.

This firm didn’t pickup my house hold products but drooped off my house hold products for my new house/destination. They showed around 4 hours late. I named the business 3 times to determine where they had been they said whenever they were inside an hour off.

After unloading the truck that the movers appeared eager to depart after no components were discovered for your beds They advised my wife they’d return to shut her the next day since it was getting late ( Since they showed up late) to unpack the boxes. Soon After the primary driver let All of the men to leave.   This evening they never showed up to unpack so I phoned and they said that my spouse told them she’d unpack and they had been not able to obtain the components box so that my daughter needed a mattress on the ground to sleep on. They scratched my brand new hardwood flooring while they were placing the bedroom place from the master bedroom. I was now in MT picking up my father to deliver him to FL since he had been ill and was not able to handle them in person.

I won’t ever recommend this organization. It appeared like they took good advantage of this problem being that it was only my wife and daughter there to deal with this stressful ordeal.

I did plenty of research to discover a dependable moving company to move me from Florida to Denver. I was thrilled with First Class Moving Systems located in Tampa. They’re a North American affiliate. In the salesman into the delivery, each step was dependable, efficient, and expert. On top of that, they have been the cheapest bid of four distinct businesses. My products arrived on time, in excellent condition, along with also the movers (who had been the same in both ends) were quite considerate, professional, and very hard working. I strongly recommend this firm.

I hasd”hired” two other movers before I read of their horror stories about this site and many others. First Class had a great listing on other websites also. I gave them a chance to get a very long go for the elderly mother. Everything was magnificent from begin to finish. I paid just what I was quoted. The guys that arrived to load proved extremely courteous and professional and wrapped everything superbly. The shipping date has been right inside the window that was quoted. The shipping team proved right now, only like professional and considerate as the team that wealthy. We obtained every thing how it left the home at FL. I might be happier. Christy in the workplace even called the two the days – although the crews had been in our house! – to make certain that everything was going nicely. First Class packed with the whole contents of my home in Florida, and safely transported them to Colorado.

The first estimator was extremely punctual, professional, and incredibly effective. Communication was great during the transfer; all agents were accessible for questions/scheduling. There was an excess stop en route to select up/drop off a few things, which went really smoothly. The excess stop wasn’t something that each moving company was ready to perform, so that they gained my company with that alternative. Everything was on time, scheduled nicely, and everybody seemed to take care of the contents of my property.

The packing team was A+++ outstanding. They packed everything quite nicely, safely, and thoughtfully. The loading/unloading/driving team was great also. 1 nice thing was that the motorist and loading/unloading team was exactly the exact same on both ends of the trip, therefore that there was familiarity with all the things, along with a sense of personal responsibility for their own care. Among the packers was also present on loading afternoon, which was fine as well for persistence, though that packer was stationed in Florida, and remained there.

We’re still in the process of unpacking, and so far we’ve only discovered one chopstick which has been ruined. That is it. Not bad. You will find many delicate things, many little, and a few not so tiny. In a movement similar to this, it’s tough to envision everything which makes it safe and sound, but First Class did a superb job, and that I could not ask for much better. I’d hire them again, no hesitations.

We Moved 2000 pounds of things – 2000 mi from Ft Lauderdale to Denver. Definitely describe it like a massive move. Obviously very nerve wracking and painful. All began with Dennis Piedra, our salespeople that did a totally complete and comprehensive estimate. He had been dead on also! We interviewed 4 firms – all looked really good really. The truth is that we pick
First class storage and moving speaks to the truth that they somehow seemed just a little more careful. Dennis was fantastic. We had been passed off to Lauren G. Who actually kept in good touch as the moving planner. Very very specialist. We paid to get a complete bundle. This entailed a team of 4 (and one do nothing) for 3 complete days and right into a single early morning to load and pack. I really don’t believe anything broke whatsoever. We had almost 200 boxes and a great deal of unboxed furniture!! The Moving team chief was Robert and his best man was Dwayne. They were great. Authentic gentlemen and hard workers. I really don’t write reviews but I really do have a rather large bar for what I believe to be a work well done. First Class Moving and Storage from Tampa exceeded my own expectations. Highly suggested.
